Abstract

Turbin uap adalah alat yang sering digunakan di bidang industri maupun sebagai pembangkit listrik. Turbin uap bekerja pada temperature tinggi sehingga kerusakan yang terjadi biasanya disebabkan oleh korosi temperatur tinggi (KTT) atau hot corrossion. LTHC (Low temperature Hot Corrosion) adalah salah satu jenis KTT yang terjadi pada temperatur 700-800OC. Korosi jenis ini terjadi pada sudu-sudu turbin uap yang menyebabkan material pada turbin mengalami kerusakan dan penurunan fungsi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melindungi material pada sudu-sudu turbin adalah proses coating dengan metode wire arc spray. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jarak nozzle pada proses coating FeCrBMnSi dengan metode wire arc spray terhadap ketahanan thermal. Penelitian ini diawali dengan proses preparasi spesimen yang kemudian dilakukan proses pengujian yaitu SEM, XRD, dan thermal cycle. Dari hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan hasil terbaik yaitu pada jarak 400 mm dan yang mempunyai kekuatan lekat sebesar 22,58 MPa. Dari pengujian thermal cycle didapatkan senyawa precipitate boride (Fe9B)0,2 yang mengakibatkan peningkatan nilai kekerasan permukaan. Selain itu pada permukaan coating terbentuk senyawa oksida berupa Fe3O4 yang mengakibatkan perambatan retak.Kata kunci: coating, FeCrBMnSi, jarak nozzle, ketahanan thermal, wire arc spray

Abstract

Al Qur-an diturunkan kepada bangsa Arab dan dalam bahasa Arab. Pada zaman turunnya,bangsa Arab dalam hal perkembangan bahasa telah sampai kepada suatu tingkat yang sangattinggi sekali, terutama dalam sastra, baik puisi maupun prosa. Al Qur-an merupakan mu’jizatNabi Muhammad saw sebagaimana bagi nabi-nabi dan rasul Allah swt lainnya, juga memilikimu’jizat. Timbul suatu pertanyaan, mengapa mu’jizat Nabi Muhammad saw hanya Al Qur-anyang dibaca atau suatu kitab yang dipelajari. Pada masa sekarangpun masih ada orang yangmempertanyakan hal serupa, mengapa mu’jizatnya tidak seperti Nabi Musa as yang membelahlaut, Nabi Daud as yang melunakkan besi dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Scheduling in PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri is using make to order approach, so they uses job shop manufacturing. Based on an initial analysis, obtained makespan 1964 minutes to order completion on March 2016. The study tries to minimaze makespan in job shop schedulingfor March 2016 in Machine Unit at PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. The results of the production scheduling with algorithm Artificial Immune System (AIS) produces a new sequence of jobs 2 ?? 3 ?? 4 ?? 1 and amount of makespan 1651 minute, so this method can reduce makespan 313 minutes. Keywords: scheduling, Artificial, Immune, System, Makespan ABSTRAK Penjadwalan (scheduling) di PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri menggunakan pendekatan make to order, sehingga menggunakan strategi produksi job shop. Berdasarkan analisis awal, didapatkan kebutuhan makespan sebesar 1964 menit untuk penyelesaian order pada bulan Maret 2016. Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan minimasi makespan dengan menggunakan job shop scheduling untuk bulan Maret 2016 di Unit Permesinan PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. Hasil penjadwalan produksi dengan algoritma Artificial Immune System (AIS) menghasilkan urutan pekerjaan (sequence) job 2 ?? 3 ?? 4 ?? 1 dan makespan sebesar 1651 menit, sehingga didapatkan minimasi makespan sebesar 313 menit. Abstract

Islamic studies (dirosah islamiyyah) should be carried out and developed dynamically like scientific studies in general. But unfortunately on the contrary, Islamic studies seem to have stagnated or not experienced significant progress amidst various social issues that continue to develop. Even when there are Islamic studies conducted by Muslim insiders, they often appear dull and poor in approach and methodology. Islamic studies should be open to the methods and approaches currently being developed. Ibrahim M. Abu Rabi tries to open up this void through his study of the history of Islamic thought and awakens intellectuals so that they fully understand the role and importance of advancing Islamic studies. The scientific opinion is currently being developed. Problems that are increasingly complicated and complex cannot be explained satisfactorily by classical Islamic research theories that rely solely on textual research. According to him, Islamic studies must be open to contemporary scientific disciplines.

Abstract

Canyoning adventure tourism is a form of nature tourism activity that provides extreme and challenging experiences for tourists. However, the high level of risk in this activity requires a comprehensive risk management approach to ensure the safety and comfort of participants. This study aims to analyze risk-based canyoning tourism management activities in the Canyoning & Caving area, Bogor, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with tour managers, canyoning guides, and tourists who have participated in the activity. In addition, direct observations were made of field conditions and facilities provided. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of effective risk management is very important to minimize the potential for accidents and negative impacts on the environment. Some of the main risks identified include unpredictable weather conditions, terrain difficulty, and lack of participant experience. The risk mitigation strategies implemented include intensive training for guides, the use of international standard safety equipment, and the preparation of clear emergency procedures. This study is expected to be a reference for other canyoning tourism managers in developing safe and sustainable adventure tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

Durian (Durio spp.) is a tropical fruit with high economic and cultural value in Indonesia. As a member of the genus Durio, there are nine consumable species of durian, with D. zibethinus being the most widely cultivated. Indonesia boasts various types of durian, differing in taste, aroma, and flesh color, which are crucial assets for increasing the number of superior parent plants. Durian is renowned for its unique taste and offers numerous benefits, including consumption as fresh or processed fruit, use in anti-aging treatments, and blood pressure improvement. Morphological identification of durian is essential for determining fruit quality, which is vital in plant breeding. The Sinapeul durian, a local variety from Majalengka, has unique characteristics and significant economic value, but knowledge about its distribution remains limited. This research aims to analyze the distribution and characteristics of the Sinapeul durian around the area of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Unit Palimanan Cirebon, to support conservation and sustainable utilization efforts, and to provide a basis for the propagation of the increasingly rare Sinapeul durian
