Abstract

Proyek E-KTP dilatarbelakangi oleh sistem pembuatan KTP konvensional di Indonesia yang memungkinkan seseorang dapat memiliki lebih dari satu KTP. Hal ini disebabkan belum adanya basis data terpadu yang menghimpun data penduduk dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia.  Untuk mengatasi duplikasi tersebut sekaligus menciptakan kartu identitas tunggal. Maka diterapkanlah E-KTP berbasis Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), E-KTP yang berbasis NIK nasional, memuat kode keamanan dan rekaman elektronik sebagai alat verifikasi dan validasi data jati diri seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan terhadap sistem Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (E-KTP) dengan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Yang dilaksanakan pada kantor Camat Ilir Timur I (IT I). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan  tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi penerimaan sistem E-KTP. Variabel tersebut adalah Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) sebagai variabel mandiri sedangkan penerimaan sistem E-KTP sebagai variabel terkait. Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara probabilitas (pemilihan random)  dengan menggunakan metode Area Sampling atau Sampel wilayah, maka peneliti menetapkan sampel untuk masyarakat sebanyak  20 orang responden dari setiap kelurahan sehingga didapat total responden untuk masyarakat sebanyak 220 orang responden yang mewakili setiap kelurahan. Hasil  Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara variabel mandiri dan variabel terkait Sedangkan dari hasil analisis Regresi diperoleh fakta bahwa kontribusi kedua variabel tersebut adalah 64,5 % terhadap penerimaan sistem E-KTP

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumberdaya yang digunakan untuk mensinergikan sumberdaya lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, mutasi dan demosi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji analisis deskripsi, linear berganda. Jumlah populasi adalah 30 orang karyawan PT. United Tractor Cabang Makassar dan jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan sistem rotasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada . Secara parsial promosi dan mutasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun demosi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . Dari seluruh faktor yang dianalisis, maka faktor yang paling dominan dalam memperngaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah promosi.Kata kunci: Kinerja karyawan, system rotasi, promosi, mutasi, demosi.

Abstract

This Research is executed as a mean to know how prima service system (service excellent) what is applied by PT. XYZ Branch the Makassar in improving cutomer satisfaction. Analyse the data used is descriptively that is give the prima service system picture of PT. XYZ in the effort make-up of cutomer satisfaction. Result of research, showing, that prima service (service excellent) what is done by PT. XYZ Branch the Makassar will very influencing is make-up of cutomer satisfaction. Especial variable causing the mentioned of caused by its is prima service in post service sell the motorbike honda which have been applied by company to all its cutomer so that induce at make-up of satisfaction of cutomer by doing cooperation with the cutomer (stakeholder) to do the post service sell to the direct consumer, goodness of service and also maintenance of regency area / town, ready also spare part and purchasing return the product of motor honda from cutomer which w ish to sell the return. This matter give the positive impact at satisfaction of cutomer and also progressively the wide-speading of areal market which can be included by company in its sale

Abstract

This research is intended as an academic effort to find out more about the performance of lecturers and the factors that influence it. Personality factor is the best factor used to predict employee performance. Another factor that affects performance is a factor related to the work environment, namely Workplace Spirituality. This study uses a quantitative approach and applies survey research to take samples and distribute online questionnaires as a data collection tool. All returned e-questionnaires were verified, and the number of final respondents used as research data was 178 lecturers. This amount is considered appropriate because it has fulfilled the requirements for the number of research samples. The data analysis technique used SPSS assistance. The results of the study indicate that increasing the capacity of the lecturer's personality in carrying out professional duties as a lecturer will have an impact on improving the performance of the lecturer. Likewise with the improvement of working environment conditions that are able to foster a meaningful feeling at work, a feeling of being connected to the community and the enforcement of institutional values ​​that are in line with the values ​​believed by lecturers will have an impact on improving the performance of lecturers

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in logistics in port management and development. At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Palembang branch there is an E-OFFICE web that can be accessed through the website. The E-OFFICE is a website system that can only be accessed by employees and is used to facilitate correspondence activities within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Palembang branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the level usability system of the E-OFFICE web, whether it was easy to learn, efficient, when users interacted it was easy to remember procedures/steps without making many mistakes, and finally whether users felt comfortable operating the website. This study uses a heuristic evaluation method that contains ten variables, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standard, Error prevention, Recognition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist, Help users recognize, Diagnose and recover from errors,Help and documentation. The population of this research is employees, using questionnaire data collection techniques and interviews with samples. This research can be used as input for development in increasing the usability value.

Abstract

Abstract Today, the exchange of information can be made not only by text or by voice but also by video. This is a video conference. Polrestabes Palembang is an institution that is affected by the covid-19 and has not yet been computerized in video conferences and in managing video conference schedules. The purpose of the study is to build information management systems for video conference schedules using the framework codeigniter and the software development method of the waterfall method. The waterfall method has five procedures, such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, support and maintenance. The result of research is that the information system was successfully built using the framework codeigniter, which has three models: model, view, controller. The information system can manage the data for the video conference schedule that will be done and can do a video conference itinerary recaption as needed. Result of testing, all the menus on this information system can be used as desired.

Abstract

Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropics and other addictive substances) is a serious problem that can threaten physical, mental and social health, especially in adolescents. This outreach program aims to provide education about the negative impacts of drug abuse on teenagers at Karang Taruna Tanjung Pinang. The method used is the delivery of educational material and outreach. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the dangers of drugs. Thus, this outreach not only contributes to prevention efforts at the community level but also becomes a model that can be adapted for similar prevention programs in various regions.

Abstract

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company.
