Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of sales promotion ( Advertising , sales promotion , personal selling ) simultaneously or partially in order to achieve the sales target of the Sang surya Pekanbaru batik shops .As for the population in this study is the consumer of the Sun batik shop Pekanbaru Pekanbaru , with sampling totaling 89 people by using Slovin formula . Search procedure is performed based on random sampling of respondents . The research data is the primary data , the questionnaire as a research instrument , data analysis is descriptive analysis , as it also uses descriptive quantitative analysis that uses sitem calculations and using SPSS version 20 .promotion of information flow in one direction or persuasion made to direct the activities of a person or organization that created the exchange in a pemasaran.Promosi is one part of the marketing mix is crucial implemented by companies in marketing products or services that aim to get the maximum profit mungkin.Promosi are attempts by marketers to inform and remind the people in the target market about the products ,Keywords :. Abstract

Global competition is an inevitable phenomenon of the industrial world, one way to face this competition is the way the company is required to have employees who are competent and have a good performance. The role of employees is crucial for the success or failure of the company reaching target market. The company expects its employees to always have a higher performance, more process-oriented, more involved in leadership and be able to gain knowledge to add value to the company and employees are expected to make the company the right to compete with other companies. Given the important role of HR in an organization, it can not be denied there should be special attention on the problem of improving the quality of human resources. To get qualified human resources, the company is expected to carry out the recruitment process so that the quality of human resources is placed strictly in accordance with the required expertise. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) to support the business activities of the focus group as a manufacturer and distributor Astra Honda in Indonesia, through the provision of financing facilities ownership of motorcycles manufactured and marketed by Astra. Where the results of this penelitiaan, respondents considered the implementation of recruitment at. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru can be said on both categories. Where the recruitment of seven sub-variables which involves determining the number and qualifications of candidates, filling in application forms, the implementation of an intelligence test, aptitude test execution, execution of test interview, medical test execution, and assessment of results is accepted or rejected, get good responses to the respondents. For some things there are respondents who respond less well among prospective applicants regarding the suitability of applicants with specified requirements, the implementation of the conditions of the aptitude test and the implementation of the prospective applicants medical tests.Keywords: Analysis, Implementation, Recruitment

Abstract

The research is to find out what are the motives and the motivators that influenced tourist to visit Aek Martua waterfall.This research is uses descriptive quantitative methods to analyze problem which is going to conducted. The sample of this research was 100 people were taken by using accidental sampling. Then the data collection techniques in this is reseach the writer used observation, interview and quisionnaires. The writer using the likers scale as an instrument to measuring the lenght of intervals that can be used to find quantitative data.Based on the result of the research are the influence of motivator is more motivate tourists to visit Aek Martua waterfall than the motives. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cooperative Mitra Sejati of Pangkalan Kuras to analyze and determine how the application of cooperative management at Mitra Sejati’s Cooperative.This research is descriptive quantitative study , the data collected in the study was obtained and separated by type, further processed and analyzed and presented in the form of frequency tables and given an explanation as appropriate. The population in this study consisted of administrators, regulatory bodies and members of the cooperative with a sampling technique using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary data, primary data is data obtained either directly from the respondent administrators, supervisors and members of the cooperative are associated with cooperative management, while secondary data are already available in the form of a brief history of the cooperative, cooperative structure and cooperative activity.From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the management of the cooperative in the form of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling conducted by the cooperative Mitra Sejati of Panggkalan Kuras In good conditions category, it is because of what has been implemented by the cooperatives are in accordance with the expectations of the board and members of cooperatives.Keywords: Cooperative Management, Planning, Organizing, Coordination, Controlling

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the compensation provided by CV Simisu Karya to employees, to determine employee morale on the CV. Simisu Karya and to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale on the CV. Simisu Karya Pekanbaru.The population in this study were all employees who work in the CV Simisu Karya Pekanbaru totaling 25 people. Because of its population numbered only 25 people, the writer make all the sample population using census techniques. Data analysis technique will I use is simple linear regression.Compensation Based on the results of the research have a positive effect on employee morale due to the provision of appropriate and effective compensation can increase the motivation of employees to carry out their responsibilities well and will improve employee morale.Keywords:HumanResources Management, Compensation And Morale

Abstract

The performance Achievement of is a process that requires of resources) Thus is performance the level of achievement of the policy, program, activity by using a number of resources in achieving organizational goals that have been set previously. Performance can also be regarded as a work (output) of a process (conversion) perpetrated by all components of the organization of resources (resources) of data and information, policies and time used is referred to as input (input)The purpose of this research was examining the factors that affect the employee performance at the coffee Shop Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. The factors tested in this study were the factor leadership, the factor communication, the factor compensation, and the Factor districThe population in this study were staff coffee shop Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru , while the samples in this study amounted to 58 respondents. The research data was obtained by questionnaire. Techniques used in this study was purposive sampling . The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed with Importance Performance Analysis.The results of this study indicate variable leadership affect positive signification of employye performance. The Coffee Shop Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru has factors that affect the performance of is Leadership with sub variables: Leaders clear in giving orders to employees, clever read the situation and sensitive to employees with feedback. Abstract

This study is based on the sales promotion airlines ticket activity at “ PT. Hamka Giat Tour and Travel Pekanbaru”. In marketing its companyproduct needs to haves media between consumer and company that is through promotion as the communication media between company and consumer. In order the promotion can interest the attention and influence consumer in buying, so the company does promotional mix that implies several variables those are personal selling, sales promotion, and wind of mouth. Aims to spread information, influence or persuade and remind the target market of the company and its products to be willing to accept, purchase, and loyal to the products offered by the company concerned.The sampel is this research is influential consumer about purchasing airlines ticket. In this study the authors used descriptive quantitative analysis techniques, that describe the real situation, particularly on the aspects studied, and the techniquedata collection is with questioner method and interview .The study design by means of descriptive analysis is intended to explain to describe specifically how the implementation of the sales promotion airlines ticket in PT. Hamka Giat Tour and Travel Pekanbaru in order to increase sales through promotion. The research funding indicates that can be seen PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of ticket salespromotion in Prima Riau Holiday Pekanbaru and learn respondents to the implementation of ticket sales by Prima Vacation Riau Pekanbaru using promotional mix consists of advertising, personal selling and sales promotion .This study uses Tjiptono theory (2008) .And using quantitative research methods descriptive approach. According to Mohammad Nazir (2011: 86) design planning study aims to conduct research to get the logic in making conclusions. Good design research plan will be able to translate scientific models in practical operational research. Every step of the planning study design requires making the right decision by the researcher. techniques of data collection is done by means of observation and questionnaire interview. Researchers set the number of respondents to fill out the questionnaire as much as 84 people.Prima Riau Holiday Pekanbaru has been carrying out such promotion with advertising, sales promotion and sales of individual / personal selling. For advertising, Prima Riau Holiday Pekanbaru using multiple media such as advertising banners and boards. For sales promotion carried out by following the exhibition and the provision of rebates / discounts, while for individual sales by conducting field selling and retail selling. Respondents on the implementation of the campaign has been conducted by PT Prima Riau Holiday Pekanbaru is still not good. It can be seen from the respondents to the questionnaire that has been deployed by the researcher, namely for advertising respondents gave ratings hesitation, sales promotion rated doubtful and sale of individual / personal selling assessed agree.Keywords: Promotion, Ticket, Responden, Advertising.

Abstract

Consumer behavior is very important for a company, to study consumer behavior will greatly assist the company in identifying the market so that market segment would more effective. Study consumer behavior will also be able to know how consumers in the purchase decision process the factors that influene. The purpose of this study was to determine the basis of consumer behavior in the purchase of motorcycles yamaha mio at PT. Alpha Scorpii, Teluk Kuantan.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a population of 941 people and the number of samples is 90 respondents. The data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that the analysis of consumer behavior in buying a motorcycle yamaha mio at PT. Alpha Scorpii shows the criteria agreed.Keywords : analysis, consumer behavior, consumer behavior factors.
