Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic consumption by Al Aqobah Boarding School teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The population characteristics of this study are the teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District. The teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School who know and understand the consumption according to Islam are people who implement Islamic consumption in his life, the teacher/ustadz and ustadzah who has been teaching at Al Aqobah boarding school at least 2 years. The number of samples in this study was six informants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the results of this study showed that Al Aqobah boarding school teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District, has implemented the Islamic consumption legally (halal); they are not extravagant not only in spending wealth but also in living luxury and showing assets. They can also make the balance system between worldly and hereafter consumption.Moreover, the suggestion for all of people in Al Aqobah boarding school and also the teachers are expected to continue teaching the consumption which is true to Islam, apply in everyday life, and provide appropriate examples to the students. For further research, it is expected to examine the same topic with more in depth details about the implementation of Islamic consumption on other aspects that are more specific.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the suitability of the system or how cooperation cultivation of agricultural land undertaken Muslim farmers in the village of Temu, Kanor, Bojonegoro which has been run for generations by way of cooperation cultivation of agricultural land in Islam or fiqh kaedah muamalah.Results of this study indicate that there are conformity system or way of cooperation cultivation of agricultural land that the farmers in the village Temu (anvil) with kaedah muamalah Islamic fiqh, because it has met the conditions prevailing in harmony and with both sides to contain the principle that there is an element of mutual muamalah willing and mutually their benefits, as well as a custom (urf) that do not conflict with the texts of the  Quran and the Hadith, and also does not contain madharat.

Abstract

Sharia insurance in Indonesia has experienced a fairly rapid development since the promulgation of MUI fatwa number:21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 about sharia insurance. However, that is still questionable is does the sharia insurance company really run the product operational based on MUI fatwa.This study aims to determine whether product operational of sharia insurance of AJB Bumiputera1912 is in conformity with the sharia rules to follow six indicator akkad, premi, claims, investment, reinsurance, and management of the fund from MUI fatwa or not.The research method is used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study is that the data derived from primary data obtained from fieldwork and secondary data derived from the literature and a wide range of written document. This study using data derived from the management of sharia insurance AJB Bumiputera 1912 in the branch of Surabaya and sharia insurance participants of AJB Bumiputera 1912.The results of this research is operational products of sharia insurance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 were in accordance with Indonesian Ulama Council fatwa DSN Number:21/DSNMUI/X/2001. The suitability reflected from the existence of akkad tabarru’ and akkad tijarah as investment funds (mudharabah), management of premium funds based on sharia, claims fund based on first contract, investment made in accordance with the mandate of participants, then reinsurance process done only to sharia-based reinsurance company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the principles of the Islamic leadership in product innovation process in the Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. Data was collected through interviews with business leaders in Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo. Triangulation technique was also carried out in this study to test the credibility of the data. Triangulation technique used in this research is triangulation sources by conducting interviews to workers of batik business leaders, and also triangulation techniques to make observations, anddocumentary evidence in the field.The results obtained from this study indicate that the principle of Islamic leadership has been well implemented by the batik industry leader in Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo. The process of product innovation in the Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo can be done well because it is supported by leaders who have applied the principles of the Islamic leadership is the principle of tawhid, the principle consultation, the principle of freedom of thought and principle of fair.

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Islamic banking refers to a business that has a social responsibility in Islamic. Islamic values contained in CSR activity that is the values of justice, Rohmatan lilalamin value, and the value maslahah. That understanding will have implications for the implementation of syariah in the CSR value BNI Syariah Jakarta. The research method which is used for this case is qualitative descriptive approach. This Research is using semi-structured interviews and documentation. This Research was concern on the syariah value of CSR activities BNI Syariah Jakarta and find out for the solutiaon on how the implementation of sharia value on CSR activities BNI Syariah Jakarta. The results of this research was indicated that the PT. BNI Syariah Jakarta has implemented three grades sharia Islamic banking in performing activities of corporate social responsibility, which has implemented sharia values of justice, Rohmatan lialamin value, and the value maslahah with full responsibility and in accordance to sharia compliance or regulations.

Abstract

The rise of business Multi Level Marketing (MLM) which is growing rapidly in Indonesia made many people interest to join. However, it is still debated by scholars regarding the business operations of Multi Level Marketing (MLM). In addition, MUI has publish DSN MUI Fatwa Number: 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 about Direct Selling Based On Islamic Law.This study aims to determine whether the business operations of the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) KK Indonesia is in conformity with the Shariah rules to follow 12 of the MUI fatwa or not .This study used a qualitative analysis using interview guide. The data used in this study is that the data derived from primary data obtained from fieldwork and secondary data derived from the literature and the MUI Fatwa DSN. In this study using data derived from the management of Multi Level Marketing (MLM) PT . KK Indonesian branch of Surabaya, East Java and Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) East Java .The results of the study were operating Multi Level Marketing (MLM) KK Indonesias procedures are in line with the Indonesian Ulama Council fatwa DSN Number: 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009.

Abstract

A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know motivations which encourage moslementrepreneurs decide producing imitation product.This research used a qualitative approach with explanatory case study strategy which is able to answer the question arised. Data collecting process was done by interviewing moslem entrepereneurs in Tanggulangin. Analysis technique which used in this research is descriptive, because author tried to describe a symptoms, occurance, and events which happened nowadays. Author tried to capture events and occurance that happened and being a central of attention to be explained as it seen on the location.The result showed that there are many forms of motivation why moslem entrepreneurs decide to produce imitation products. Those motivations were classified and explained based on the Islamic motivation theory by Abdul Hamid Mursi. That motivation theory is physiological motivation, psychological or social motivation, and working and producing motivation.

Abstract

Kontribusi dari sektor pariwisata secara internasional dan nasional memperlihatkan prospek ekonomi yang sangat berdampak positif. Peran pemerintah berupa kebijakan dalam upaya untuk pengembangan dan regulasi pariwisata pada rencana pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia, yaitu dengan memperlihatkan bahwa pemerintah sudah menyadari akan besarnya dampak dan manfaat yang diberikan oleh sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah untuk membangun khususnya pada pembangunan pariwisata di Indonesia. Peningkatkan pada sektor kepariwisataan juga mampu menggalakkan kegiatan ekonomi antara lain lapangan kerja, pendapatan masyarakat, pendapatan daerah, dan penerimaan devisa negara dapat meningkat melalui upaya pengembangan berbagai potensi kepariwisataan Nasional. Pembangunan di bidang kepariwisataan merupakan salah satu terobosan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dan negara. Sektor kepariwisataan akan disejajarkan kedudukanya dengan sektor lain dalam usaha meningkatkan pendapatan negara, maka kepariwisataan dapat disebut salah satu sektor yang berpotensi bagi Indonesia.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren is an institution that can contribute to empowering the community's economy through its business units. The effort was apparently carried out by Pondok Pesantren DALWA. This institute has 14 businesses, but not all of them have professional management, there are a hotel, mart, tour and travel, bread, and fried chicken. This research uses a summative evaluation model. It has four components are context, input, process, product. This model will report the reason, implementation, and result of empowerment. The purpose of this research was to analyze the model of community economic empowerment in the league. The research method is qualitative. Data collected through observations, interviews and documents. The data is validated by the triangulation of sources and techniques. The result showed the reason for empowerment because of independence, reliance, and da?wah. The program gives priority to male are competent, sincere, and amanah. This program consists of awareness, capacity, and making efficient use based on Islam. It is very useful for individual ability, effort, environment, and league.
