Abstract

The foundation is a part of the building construction which is responsible for accepting and eradicating all the load from the building either live load or dead load from a land market building which is strong enough to support it . To determine the soil bearing capacity soil investigation needs to be done so that the building that are above the ground is not decreased (settlelment) is large enough, then the foundation must reach solid ground layer and the bearing capacity of the soil (bearing capacity) are permitted.   Strous foundation and bored pile used if the ground conditions in the bottom of the building does not have sufficient load bearing capacity to carry the load or if the hard soil that has a strong carrying capacity is located very deep from the ground surface. The purpose of this study is to calculate the carrying capacity of Strous Meyerhoff and Begemann on sondir results.

Abstract

Porous Concrete is a type of Concrete that has a cavity in its structure that allows liquid to flow through the cavity. This study aims to determine the effect of adding Master Ease 5010 admixture on the compressive strength and absorption capacity of porous Concrete. The method used in this research is an experimental method by making different tests in the laboratory. The sample used is 10 x 20 cm with a concrete age of 28 days. The tests carried out include compressive strength testing and absorption testing. The absorption test used the falling head method based on the ACI 522R. The results of the normal compressive strength test = 0.28 Mpa, the addition of Master Ease 5010 3% = 0.31 Mpa, and the addition of Master Ease 5010 5% = 0.416 Mpa while testing the absorption of Normal Porous Concrete = 1.406 mm/s, addition of Master Ease 5010 3% = 1,946 mm/s, addition of Master Ease 5010 5% = 2.196 mm/s. From these results, it can be seen that the addition of Master Ease 5010 is able to increase the compressive strength and absorption value of porous Concrete.

Abstract

Tanah merupakan hal terpenting dalam suatu pekerjaan konstruksi yang mempunyai peranan sebagai tempat pinjakan dari sebuah bangunan, tanah lempung memiliki masalah tersendiri dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, dikarenakan daya dukungnya rendah, untuk menambah kekuatan dan memperbaiki daya dukungnya perlu dilakukan upaya stabilisasi, karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui porositas dan kuat tekan bebas tanah lempung. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimental. . Hasil perhitungan Porositas tanah asli sebesar 0,314, 5% campuran kapur sebesar 0,328 , 10% penambahan kapur sebesar 0,311 , dan penambahan 15% kapur sebesar 0,316. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan bebas tanah asli sebesar 1768 gr/cm², 5% campuran kapur sebesar 3007 gr/cm², 10% penambahan kapur sebesar 4093 gr/cm², dan penambahan 15% kapur sebesar 4518 gr/cm². Hasil menunjukan bahwa semakin tingginya nilai porositas tanah juga meningkatkan nilai dari kuat tekan bebas

Abstract

Foundation is a structure that functions to withstand loads above it and the load itself. These loads are transferred to the ground directly. The case study in this plan is the construction of the Dwi Indah Building in Selodono Village, Kediri Regency. The building has a building area of 308 m2 and a height of 16 m, with the function of the building as an inn. In this planning, the type of pile foundation is used. A Pile foundation is a type of deep foundation that divides the gravity load evenly on the ground and makes the structure of the building strong and strong. The purpose of this planning is to plan a strong pile foundation that is able to withstand the load of the Dwi Indah Building. The method used in this planning is the Meyerhoff method, with a pile diameter of 30 cm and a foundation depth of 800 cm. From the calculation results obtained (single pile bearing capacity) Pall= 42.62 tonnes greater than (maximum pile load) Pmax= 26.00 tonnes (SAFE). For the control of the yield of the buckling factor, the result is (buckling) ω= 178.61 kg/cm2 <(base stress) σ = 2400 kg/cm2 (SAFE).

Abstract

Beton terdiri dari campuran semen, agregat, air dan bahan tambah. Bahan tambah beton (admixture) memiliki peran penting dalam pembuatan beton karena mampu mengubah sifat beton agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Water reducing and high range admixtures merupakan salah satu bahan tambah beton yang mampu mengurangi penggunaan air dan menghasilkan beton dengan konsistensi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penambahan water reducing and high range admixtures (Master Ease) dengan mutu awal fc’ 21,7 Mpa terhadap penggunaan air dan kuat tekan beton. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimental dan kajian teori berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu. Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder berdiameter 15 cm dengan tinggi 30 cm. Variasi presentase penambahan admixture yaitu 1.5% dan 3% dari berat semen yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penambahan Master Ease prosentase 1.5% mampu mengurangi pennggunaan air sebanyak 19% (0.27liter), dan dengan penambahan tersebut didapat kuat tekan tertinngi sebesar 31.41 Mpa.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur menjadi hal yang sedang digadang-gadang dalam pemerintahan era sekarang. Salah satu pembangunan yang berkembang adalah bidang konstruksi. Beton menjadi material yang penting dalam konstruksi. Kualitas beton menjadi fokus utama yang perlu diperhatikan. Pada konstruksi, material beton mutu tinggi menjadi hal yang pokok digunakan. Selain kualitas material penyusun, metode pelaksanaan perawatan beton juga menjadi hal yang berpengaruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh cara perawatan beton dengan suhu normal terhadap kuat tekan beton mutu tinggi . Metode eksperimental dan studi literatur digunakan pada penelitian ini Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dengan tinggi 30 cm dan berdiameter 15 cm dengan mutu awal beton 36,6 Mpa. Variasi yang digunakan adalah cara perawatan beton ( tanpa perawatan, perawatan direndam, perawatan disiram,) . Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan saat umur beton 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan tertinggi didapat dengan metode perawatan direndam dengan nilai kuat tekan yaitu 38,15 Mpa.S

Abstract

The land is one of the places where a building is built, so the structure depends on the ground’s strength. Clay soil is a type of has a low bearing capacity. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research that can increase soil bearing capacity. Rock ash is an artificial aggregate obtained from the by-products of a stone crusher or cement-factory. This study’s purpose is, namely, alarm and shear control of clay with the addition of rock ash. The clay soil used comes from the Trenggalek area. The percentage of adding agate is 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% of the weight of the clay. The results showed that obtained were at a percentage of 30% with Liquid Limit value of 39.00%, Plastic Limit 29.00% and Plastic Index of 10.00%. In the Direct Strong Test, clay soil with the addition of 30% of the rock tested the maximum increase in shear stress of 0.486 with a shear angle of 40 ° and a decrease in the cohesion of 0.100 kg/cm². This shows that clay soil, which can be categorized as montmorillonite soil with the addition of rock ash, can increase the stability of the clay soil.

Abstract

Concrete is a composite building material that functions very widely in the field of construction. This object is quite environmentally friendly in its application, because its existence can reduce the use of wood in the world of construction construction. But the size of the excess weight that is owned by the concrete structure when compared with wood is still less efficient, especially in the application for building construction with a building height of more than one floor. lighter.On this occasion we tried to use a number of aggregate combinations to design a lightweight concrete formula mix design to match the specified spec. The composition and aggregates that we use are type I portland cement, Master Ease 5010 additive, Hydroton, Batu Gombong as coarse aggregates and sand which are used as fine aggregates. Hydrotonini has hard and light characteristics. Shaped like spheres - small spheres measuring 1 - 2.5cm, usually used as alternative planting media in general. With such characteristics Hydroton is considered able to be used as a coarse aggregate substitute in the manufacture of lightweight concrete job mixes

Abstract

Perkembangan lalulintas yang terus meningkat menimbulkan tuntutan prasarana transportasi yang meningkat. Jalan adalah prasarana yang sangat penting dan dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat karena jalan berfungsi menghubungkan sumber produksi. Aspal merupakan bahan pengikat agregat pada konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan kinerja perkerasan jalan. Perkerasan jalan raya secara garis besar menggunaan bahan yang masih terbilang umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan abu batu sebagai filler yang telah dihancurkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen pada penambahan limbah benda uji beton dengan presentase normal, 30%, 50%, 70% dan 100%. Metode marshall yang menjadi dasar perhitungan nilai stabilitas dan flow Pada uji marshall menghasilkan pengujian karakteristik dari tabel tersebut mempunyai nilai rata-rata dari hasil penelitian campuran aspal beton menggunakan abu batu sebagai filler dengan 5 sampel pada metode marshall menunjukan hasil, bahwa semua hasil memenuhi persyaratan bina marga pada nilai VMA 18,22 %, nilai VIM 4,22. % , nilai VFB 75,04 %, nilai STABILITAS 4806 kg, nilai FLOW 3,24 mm, dan nilai Marshall Quotient (MQ) 14958,1 kg/mm.

Abstract

In the construction industry, one of the materials that are often used is brick. Bricks are very much needed including as a wall barrier in residential buildings with non-structural functions. The need for the willingness of bricks according to standards and affordable prices is also increasing, which makes brick production very desirable, especially construction actors. But the use of clay as the only material of brick production will provide the results of bricks that are easily cracked. This causes an increasing scarcity of the main material of clay, even more expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize environmentally friendly waste materials to be the right choice in making innovations, one of which is the use of rice husk waste. The methods used are socialization related to the purpose of community service, extension and transfer of materials technology science, training and assistance in brick production, monitoring and evaluation. The location of the activity was carried out in Gambirejo Village, Tanjunganom Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency which is a village famous for its red brick industry in Nganjuk Regency. This mentoring activity is in the form of training and extension to improve the knowledge and skills of partners so that the production of the resulting bricks becomes more quality with more efficient production costs.
