Abstract

Korosi pada pisau sembelih menjadikan pisau harus diasah kembali agar dapat dipakai. Material bilah pisau yang terbuat dari baja biasanya mengandung inklusi/pengotor. Apabila inklusi itu ada dalam jumlah banyak, maka dapat menyebabkan kerapuhan pada bilah dan menimbulkan potensi korosi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pegas daun mobil untuk dibuat pisau sembelih ternak melalui proses tempa taradisional secara berulang. Sebagai acuan pembuatan pisau adalah pisau sembelih merk Z. Dari hasil pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukkan bahwa pada material pegas tampak banyak inklusi berupa flek-flek menyebar rata. Di sekitar inklusi juga tampak potensi korosi akibat oksidasi antara sisa air saat preparasi yang terjebak pada celah di sekitar inklusi dengan oksigen. Setelah kedua pegas tersebut ditempa secara berulang untuk dibentuk menjadi bilah pisau dan diberikan perlakuan panas, maka struktur mikro pisau menjadi lebih padat dan halus. Inklusi dan oksidasi pada material tidak tampak jelas lagi. Kekerasan pada sampel heat treatment dan sampel pisau mencapai ±700HV, mendekati kekerasan pisau merk Z sebagai acuan. Abstract

The production of rennet enzyme extracted from Mucor pusillus in “onggok” medium the effect of incubation peptone and ammonium nitrate to enzyme production, and the effect of pH and temperature to the activities of rennet were found. The statistical method used is Completed Randomized Design with 3 replicates for each treatment, with the rennet activity in RU/ml enzyme extract. The rennet production was conducted in erlenmeyer (100 ml) that contain 17.5 g “dry onggok” and 50 ml solution of suspension used. The effect of incubation time was detected in three incubation times (4, 7, and 10 day), while effect of peptone and ammonium nitrate to the production of the rennet enzyme was detected in 4 concentrations (0, 1, 2, and 3%) for 7 days of incubation times. The effect of pH to the activity of rennet from the treatment of adding peptone 1% with 7 days incubation time was detected in 5 pH variation (5, 5.5, 6, 6.5 and 7) while the effect of temperature were detected in 5 variations (30, 35, 40, 45, and 50oC). The research results showed that the time of incubation, the addition of peptone and ammonium nitrate affected significantly to enzyme production of rennet Mucor pusillus in “onggok” medium. The highest production of the rennet enzyme products was in the addition of peptone 1% (12.53 RU/ml) with 7 days incubation time. On the treatment of temperature and pH, the optimum activity of rennet Mucor pusillus was in pH 5.5 (40.03 RU/ml) and the activity of rennet Mucor pusillus increased up to temperature of 50oC.

Abstract

β-Galactosidase is enzyme which hidrolyze lactose to glucose and galactose. This enzyme is used in production low lactose milk for consumption human which have lactose intolerance. Partial purification of β-galactosidase is important to be conducted to increase  β-galactosidase activity in order to its hydrolysis potency on UHT milk lactose increased.This research was aimed to production by partially purification and characterization indigenous β-galactosidase from Lactobacillus plantarum B123, and lactose hydrolysis for production low lactose UHT milk. Partially purification were precipitation following dialysis. Characterization included optimazion and stabilization of enzyme, while lactose hydrolisis for production low lactose UHT milk was detected by enzymatic GOD-POD kit. The results showed that production of β-galactosidase by using partial purification increased from 21.51 ± 0.23 U/mL (crude) to 106.34 ± 0.56 U/mL (dialysis).  The optimum crude β-galactosidase activity was reached in precipitation by using 60 % ammonium sulphate.  The purity of crude β-galactosidase increased 3.71 times after precipitation, and 14.28  times  after dialysis. Characterization of β-galactosidase showed that  optimum activities of crude and dialyzed β-galactosidase were at pH 6.5 and 50 oC, respectively. Stability of crude β-galactosidase incubated for 1 h were at pH: 5.0-8.5 and 25-50 °C. Specific activity of crude β-galactosidase was 15.05 U/mg protein, while that dialyzed β-galactosidase was 109.58 U/mg protein. Lactose hidrolysis to produce low lactose UHT milk showed that glucose concentration increased with the increase of hidrolysis time. Time needed to hidrolyze lactose 50 % with 4.8 U/mL β-galactosidase at 50°C was 6.08 h. In conclusion that indigenous β-galactosidase from Lactobacillus plantarum B123 purified partially can be used as lactose hidrolyzer in production of low lactose UHT milk.Key words : b-galactosidase, indigenous Lactobacillus plantarum B123, purification, lactose hidrolysis, UHT Milk

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Xavier Marks Premier Malang. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 57 respondents from a population of 195 people using the Slovin formula. The method used for sampling in this study is non-probability sampling using convenience sampling technique. Data collection technique is to use a questionnaire distributed to the research object. Data analysis technique using smartPLS application. The results showed that the organizational culture variable did not have a significant effect on work productivity with a p-value of 0.102 which is greater than 0.05, while the work discipline variable had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Xavier Marks Premier Malang employees with a p-value of 0.023 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that both have different effects based on the results of the p value of each variable.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang layak secara teoritis dan empiris meliputi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), bahan ajar materi sistem pencernaan dengan didukung peningkatan hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang melatihkan keterampilan proses dengan dengan subyek penelitian SMP di 5 sugihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (four D models) define, design, develop dan disseminate tetapi tidak melakukan disseminate dengan desain uji coba menggunakan rancangan penerapan one group pretest postest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode validasi, angket, tes dan pengamatan sedangkan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Variabel yang berkaitan dengan validitas perangkat pembelajaran dikatakann valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan validitas silabus, RPP, bahan ajar dan LKS berturut-turut 82.5%, 91.3%, 80.3%, 85.0%; keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori tinggi; dan respon siswa sangat positif 80,3 %; penilaian keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari n-gain 0.86 dengan kategori tinggi. Perangkat yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata-kata kunci: Sistem Pencernaan, Inquiry, Keterampilan Proses SMP kelas VIII Abstract This research has purpose to produces learning materials that proper theoritically and empirically that consists of lesson plan, student work sheet, student book on digestive system that supported by increasing of student achievementand student responses towards learning that try process skils with junior high school research subject in 5 sugihan. This research used 4D development model but this research did not use dissiminate with one group pretes posttest in try out. Data collecting method, questionnaire, test and observation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive technic. Research findings showed that validation of learning materials, namely syllabus, lesson plan, student book, and student worksheet was 82.5%, 91.3%, 80.3%, 85.0%; respectively lesson plan implementation was high and students response very positive (80.3). Learning materials that developed was proper to be used in learning and increased student achievement.

Abstract

The massive development of information technology causes print media to adapt quickly and precisely, one of which is through convergence. The Daily Newspaper Jawa Pos Radar Semeru has converged with social media to maintain its existence in the era of digital disruption. One of the social media shows that are widely appreciated by the public is the flagship program Blak-Blakan on the Radar Semeru TV youtube channel which airs every Wednesday night. In the fourth edition of the Blak-Blakan program with the topic "Batik and Lumajang's Typical Clothes, Whose?” going pretty warm. The Regent's Regulation Number 23 of 2016 concerning Official Clothing for Employees and Officials in the Lumajang Regency Government is considered to have caused polemics and controversies. The polemic of typical Lumajang clothing which describes this regional icon occurs because it has not been specifically regulated by the local government. This study uses the Critical Discourse analysis method from Teun A. van Dijk. The subject of the research is the Blasphemy program which will be broadcast on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. The object is the discourse that is developed through the Blak-Blakan program on Radar Semeru TV. The resource persons in the discussion agreed that the batik and Lumajang's typical clothes used by the State Civil Apparatus every 15th day must be reviewed so that the ideological and philosophical values ​​in them have meaning. Batik and Lumajang's typical clothes used by the State Civil Apparatus and the general public must be unique and reflect the Lumajang community. Batik and street vendors, which will later be agreed upon and ratified through local government regulations, are then registered as HAKI Lumajang so as not to be plagiarized by other parties.

Abstract

CV. Apris Expressindo is a private company engaged in the construction and distributor of U-PVC frames. In its business process activities, CV. Apris Expressindo still does not utilize technology optimally, so that the transfer of information regarding offers, sales, purchases, product stock, suppliers, customers, and financial reports is still done manually. This causes inefficient business processes including: slow fulfillment of customer orders, product pricing errors between divisions, product marketing that is not optimal, financial reports that cannot be seen and controlled by company leaders. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) which aims to overcome these problems. The methodology used in this study was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection: interviews, observation and literacy studies, business process analysis: activity diagrams and use case diagrams, implementation: installation, configuration and module customization, testing: blackbox and UAT (User Acception Test) . The results of this study indicate that the ERP software that has been selected and implemented, namely the Odoo application, can improve and simplify business process activities and can minimize any problems faced today. It is hoped that with this ERP system business operations can be more effective and efficient so that it is expected to provide more financial benefits for CV Apris Expressindo.

Abstract

The contemporary media landscape has undergone profound transformations in the digital age, fundamentally altering how information is produced, disseminated, and consumed across global societies. This study examines the intersection of media imperialism and Islamic educational institutions (pesantren) in Indonesia, focusing on how these traditional institutions resist hegemonic mainstream media narratives regarding radicalism and terrorism. Through qualitative research methodology employing in-depth interviews and content analysis, this research investigates how pesantren develop counter-narratives and alternative media strategies to challenge dominant discourse. The findings reveal that pesantren employ various forms of media resistance, including the establishment of independent media outlets, strategic use of digital platforms, and community-based communication networks. These institutions demonstrate remarkable adaptability in navigating contemporary media challenges while maintaining their cultural identity and educational mission. The study contributes to understanding media imperialism in the Indonesian context and highlights the agency of religious institutions in contesting hegemonic representations. The research concludes that pesantren’s media resistance strategies serve not only as corrective measures against misrepresentation but also as forms of cultural preservation and democratic participation in public discourse.
