Abstract

Pengrajin pigura merupakan salah satu usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Kota Kudus yang menghasilkan berbagai produk pigura dengan salah satu diversifikasi produk “ pigura suara “ yang telah dipasarkan sampai luar pulau Jawa. Permasalahan muncul ketika barang yang dikirim mengalami kerusakan karena komponen yang dipakai rentan akan goncangan dan terjadi retur penjualan, sehingga perlu biaya ekstra untuk perbaikan dan pengiriman kembali. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menghasilkan desain produk “ pigura suara “ berkualitas dengan metode pelatihan komputer dan bimbingan teknologi (bintek) pengenalan alat produksi yang berbasis mesin. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah luaran produk “ pigura suara “ dengan menggunakan multimedia card (MMC) serta proses produksi yang efektif dan efisien. Desain produk yang berkualitas menjadikan ermintaan barang meningkat sehingga pendapatan pengrajin juga meningkat. Kata Kunci: pengrajin pigura, multimedia card, pigura suara

Abstract

This research is a study that evaluated the effects of service and quality of service to customer satisfaction in service firms with services marketing theory perspective. In this study, researchers used a convenience sampling and sample size to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. Data obtained from respondents by distributing questionnaires containing questions about the service, service quality and customer satisfaction. Respondents were then in the testing data validity and reliability. The results showed all the variables valid and reliable. Further analysis using multiple linear regression to describe the relationship between the variables. The result is service and service quality significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Thus, the higher the service will increase customer satisfaction and higher quality of service to enhance customer satisfaction. This study has limitations that the data sample is 100 respondents and do not consider other variables that could affect customer satisfaction. For further research, in order to expand the research by taking more samples and adding other variables are more than enough to represent the research. Abstract

Target of this research to test and analyze influence satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance at PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal.Pursuant to the description hence this research take title “Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional Dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT.Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal )”. Research concerning influence satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance at PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal taking sample counted 100 responder. In this research use obtained primary data with questioner. As for data analysis use regression analysis. Pursuant to result of research of satisfaction of job have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Employees PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal have lick lips, this matter is seen fromresponder answer mean which replying agree. Organizational Commitment have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Employees PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal to company still enough, this matter is seen from responder answer mean which replying is neutral. Work characteristic have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance. Work executed by PT. Mitra Saudara Indosengon (MSI) Kendal have according to its membership, this matter is seen from responder answer mean which replying agree. Equal to 55,2 % can be explained by satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic to employees performance. While the rest 44,8% explained by other causes outside variable satisfaction of job, organizational commitment and work characteristic like motivation, leadership, environmental of job, training and education.Keywords : Satisfaction of Job, Organizational Commitment, Work Characteristic And Employees Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this project are to introduce Indonesian Printing  industry from business opportunity, trend technology and development . In this project there were 3 section of explanation also with SWOT analysis.  Currently Indonesian Printing Industry was growth significantly in all sectors  since the last of 10 years. Investor make many investment in this in technology and  high tech printing machineery.  Unforttunately the growth of technology  and machinery Indonesian printing industries lack of competen  human resource that expert in this industry. since Indonesian Goverment concerning in this industry, they give chance to many school and university  create kind of the program that support industry, This project descibing about Indonesian Printing Industry  needs development and business opportunity brieflyy. Based on the survey result, the industry  needs competent human resource is fist priority.  Aty Indonesia education  for printing  in bachelor degree or management level is rare, here education degree for printing only vocational degree (high school and diploma) which their program prepared for operator and executant. now for managerial level is highly needed in order to balance  the growth of technology printing. Abstract

ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) dan ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (AFAS) yang diberlakukan pada 2015 akan semakin meningkatkan persaingan diantara para pengusaha maupun tenaga kerja. Hal ini menuntut para pelaku Usaha kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk melakukan proses produksi secara lebih produktif dan efisien, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau. Hanya saja sampai saat ini terindikasi banyak UKM yang masih menggunakan alat–alat konvensional. Kelangkaan dan keterbatasan sumber daya alam juga mengharuskan UKM untuk mencari alternatif, dimana yang pada awalnya menggunakan bahan yang mengandalkan alam yang bersifat terbatas dan langka menuju bahan alternatif yang mudah didapatkan dengan kualitas yang tidak jauh berbeda. Pengrajin pigura merupakan bagian dari pelaku UKM yang menghasilkan souvenir atau cenderamata, pigura kaligrafi, lukisan yang menjadi andalan UKM. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Pengrajin Pigura Tembiring di Kabupaten Demak dan Kelompok Pengrajin Pigura Johar di Kabupaten Kudus, dimana Demak dan Kudus merupakan Kabupaten yang menjadi kluster Pariwisata Jawa Tengah Destinasi Semarang – Karimunjawa, dengan potensi sumber daya manusia yang perlu dikembangkan. Produksi pigura ini walaupun masih merupakan industri kecil, namun sudah mampu berperan memenuhi kebutuhan untuk Wisata “Wali Songo“. Bahkan sudah mulai merambah ke luar Jawa bahkan ke luar negeri, walaupun dalam kapasitas yang masih relatif kecil. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan implementasi IPTEK melalui pengenalan sistem produksi tepat guna. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan rancang bangun gergaji khusus untuk pemotongan bahan pigura serta penggunaan bahan pigura fiber sebagai substitusi bahan pigura kayu yang semakin langka. Hasil yang dicapai adalah rancang bangun gergaji “Standing Crosscard“, yaitu gergaji khusus untuk pemotongan pigura. Hasil tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan proses produksi secara lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga kualitas pigura meningkat. Hasil tersebut diharapkan pula mampu meningkatkan peran industri mikro dalam pembangunan daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan Kelompok Pengrajin Pigura pada khususnya, serta pendapatan daerah dan negara pada umumnya.  Kata Kunci: Pengrajin Pigura, UKM, Standing Crosscard, Pariwisata , Souvenir

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, organizational commitment, and financial compensation to the employee at the employees performance bii Bank Youth Semarang. The population in this study were all employees / employee Youth Bii Bank city of Semarang. That amounts to 100 people. The results showed that partially contained significantly and positively influence between leadership style (X1) on the performance of the employee (Y); partial (individual) are significantly and positively influence the organizational commitment (X2) on the performance of the employee (Y); partial (individual) are significantly and positively influence the financial compensation (X3) on the performance of the employee (Y) and Leadership Style variable (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and the Financial Compensation (X3) simultaneously (together) the Employee Performance (Y).Keywords : Leadership style, Organizational Commitment, Financial Compensation, and Performance of the employee.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality traits and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers in the mediation of organizational commitment to high schools in the District Mranggen. The research involved 95 teachers in the public high school in Mranggensubdistrict The data collected by sending questionnaire to respondents.and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 Data processing is done by describing the respondents by gender, education, age and years of service, all the respondent are teachers. By using the validity and reliability,test models used to analyze the coefficient of determination (R2) and the Goodness of fit. Meanwhile test hypothesis test using a significance test of individual parameters (statistical t test). The results showed that the of personality traits had no effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence had no  positive effect on organizational commitment, personality traits positive effect on teacher performance, and emotional intelligence had no effect on teacher performance, while organizational commitment result also hasn’t effect on the performance of teachers. Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture  mediated by the organizational commitment to the teacher performance. This study used an entire population, that is called census method (saturated sample). The research  population is all teachers at Yunior High School in Margorejo Pati regency as many as  85 people. The analyze method used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to validate the research hypothesis and regression testing mediation. The results stated that work motivation  has no effect on organizational commitment. Variable organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment does not affect the teacher  performance. Work motivation has a positve and significant  effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture variables do not affect the  teachers performance. Organizational commitment doesn’t have a significance influence  on teacher performance through the mediating variable of organizational commitment. Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of self efficacy and motivatoin to Teacher performance with mediationorganizational commitment. Population is used as the object of the teachers in SMP Pati totaling 84 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that sample selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. Of p0pulasition sensus results can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 84 respondents. The results prove that the models ability to correctly describe the effect of variable Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment to Motivation is 54.4%. While others described by 45.6% to a variable outside the regression model. self efficacy and effects, motivation, organizational commitment to teacher performance by 69.5%. While the other 30.5% is explained beyond this regression model. Self-efficacy with mediation organizational commitment does not have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMPBatangan. Mediation test results note that the value is greater than the direct effect of the indirect effect. Motivation with organizational commitment mediation proved to have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMP NBatangan. Abstract

The results of this study are the Influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture and jobsatisfaction on teacher performance. The research problems in this study are: (1) to examine the influence oforganizational commitment, school culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. (2) to test whether jobsatisfaction mediates organizational commitment, school culture of the teacher performance. The samples ofthis study are 103 teachers of Kesatrian Senior High School under the Kesatrian Education Foundation inSemarang. The used sampling was census techniques and the used model was multiple regression analysis. Theresults of this study are: (1) organizational commitment is not proved in influencing the job satisfaction, (2)school culture has positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment wasnot proved in influence on teacher performance, (4) school culture has positive and significant influence onteacher performance, (5) the job satisfaction has positive and significant influence on teacher performance, (6)job satisfaction variable is not proved having the function as intervening variable on the variable of schoolculture on teacher performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, school culture, job satisfaction, teacher performance.
