Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of online claims on the satisfaction level of BPJS Employment participants in the Meulaboh Branch. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from research method books, journals, participant documents and related literature. the distribution of questionnaires was carried out online to participants of BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch, the population in this study were participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaann Meulaboh Branch who made claims online, the number of respondents who were sampled in the study were 41 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Validity test, Reliability test, Simple Linear Regression test and Hypothesis test using t test. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Online Claims on the Satisfaction Level of BPJS Employment Participants in the Meulaboh Branch, the results of a simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.0 are known to have R square of 0.710, the figure shows that the influence of the Online Claims variable (X) on the Satisfaction Level (Y) is 71 % while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis using the t-test technique with the help of SPSS version 20.0, it is known that the significant value of the Online Claims variable is 0.000 <0.5 and the t-count value > t table (2.02439) which is 9.777, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between online claims on satisfaction level of BPJS Employment participants in Meulaboh Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pemerintah gampong pasca lahirnya kebijakan dana desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), yang melibatkan tiga variabel input dan lima variabel output. Variabel input terdiri dari: belanja desa, luas wilayah dan jumlah penduduk. Variabel output terdiri dari: realisasi pendapatan asli gampong, indeks ketahanan sosial, indeks ketahanan ekonomi, indeks ketahanan ekologi dan indeks epuasan masyarakat. Sebanyak 26 pemerintah gampong dalam Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat diperlakukan sebagai Decision Making Units (DMU). DEA dikembangkan untuk mengukur seberapa efisien suatu DMU menggunakan sumber daya yang tersedia untuk menghasilkan output secara optimal. DMU berkinerja terbaik diberi skor efisiensi 1,00. Sebaliknya DMU yang memiliki skor efisiensi kurang dari 1,00 maka dikatakan berkinerja tidak baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pasca adanya kebijakan dana desa dari pemerintah pusat belum semua pemerintah gampong dalam kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya secara optimal. Dari sebanyak 26 pemerintah gampong, hanya sebanyak 12 pemerintah gampong (46%) yang memiliki kinerja yang baik, dengan skor efisiensi 1,00 yaitu: Ranto Panyang Barat, Ranto Panyang Timur, Buloh, Pulo Teungoh Ranto P, Pasi Pinang, Pasi Mesjid, Meureubo, Langung, Ujong Drien, Peunaga Pasi, Ujong Tanjung dan Pucok Reudeup. Sedangkan sebanyak 14 pemerintah gampong (54%) dapat dikatakan belum memiliki kinerja yang baik, karena skor efisiensinya kurang dari 1,00 yaitu: Mesjid Tuha, Ujong Tanoh Darat, Pasi Aceh Tunong, Pasi Aceh Baroh,Paya Baro Ranto P., Ranub Dong, Gunong Kleng, Peunaga Rayeuk, Peunaga Cut Ujong, Reudeup, Balee, Paya Peunaga, Sumber Batu dan Bukit Jaya.

Abstract

Tujuan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatkan profesionalitas aparatur pemerintah gampong dalam pengelolaan dana desa. Selain itu program ini sangat berguna sebagai upaya untuk melakukan pencegahan dini potensi penyelewengan dana desa, sehingga para pengelola dana desa dapat terhindar dari masalah hukum di kemudian hari. Sasaran progam ini adalah aparatur pemerintah gampong dalam Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat, di mana setiap gampong diwakili oleh tiga orang, terdiri dari Keuchik, Bendahara Gampong dan Ketua Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK). Metode pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan/workshop plus praktik/latihan serta tanya jawab terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Adapun materi pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pertanggungjawaban dan pelaporan keuangan desa. Pelatihan ini melibatkan tenaga ahli keuangan desa dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan sebagai asisten tim pengabdian turut dilibatkan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Teuku Umar. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah: (a) Meningkatnya sistem akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa; (b) Meningkatnya keterampilan aparatur pemerintah gampong dalam penatausahaan keuangan desa; (c) Terhindarnya masalah hukum terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan desa pada aparatur pemerintah desa; dan (d) Meningkatnya kepercayaan masyarakat kepada aparatur pemerintah gampong.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman aparatur pemerintah Gampong mengenai tata cara perpajakan dana desa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini sangat berguna dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran aparatur pemerintah Gampong yang terlibat sebagai pengelola dana desa untuk mematuhi segala kewajiban perpajakan dana desa. Sehingga dapat menghindari secara dini kasus hukum yang berpotensi menimpa mereka. Sasaran program ini adalah aparatur Pemerintah Gampong Puuk Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan/workshop plus praktik/latihan serta tanya jawab terkait dengan perpajakan dana desa. Kegiatan seperti ini dirasakan sangat perlu bagi aparatur pemerintah Gampong, mengingat minimnya pengetahuan mereka terkait aspek perpajakan dana desa. Adapun bahan pembelajarannya meliputi: a). Wajib pungut pajak dana desa dan jenis pembelanjaan dari dana desa yang kena pajak; b). PPh Pasal 21; c). PPh Pasal 22; d). PPh Pasal 23; e). PPh Pasal 4 ayat (2); f). PPN; dan g). Bea Materai. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan program ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan aparatur pemerintah Gampong mengenai kewajiban perpajakan dana desa dan meningkatnya keterampilan mereka secara teknis dalam menghitung berbagai macam tarif pajak terkait pengelolaan dana desa.Kata Kunci: Dana Desa, Pajak Dana Desa, PPN, PPh, Bea MateraiAbstract. This community service aimed to increase the understanding of the Gampong government apparatus regarding the procedures for taxing village funds. Besides, this activity is beneficial to increase the awareness of Gampong government officials involved as village fund managers to comply with all village fund tax obligations. To avoid early legal cases that could potentially occur them. This program's target is the Gampong Puuk Government apparatus, Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by providing training/workshops plus practice/training and questions and answers related to village taxation. Activities like this were felt to be very necessary for the Gampong government apparatus, given their lack of knowledge related to aspects of the taxation of village funds. The learning materials include a). Taxpayers of village funds and types of expenditures from village funds that are taxable; b). Article 21 Income Tax; c). Article 22 Income Tax; d). Income Tax Article 23; e). Income Tax Article 4 paragraph (2); f). PPN; and g). Stamp Duty. The results achieved from the implementation of this program were increased knowledge of the Gampong government apparatus regarding the tax obligations of village funds. Abstract

This research is designed to anylize the used of women sexuality at tv advertising. It is  a fact that tv ad is one of the effective marketing communication tools to promotes a product and builds corporate image. However there are a lot of misconduct in implementing tv ads to persuade consumers by showing conversations and scenes with a lot of sexual images. Sexual images in the ads are happened in many marketing events and programs. It has been considered as the effective approach to attract consumers attention and the message would be easy to be remembered and internalized in the memory. This phenomena also had happened in Indonesia where tv ads content sexual images which had caused controversy and rejection among the consumers and authorities. There were feminism issues about the women that should not be treated as the sexual object. The sample of tv ads which content sexual images in Indonesia was the ad of Condom Sutra performing four artist playing bilyard. This tv ads had appeared on the national tv channel in 2015 and had a lot of sexual languages, images and the moves that could be considered as pornographic actions. There were several researchs had been conduct on this particular issue but this research presents the analysis through different point of view. Therefore the semiotic analyzing methods introduced by Roland Barthes is applied in this research paper. The observations methods and qualitative research approach are part of the analyzing process to reach the objective and conclude the phenomena.Keywords : condom sutra, tv ads, sexual image.

Abstract

AbstractThe rapid development of internet technology makes online media very feasible to be used as a means to spread various types of advertisements for products that people need. Online advertising can be found on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Websites, and others that are accessed using the internet. It is interesting to see how useful the impact of advertising in online media is. The theory used in this study is the advertising theory of Kotler and Keller, while the method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate the impact of the usefulness of advertising in online media including; The cost is relatively cheap, can reach a wide market, estimate the time required, introduce products and companies to the wider community, and so on. Based on these results, of course, advertising promotion in online media has a fairly effective and beneficial impact on the promotion of a company's products.Keywords: Advertising, Online Media, Impact of Advertising, Benefits of Online Advertising

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, teknologi berkembang semakin pesat yang ditandai dengan adanya pemanfaatan internet dan juga media digital. Teknologi dan media digital menjadi salah satu komponen penting bagi para pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya secara online. Pemasaran online (Internet Marketing/E-Marketing) dinilai lebih menguntungkan dikarenakan dapat menjangkau calon konsumen/pelanggan potensial dalam cakupan yang luas tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu dengan biaya pemasaran yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pemasaran secara offline. Terlebih lagi di situasi COVID-19 yang sedang melanda dunia tak terkecuali Indonesia, pemasaran online dianggap sebagai salah satu cara bagi para pelaku usaha agar dapat mempertahankan usaha ataupun jasa yang mereka pasarkan. Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi yang ditandai dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi sangat berpengaruh di hampir semua bidang kehidupan, terutama bidang ekonomi. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memasarkan produk mereka demi mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya. Pemasaran Online dinilai lebih memungkinkan, sebab mampu menjangkau konsumen dalam cakupan yang lebih luas. Meskipun demikian, hal ini tentu saja akan efektif ketika didukung dengan promosi produk. Pemanfataan pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial Facebook merupakan salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan. Adapun dampak promosi produk pada pemasaran online Facebook  terdiri dari; pengehematan biaya, sebab biaya yang dibutuhkan tidak terlalu besar. Selanjutnya sasaran atau target pasar yang hendak di tuju tepat sasaran. Abstract

Indomaret Minimarket is a supermarket in the city of Banda Aceh. The presence of a minimarket can provide convenience for the public to get the goods offered. Goods offered by minimarkets to consumers in general are daily necessities. Many consumers prefer to shop at Indomaret not only because of its convenient location and affordable price, but because the community is satisfied with the services of Indomaret employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of retail marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions on the Lueng Bata Indomaret Banda Aceh Minimarket. This research was conducted at IndomaretLueng Bata Minimarket in Banda Aceh and the object of this study is the relationship between consumer purchasing decisions related to the retail marketing mix including products, prices, atmosphere of store outlets, location and promotion of Minimarket. Sampling was carried out using 50 accidental sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study produced the following equation: Y = 2.031 + 0.294X1 + 0.450X2 + 0.237X3 + 0.249X4 + 0.237X5. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.684 or 68.4% illustrates that the retail marketing mix includes product, price, store atmosphere, location and promotion are closely related to the level of Banda Aceh's IndomaretLueng Bata Consumer Purchase Decision Banda Aceh. 0.583 or 58.3% indicates the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of IndomaretLueng Bata Banda Aceh because of the retail marketing mix including products, prices, store atmosphere, location, and promotions. It means that 41.7% of the level of Consumer Purchase Decision of Indomaret Minimarket Lueng Bata Banda Aceh is explained by other variables not examined

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the quality of majors on student satisfaction and their impact on the loyalty of students of the Department of Da'wah Management at the State Islamic University Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Data analysis is the process of simplifying data into a form that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must be in accordance with the research pattern and the variables to be studied. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with research tools or software in the form of Partial Least Square (PLS). From the research that has been done through observation and secondary data, it can be concluded that the quality of the department, student satisfaction and the loyalty of students of the Da'wah Management Department of the Ar-Raniry State Islamic University in Banda Aceh are still good. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the quality of the department affects student satisfaction, with a t statistic value of 15,639. Furthermore, from the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the quality of the department affects the loyalty of students with a t statistic value of 14,319. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that student satisfaction affects student loyalty, with a t statistic value of 22,281. And finally From the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states that the quality of majors affects student loyalty through student satisfaction with a statistical value of 4,555. Keywords: quality, satisfaction and loyalty
