Abstract

The ability to diversify the business for cooperatives according to the needs of members is a challenge. The goals of this research is to analyze knowledge management, innovation capability as a resource to build cooperative performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach to test the research hypothesis with data obtained through a survey of 230 cooperatives in Jakarta. The unit of observation is the employees and the members of the cooperative. Data analysis using SEM (structuration equation modeling). The results of the study confirm the importance of knowledge management and innovation capability to build performance. Transfer of knowledge to encourage innovation capability as one of the keys in knowledge management that leads cooperatives to sustainable performance. The theoretical implication is the development of the concept of a knowledge-sharing culture in a knowledge management system to realize performance. For cooperative managers, it is the development of knowledge management as a sustainable system and a culture of sharing to build superior cooperative performance. The research contribution is the development of the concept of knowledge as a resource to build performance excellence based on a sustainable perspective (RBV).

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is not only an actualization of the resort hotel's understanding of the wishes of tourists who have attitudes and behavior oriented toward sustainability. Sustainable tourism is a form of responsibility towards the world. This research aims to analyze Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction changes based on the Destination Image of Sustainable Tourism in West Java. The research approach uses a casual study with a randomly selected sample of 240 in sustainable tourism locations in West Java both online and offline. The results of the study show that tourists feel and realize positive impressions that are known through travel experiences affect satisfaction and loyalty. Tourist groups who have personal value preferences on sustainability have a loyal attitude towards service providers and are willing to advocate for efforts to ensure sustainability if possible facilitated by the provider. Destination image affects the level of loyalty either directly or through satisfaction. The theoretical implication is the importance of customer value preferences as a basis for the development of sustainable tourist destinations. The practical implication is that providers must understand tourist imagery processing as a complex process determining loyalty to sustainability.

Abstract

Literaci keuangan membantu pengambilan keputusan efektif untuk produktivitas ekonomi termasuk bagi para petani pedesaan. Namun akses para petani untuk memperoleh pengetahuan literaci keuangan masih  sulit diperoleh. Pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan lingkungan sosial para petani diperlukan agar para petani memiliki literaci keuangan. Tujuan penelitian: menganalisis learning financial  literacy through communicative from farmer in rural for productivity. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deep fenomenologi untuk mendorong emansipatoris financial literacy dan produktivitas dalam situasi  pandemic. penelitian pendekatan berorientasi pada kepentingan emancipatory dengan partisipan adalah para petani dan peternak di pedesaan Pandeglang Indonesia. Komunikasi Intersubjektivitas tentang financial literacy di kalangan sumber data yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive. Analisis data menggunakan metode dialektik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses untuk memperoleh literaci keuangan adalah proses sosial yang didasarkan pada ide tentang kerja dan komunikasi. Interaksi di antara para petani maupun dengan sumber belajar diperlukan agar para petani dapat memahami fungsi literaci keuangan serta menjadikannya praktik sehari-hari. Pengalaman tersebut mendorong berkembangnya kemampuan literaci keuangan dan  mengarahkan pada emansipatoris meskipun masih perlu arahan dan penguatan terutama berkaitan dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi termasuk pada sistem keuangan yang ada. Komunikasi sebagai pendekatan penting untuk meningkatkan financial literacy. Komunikasi diantara para petani dan sumber belajar literaci keuangan didukung oleh praktik yang langsung aktivitas produktif ekonomi yang  berkelanjutan.
