Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of Islamic Work Motivation and Performance Allowance to Employee Performance in BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor while working from home during The Coronavirus Pandemic. The approach of this research was quantitative, which defines a relationship or a measurable effect, making predictions based on reality with the data collected from published reports. The data was collected from questionnaires that have been filled by related respondents which are employees of BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor with a sample of 33 respondents by using Slovin’s formula sampling techniques. The analysis method of this research is using statistical package for the science (SPSS) application version 25. The results showed that there is a significant effect of Islamic Work Motivation on Work Performance. And there is a significant effect of Performance Allowance on Work Performance. So the conclusion is the higher of Work Motivation and Performance Allowance to employees will increase employees' performance.

Abstract

Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Riau adalah suatu instansi yang bertugas melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan dan perkebunan. Provinsi Riau memiliki dua jenis aset, yaitu aset tetap dan aset tidak tetap, untuk itu diperlukan nya sebuah sistem informasi untuk pendayagunaan aset. Sementara sistem yang digunakan saat ini untuk pengajuan dan pencatatan laporan aset masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir pengajuan kemudian diserahkan kebagian perlengkapan aset dan dalam pencatatan aset masih menggunakan pembukuan laporan informasi aset. Dari masalah tersebut juga terdapat keluhan dari beberapa pegawai dari bidang lain, dengan proses yang cukup ribet karena harus bolak balik ke ruangan perlengkapan dalam pengajuan permintaan barang. Untuk mempermudah pengelolaan nya, dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Pendayagunaan Aset yang di harapkan dapat membantu kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Riau. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode Agile dengan aktifitas yang berpusat pada pengembangan model menggunakan Unified Model Language(UML). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox dan User Acceptance Test(UAT) didapatkan bahwa Sistem Informasi yang telah dirancang dapat memudahkan pekerjaan pegawai, dan administrator bidang perlengkapan/aset dalam melakukan pengajuan aset, konfirmasi pengajuan, cetak laporan aset dan pengelolaan data aset.

Abstract

Currently, advances in information technology have had a tremendous impact in all aspects of life, especially PTIPD UIN SUSKA RIAU also requires information technology that can assist employees' work. With information technology, data at PTIPD UIN SUSKA RIAU can be processed quickly and efficiently to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of completing work and the scope of communication and information. The processing of hardware data collection documentation carried out by PTIPD is still carried out outside the system, causing the data collection documentation process to be longer and less efficient. The solution given to overcome this problem is to make a hardware data collection system. Making a hardware data collection system included in the system provides information about the list of goods and officers. While the software used is a DBMS (DataBase Management System) used as a data storage medium is MySql, the programming languages ​​PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML are used as interfaces, which aim to make it easier users and administrators to manipulate data.

Abstract

Desa Tambu merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Sausu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah masyarakat yang memiliki ternak sapi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program PKM ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Sintuwu Maroso Poso. Metode dalam kegiatan PKM meliputi observasi, pelayanan kesehatan ternak dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan peserta PKM mengalami peningkatan. Secara rinci diuraikan bahwa 90% sangat mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, 82% sangat mengetahui tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan ternak sapi yang baik, dan 75% sangat mengetahui manfaat pemberian vitamin B kompleks pada ternak sapi.

Abstract

Background: Abortion is one of the problems that often occurs in adolescents and young adults, including university students, due to a lack of knowledge about reproductive health and the influence of the social environment. Purpose: Students as an educated group are expected to have a good understanding of this issue. Methods: This study is quantitative with a descriptive research design. The sample of this study consists of 52 respondents, specifically S1 Nursing Students. Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University (total sampling). The measuring tool used was a questionnaire with 15 closed-ended questions. Data analysis in univariate. Results: It shows that  majority of respondents are 18 years old, as many as 31 (59.6%), the gender characteristics of the majority of women are 41 or (78.8%), the characteristics of the majority of fathers' education, namely high school, as many as 30 or 57.7%, and the majority of mothers' education, namely, high school, as many as 20 (38.5%). In the results of this study, it was found that the level of knowledge about abortion in s1 nursing students of the Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University was highly knowledgeable, namely 40 respondents (78.9%), and attitudes about abortion in S1 nursing Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University had a good attitude, namely 43 respondents (82.8%). Conclusions: The level of knowledge and attitude about abortion in S1 nursing Students of the Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University have high knowledge and a good attitude

Abstract

Crypto assets have become a global phenomenon with a significant increase in the number of investors in Indonesia. Indodax, as the largest crypto asset trading platform in Indonesia, has contributed to the growth of this ecosystem and received many user reviews through the Google Play Store. With more than 5 million downloads and 100 thousand reviews, sentiment analysis is an important tool to understand user perceptions of Indodax services. The results of manual labeling show that the majority of reviews are positive (3989 reviews), while neutral and negative sentiments are 477 and 534 reviews respectively. From the research and testing that has been carried out using the Random Forest method and optimizing with Hyperparameter Tuning GridSearchCV on 4 test scenarios. The best results were obtained in Scenario 4 (3 Preprocessing Stages (Cleaning, Case Folding, and Tokenization) + Random Forest & Hyperparameter Tuning) producing the best value, with Precision 81%, Recall 64%, F1-Score 70% and Accuracy 89%. With the best parameter values ??{'criterion': 'entropy', 'max_depth': None, 'max_features': 'sqrt', 'min_samples_leaf': 1, 'min_samples_split': 2, 'n_estimators': 100}. This study shows that every experimental model that is optimized produces a higher value than experimental model that is not optimized.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the North Sumatra Provincial Sports Centre on the economy and quality of life in Batang Kuis Sub-district. The research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 57 respondents. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were applied to examine the relationship between sports infrastructure development and community welfare. Results show positive impacts, including job creation, increased income, improved road access, and business growth. Despite these benefits, sustainable management is necessary to ensure equitable long-term distribution of the advantages. This research highlights the significant contribution of sports infrastructure to regional economic and social development.

Abstract

This journal discusses efforts to increase the understanding of the people of Usor Tolang Village regarding Islamic-based character education through the Community Service Program (KKN) of STAIN Madina students. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the active participation of the community in analyzing and improving ongoing practices. The programs implemented include evening study sessions for elementary school children, training on tajhizul mait (funeral management), seminars on preventing drug abuse, online gambling, and early marriage, as well as teaching activities in elementary schools and MDTA. The aim of this program is to enhance the community's understanding of the importance of character education based on Islamic teachings. Through the approaches of hiwar, qishah, amtsal, uswah, habituation, ibrah, maun'izhoh, targhib, and tarhib, the community is taught not only knowledge but also behavior changes to shape positive character. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and application of Islamic-based character education values among the people of Usor Tolang Village, making a tangible contribution to creating positive social change.
