Abstract

Profile Matching Method outline is the process of comparing individual competencies into system competency standards so that the results of competency comparison can be known. Decision Support System or Decision Support System which we then briefly in this thesis becomes SPK, is generally defined as a system that is able to provide good capabilities, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills for semi-structured problems. Specifically, the DSS is defined as a system that supports the work of a manager in solving semi-structured problems by providing information or proposals leading to certain decisions. Abstract

The X-Means algorithm is an algorithm used for grouping data. The x means algorithm is the development of k-means. X-means clustering is used to solve one of the main weaknesses of K-means clustering, namely the need for prior knowledge about the number of clusters (K). In this method, the true value of K is estimated in an unsupervised way and only based on the data set itself. The research results using the X-Means algorithm with Davies-Bouldin Index evaluation Determination of the number of Centroid clusters is done by modifying the X-Means method. In grouping this data, clustering is performed on each student data of the collected variables. Each student's gift and interest will be matched with the college and department of what each student is interested in

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) merupakan kemampuan berbagai alat yang saling terhubung dan saling bertukar data melalui jaringan internet. Internet of thing (IoT) merupakan sebuah teknologi yang memungkinkan adanya sebuah pengendalian, kerja sama dengan berbagai hardware, data melalui jaringan internet. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan membuat dan implementasi alat yaitu pengendalian lampu ruangan menghidupkan dan mematikan  lewat jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet Of Things dan memanfaatkan jaringan Wifi. Platform yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi pengendalinya adalah Arduino IDE. Agar user dapat melihat status lampu dalam keadaan nyala atau mati maka sistem ini menggunakan database MySql sebagai media penyimpanan data. Teknologi lain yang digunakan adalah NodeMCU development board mikrokontroler sebagai pusat kontrol yang bekerja sebagai media penerima instruksi yang nantinya data yang akan diterima melalui internet dan terhubung dengan lampu

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic experienced by the world, various activities did not work as they should; one of the affected sectors was education. Education is an activity that is done face to face, but with the current conditions, forcing these activities to temporarily stopped. This research aims to develop an online learning system that is easy to understand and does not hamper the teaching and learning process in the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). This study uses the ADDIE model, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluations. Development research with the ADDIE model is limited to program implementation. The data that has obtained will be processed using quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The results of the study with the development method that the author received from filling out the questionnaire included aspects of the evaluation of media validation which consisted of 21 indicators, and media validation had two elements of assessment namely aspects of design appearance and programming aspects, the total score of the two aspects of the evaluation gained a total of 83 estimates and the average an average rating of 3.95 is in a Good category. Details of media validation are two indicators from the display aspect score 3 (9.25%), and four indicators score 4 (19.04%), while from the programming aspect there are 14 indicators score 4 (66.67%) and one indicator score 5 (4, 76%). The questionnaire assessment in terms of learning material received a total score of 49, with an average rating of 4.08 in the Good category. Recorded in terms of learning that has 12 indicators get an assessment with the details seven signs to get a score of 4 (58.33%), three symbols get a score of 5 (25%), and two indicators get a score of 3 (16.67%). While in terms of learning design, 11 signs obtained a total score of 45 an average rating of 4.09 and included in the category of Very Good. The distribution of the assessment questionnaire on the validation of the learning design recorded two indicators score 3 (18.18%), six signs score 4 (54.54%), and 3 symbols score 5 (27.27%).

Abstract

A dispenser is a household appliance that is used by almost every Indonesian citizen, a dispenser is a household appliance that functions as a container for gallons of water to refill. Because water is a very promising need, the water refill gallon business is very rapidly developing, both water depot owners or consumers sometimes cannot know when the gallon water runs out unless they see it directly, sometimes due to dense activity so they cannot monitor repeatedly when the water is gallon. it ran out so research was carried out on the manufacture of automatic dispensers. To carry out the automation process, it is assisted by a microcontroller device called Wemos D1, besides that there are two sensors as sending messages, namely the ultrasonic sensor and the infrared tcrt 5500 sensor with the help of an Android-based application so that water notifications run out on the smartphone. In addition, to calculate the messages sent through the sensor, the fuzzy logic method is used. After testing in this study, the ultrasonic sensor sends a message for water conditions in gallons and has a vulnerable value (0 - 40) 0 is a full gallon and 40 is an exhausted gallon. While the infrared tcrt 5500 sensor sends a message for gallon conditions and has a vulnerable value (100-1000) 100 is the value of gallons installed (GTS) and 1000 is the value of gallons not installed (GTT), it can be concluded that the applied method can determine the water condition used up and the condition of the gallon that is not installed and the accuracy obtained is 98%.

Abstract

In the process of grouping the types of skin diseases, doctors and hospital staff encountered various obstacles, including difficulties in grouping data on types of skin diseases. This analysis will assist the hospital in analyzing the data grouping of skin diseases. Data Mining Analysis using the K-Means algorithm for grouping types of skin diseases is an analysis used by doctors and hospital staff to determine grouping of patients based on the type of skin disease. By making this analysis, it is hoped that it can help hospital staff in classifying types of skin diseases

Abstract

In this case the making of information systems guidance counseling is very necessary. Where this counseling guidance information system not only records the number of violations, but also the complete identity of students, achievements and special problems of students. So with this guidance counseling information system the teacher can monitor and assist students in the study period at the school. The results of the research system are expected to be able to facilitate students to convey their problems and get guidance from guardian or counseling teachers wherever and whenever. Guidance counseling system can provide information in the form of children's behavior, children's achievements, and others. Counseling guidance system can make it easier for teachers and parents to monitor student behavior, each process will be recorded and stored in a database so that it is expected that data is safer and will be easier to process into useful information

Abstract

Algoritma X-Means merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk pengelompokan data.Algoritma x means merupakan pengembangan dari k-means.X-means  clustering  digunakan untuk menyelesaikan salah satunya kelemahan utama dari  K-means  clustering,  yaitu  perlunya  pengetahuan  sebelumnya  tentang  jumlah cluster (K). Dalam metode ini, nilai sebenarnya dari K diperkirakan dalam suatu yang tidak diawasi cara dan hanya berdasarkan set data itu sendiri. Adapun hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan algoritma X-Means dengan evaluasi Davies-Bouldin Index penentuan  jumlah Centroid  cluster  dilakukan  dengan  memodifikasi  metode  X-Means. Dalam pengelompokan data ini dilakukan pengclusteran pada setiap data sisw dari variabel-variabelyang telah dikumpulkan. Abstract

The company's goal is to produce high quality aquaculture products such as feed, seeds, pet feed, probiotics to shrimp products and processed food for the domestic and export markets. The company is still experiencing difficulties in determining the appropriate composition for the manufacture of animal feed. So that the animal feed produced has poor quality. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can assist in the process of determining the composition in the manufacture of animal feed. Because Data Mining is a computer-based system capable of solving unstructured problems. To be able to assist in the process of determining the composition of the company's animal feed, the author uses the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method. The Multi Factor Evaluation Process method is a method that breaks up a complex, unstructured situation into its component parts, the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method is a specification of the problem, in which decision makers must evaluate each alternative with multiple specific criteria. From the results of the study, it can be concluded, among others: The company must provide supporting equipment to run the application of the MFEP Method in Determining the Composition of this Feed so that it runs as desired. To achieve the purpose of the application of the MFEP Method Application in Determining the Composition of Animal Feed that is designed, it is hoped that this research can continue so that the system can be based on Client-Server and Online.

Abstract

Pemodelan matematika denganpendekatan General Model Linier dengan Distribusi Normal untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses persalinan dan hasilnya di Rumah Bersalin SADAN Medan Selayang. GLM (Generalized Linear Model) yang berbasis pada analisis regresi namun dengan tambahan 3 komponen utama : Ausmsi Distirbusi, Komponen Sistematik dan Fungsi Penghubung merupakan perluasan model linear biasa. Dalam penelitian ini diasumsikan distribusinya adalah distribusi normal sehingga GLM yang dipakai adalah Model Linear Normal dengan jenis respon  merupakan pertambahan BB (berat badan)  Ibu selama Hamil adalah kontinu dengan fungsi penghubung Identitas. Dengan tanpa memperhatikan struktur korelasi maka dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa variable kovariat ANC, Ibu dengan kedatangan di K1 2 kali dan K2 juga 2 kali mempengaruhi penambahan BB ibu hamil dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value yang 0,05. Jadi tidak berbeda jauh dengan kesimpulan awal bahwa Antenatal Care (ANC) dan grup mempengaruhi penambahan BB ibu hamil. Sehingga diperoleh model sebagai berikutY=1.16855+1.51730X_(1_A)-0.29142X_(2_B)-0.84033X_(3_C)-1.23650X_(4_D)..
