Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of DAU on capital expenses; 2)the effect of PAD on capital axpenses; 3) the effect of DAU on the independence of localfinance, 4) the effect of PAD on the independence of local finance. 5) the effect of CapitalExpenses on the independence of local finance.Data were collected by conducting a surveyand were examined with the multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program.Results of the study showed that the value ratio of the local financial independence ofSoutheast Sulawesi in the period from 2003 to 2015 was still categorized as low. Result ofpartial regression analysis indicated that for the first equation only DAU had positive andsignificant effect on capital expenses, whereas for the second equation both PAD and capitalexpenses variables had positive and significant effect on the local financial independence.Simultaneously, the first equation showed that DAU and PAD had positive and significanteffect on capital expenses, and so was the second equation, which showed that DAU, PAD,and capital expenses had positive and significant effect on the local financial independence.The study recommended that the local goverment continues its effort to reduce its bigreliance on DAU (general allocation budget).Keywords: General Allocation Budget, Local Revenue, Capital Expenses, Local FinancialIndependence.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal relationship between employee’s attitudes toward occupational safety and health programs, and organizational commitment. A lot of studies found that organizational commitment closely related to the attitudes of employees toward the administration of occupational safety and health program in organization. Two measures are developed to investigate the two variables, i.e.: one instruments is designed to measure employees’ attitudes and the other for measuring organizational commitment. The subjects are employees of the portland cement factory in West Java, consists of 100 people of staff and non staff worker. The result shows significant correlation between attitudes toward administration of occupational safety and health programs, and employees’ organizational commitment (r= 0,381; p< 0,01)

Abstract

According to the cognitive theory, pessimistic attitude and depression are caused by negative thoughts, that is, a negative concept of the future, the self, and the outer world. A person who is depresed and has a pessimistic attitude, interprets any event in a negative way, focuses on negative aspects of any situation, and also has hopeless expectation about the future. He/she also has a pessimistic explanatory style, seeing the causes of bad events as permanent, universal and internal, and the causes of good events as temporary; specific and external.

Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan merupakan faktor yang menghambat pengontrolan tekanan darah. Pill Card salah satu media pengingat minum obat yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman lebih baik terhadap pengobatan yang dijalani. Instruksi berbasis gambar ini sangat berguna terutama untuk pasien dengan pengobatan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan pasien hipertensi setelah pemberian Pill Card di RS X. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada 30 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian Pill Card dapat memperbaiki kepatuhan pasien hipertensi yang semula hanya 16,67% meningkat menjadi 53,34%. Sebagian besar kepatuhan responden setelah diberikan Pill Card berada dalam kategori kepatuhan naik yakni sebesar 56,67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership style, work environment and training on the performance of PT. Champ Resto Indonesia, whether the three independent variabels contribute to employee performance or not. From the results of research conducted by the authors, it was found that a person’s leadership style in an organization or company can affect the performance of his subordinates. The leadership style variable has a t_table value of 4,106 > 1,680 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The work environment has an effect on employee performance t_count obtained 3,274 > 1,680 as wll as a significant valued of 0,004 < 0,05. Next the training showed that the t_count value as 4,202 > 1,680 and significantly 0,000 < 0,05 partially, each independent variable had an effect on the dependent variable. And the magnitude of the calculated F value is greater than F table 32,520 > 2,82 also a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 so it can be concluded that leadership style, work environment and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) adalah fase penting dalam mengembangkan potensi anak, terutama dalam keterampilan komunikasi lisan dan kepercayaan diri. Salah satu metode yang berpengaruh dalam menstimulasi kedua aspek ini adalah melalui metode bercerita Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yaitu metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 anak di PAUD Terpadu IT SBB Ar Rahmah, Martapura. Tindakan dilaksanakan dengan 4 tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil: Delapan anak tampil secara sukarela menceritakan ulang cerita di depan kelas, menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan berbicara, meskipun tiga anak masih menunjukkan keterbatasan verbal. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan menceritakan ulang cerita animasi efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan komunikasi anak pada usia dini. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan jangka panjang dan variasi media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' preferences in credit-taking decisions, as well as to explore the main reasons behind these decisions. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 50 students at a private university in Bandung. The results of the study showed that most students had never taken credit. The main inhibiting factors were concerns about repayment ability, limited knowledge of credit procedures and provisions, and apprehension about high interest rates. Although many students consider that access to credit services, especially through digital platforms, is quite easy, the results of the study show that their understanding of finance is still limited. Therefore, a more systematic and in-depth financial literacy program is needed so that students can manage financial decisions, especially in terms of credit, wisely and responsibly.

Abstract

Keterbatasan kemampuan SDM di sektor UMKM tidak hanya berkaitan dengan aspek teknis atau hard skills, tetapi juga pada aspek non-teknis atau soft skills yang mencakup komunikasi interpersonal, kerja tim, kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, dan adaptabilitas. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk Pengembangan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Pelatihan Soft Skills dan Manajemen Kinerja di UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan literature review atau tinjauan pustaka. Pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan desain pelatihan yang berbasis bukti (evidence-based), dengan merujuk pada berbagai sumber ilmiah dan praktik terbaik (best practices) yang relevan dalam pengembangan soft skills dan sistem manajemen kinerja untuk pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan soft skills dan manajemen kinerja telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM dan karyawan di wilayah.
