Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the different effect among learning used Group Investigation with Quantum Learning approach (GI-QL), Group Investigation (GI), and direct learning  models. This research was quasi experimental research with factorial design of 3x3x2. The population of this research was the seventh grade students of State Junior High School of District Pringsewu in The Academic Year 2013/2014. The sampling technique used was stratified cluster random sampling. The data analysis used a three way analysis of variance with different cell at significance levels 0.05. The results of this research was as follows: (1) learning used GI-QL results better learning achievement than GI and direct learning models do, and GI results better learning achievement than direct learning models does, (2.a) at learning used GI-QL, kinesthetic, auditory, and visual learners have the same learning achievement; at learning used GI, visual learners have better  learning achievement than auditory, and kinesthetic and auditory learners have the same learning achievement; whereas at learning used direct learning models, kinesthetic learners have better  learning achievement than visual and kinesthetic learners, and visual and kinesthetic learners have the same learning achievement, (2.b) for kinesthetic and auditory learners, GI-QL results better learning achievement than GI and direct learning models do, and GI and direct learning models result the same learning achievement; and for visual learners, GI-QL and GI result the same learning achievement but better than direct learning models, and GI results better learning achievement than direct learning models does, (3.a) at each of learning models, students with high learning creativity have better learning achievement than low learning creativity, (3.b) at each of learning creativity categories, GI-QL results better learning achievement than GI and direct learning models do, and GI results better learning achievement than direct learning models does, (4.a) at each of learning models with each of learning styles, students with high learning creativity have better learning achievement than low learning creativity, (4.b) at each of learning models with each of learning creativity, visual learners have the same learning achievement with kinesthetic learners but it better  than auditory learners, and auditory learners have better learning achievement than kinesthetic learners, (4.c) at each of learning styles with each of learning creativity, GI-QL results better learning achievement than GI and direct learning models, and GI results better learning achievement than direct learning models.Keywords: Group Investigation, Quantum Learning, Direct Learning, Learning Style, Learning Creativity.

The subject of thisstudy was all of the students on VII.A class of SMP N Satu Atap 2 Negerikaton inthe academic year of 2014-2015. Method of this study was descriptive analysis.Researcher used observation sheet they were teacher’s ability sheet, activity’sstudent sheet, respond’s student sheet, then to get students’ learning achievementwere used essay. Learning indicator that focused on ability aspect, studentactivity and student response is more than 75%, therefore it will increase. Baseon the data, teacher’s ability was 78,23%, students’ activity was 76,84%,students’ response was 78,48%, base on percentage it will impact learningachievement that reached, based on essay result means that student’s percentageresult was success and gets above Minimum Completeness Criteria is 77,78%therefore studying result are good, those four indicators learning effectivenessgoal is more than 75%, it means that learning model purpose CIRC tomathematics learning on rectangular material is effective to trouble-shootingability on subject rectangular.Keywords: Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compotition, effectiveness inlearning

Abstract

The research aimed to describe the problems solving level of students math education study program STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung in the academic year of 2018-2019 in solving the convergence of sequences and series of real numbers on the advanced calculus subject.  Data analysis techniques were used to analyze the results of students' answers in achieving the indicators of problem solving skills. The result obtained the phase of understanding the problems in the amount of 86%, the phase of choosing the right strategy to overcome the problems was 69%, the process of solving the problem correctly and systematically was 45%, the phase of re-examining the precision The results showed that the ability of students to understand the problem was very good, the ability of students to choose the right strategy to solve good problems, the ability of students to solve problems correctly and systematically enough, and the ability of students to re-check the accuracy of the strategy chosen and the truth of problem solving still very less

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service activities was carried out through a seminar and training on writing scientific papers for students of MTs Rhaudlotul Munawwaroh Jatirejo Pringsewu. The results of this activity include: (1) can grow students' interest in writing, (2) students are able to write reports on tourism activities in accordance with EYD and scientific writing writing guidelines (3) students become trained to think scientifically, and (4) students able to be competitive in participating in the Youth Scientific Work competition in the local / national / international arena. Keywords: writing, scientific thinking, scientific writing

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has made all people aware of the importance of maintaining personal hygiene to fight the spread of the virus. The government readily appealed to Indonesian citizens to always wash their hands, wear masks, and keep their distance. However, in remote areas, the government's appeal is not on target. Based on the survey results during the implementation of the 2020/2021 KKND UMPRI, there were still many residents who were ignorant and did not know the appeal. Therefore the aim of this service is to provide information to the village community about awareness about COVID 19 through the media of posters. The method of implementing this service activity includes: surveys, creating posters, and poster publication. The impact of this activity is to increase public awareness of the government's appeal against COVID 19 which is measured by: (1) creating awareness of community members about washing hands, using masks, and maintaining distance; (2) increasing community knowledge about the symptoms, dangers and handling of COVID 19; and (3) increasing public knowledge about prevention measures for transmission of COVID 19.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19, tentunya membawa dampak perubahan pola tatanan kehidupan terutama terkait dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan mulai dari pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, hingga pendidikan tinggi. Perubahan tatanan yang ada yaitu adanya kebijakan dilaksanakannya pembelajaran daring pada perguruan tinggi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada perguruan tinggi tentunya membawa dampak bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Salah satunya, pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Lanjut, dimana pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan berpikir kritis menjadi tolak ukur hasil belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengindentifikasikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematika pada pembelajaran daring.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Lanjut. Hasil analisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, capaian persentase rata-rata pada aspek memahami mencapai 71,43%, aspek membuat rencana pemecahan mencapai 56,75%, aspek melakukan perhitungan mencapai 62,70, dan aspek memeriksa perhitungan mencapai 56,35%. Sedangkan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis matematika dalam penelitian ini diperoleh capaian persentase rata-rata kemampuan memfokuskan pertanyaan mencapai 55,16%, kemampuan mempertimbangkan kredibilitas suatu sumber mencapai 54,76%, kemampuan menganalisis argumen mencapai 44,84%, kemampuan mempertimbangkan hasil keputusan mencapai 44,44%, dan kemampuan memutuskan suatu tindakan mencapai 49,60%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah kain perca di Pringsewu belum termanfaatkan dengan baik. Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu merasa terpanggil untuk melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ketrampilan kepada masyarakat tentang membuat kerajinan pengait masker dari kain perca. Metode yang digunakan adalah koordinasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, rencana tindak lanjut dan refleksi. Proses pelaksanaan program kerja ini secara bertahap, berkesinambungan, dan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan kerajinan memberikan dampak positif dan berhasil mempraktekkannya secara mandiri, sehingga kreativitas dan inovasi menghasilkan produk kekinian dapat terwujud. Hasil wawancara pada tahap refleksi menunjukkan seluruh peserta yang awalnya tidak bisa membuat kerajinan sendiri, setelah melalui pelatihan menjadi bisa membuat produk tersebut.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar merupakan rintisan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dengan mengemban tujuan memulihkan dan mengembalikan kewenangan pengelolaan pendidikan kepada sekolah dan pemerintah daerah. Untuk mengkompensasi kehilangan belajar yang terjadi pasca pandemi Covid-19. Konsep ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan kepada satuan pendidikan (sekolah, guru dan siswa) untuk berinovasi, belajar secara mandiri dan kreatif. Akan tetapi, belum semua satuan pendidikan memahami gagasan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar ini. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, Namun, belum semua memahami oleh semua satuan pendidikan. Tentunya hal ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus bagi para pendidik untuk dapat menyosialisasikan ke satuan-satuan pendidikan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kurikulum merdeka para guru. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada kepala sekolah dan guru-guru SD Negeri 02 Bangunsari Kabapaten Lampung Utara adalah belum mengenal kurikulum merdeka. Adapun metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pengetahuan terkait kurikulum merdeka dalam bentuk sosialisasi melalui Google Meet kepada Kepala Sekolah dan guru-guru SD Negeri 02 Bangunsari dan pendampingan pendampingan kepada pihak mitra melalui mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam kegiatan kampus mengajar dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka melalui laman https://kurikulum.gtk.kemdikbud.go.id/.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah untuk dilakukannya pembelajaran daring membawa dampak tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan tak terkecuali yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan di rumah, dapat membuat orang tua lebih mudah dalam memonitoring atau mengawasi terhadap perkembangan belajar anak secara langsung. Orang tua lebih mudah dalam membimbing dan mengawasi belajar anak dirumah. Namun hal tersebut tidak terjadi sesuai yang diharapkan. Banyak orang tua yang justru mengeluh dalam mendampingi anak belajar. Mereka menganggap anak lebih sukar diatur karena lebih asyik dengan gawainya masing-masing tanpa terkontrol. Mereka juga belum memahami bagaimana menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak-anak di rumah. Oleh karena itu, pengusul akan melaksanakan program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mitra sasaran yaitu orang tua/wali murid di kecamatan Ambarawa khususnya orang tua/wali siswa SD Muhammadiyah Ambarawa. Program PKM tersebut berupa kegiatan penyuluhan tentang parenting anak di masa pandemi, pemanfaatan gawai untuk sarana belajar di rumah, serta workshop membuat metode belajar yang menyenangkan bagi anak sesuai usia perkembangannya.Pelaksanann kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan ,dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pada tahap persiapan yaitu penyusunan modul penyuluhan dan koordinasi dengan mitra.

Abstract

The responses given by final year FKIP UMPRI Lampung students to Muhammadiyah were different even though the treatment given was the same in the regeneration process. Whereas experience in the organization as a cadre is very important in dealing with pandemic conditions, so that it affects student learning achievement. This is the background of this research which aims to reveal the learning achievements of Muhammadiyah cadres within the scope of universities in the era of covid-19 so that it can be a consideration for Muhammadiyah universities to further strengthen Muhammadiyah cadres and prospective Muhammadiyah cadres through better regeneration programs. This type of research is a comparative quantitative study with a population of all final year students of FKIP UMPRI, amounting to 268. The sample in this study was 20% of the population using a proportional cluster random sampling technique of 54 students. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is a t-test with test prerequisites, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Based on data analysis, it was found that there was no difference in learning achievement between Muhammadiyah cadres and non-Muhammadiyah cadres in the scope of universities in the covid-19 era.
