Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teori-teori dalam dunia pendidikan guna menemukan metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Silabus dan RPP. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 orang guru dan dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Mula-mula peneliti menyampaikan panduan bagaimana cara menyusun Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajran (RPP) kepada guru-guru, kemudian meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru dalam menyusun Silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajran (RPP) berbasis Kurikulum 2013 melalui bimbingan berkelanjutan, pada pada siklus I rata-rata hasil aktivitas dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP adalah 75,91 dan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil aktivitas dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar 85,35. Hal ini berarti penelitian telah berhasil dimana apabila silabus dan RPP yang disusun oleh guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran minimal mencapai nilai kualitatif B (Baik). Abstract

ABSTRACTThe legal certainty of land rights is sometimes not guaranteed as expected. Practice in the field is not uncommon for the circulation of fake certificates, genuine certificates but fake or overlapping certificates in the community so that land rights holders need to find information about the truth of physical and juridical data on certain parcels of land at the local Land Office. In general, new problems arise and it is known that the issuance of certificates of land overlaps, when the holder of the certificate concerned will carry out a legal action on the intended parcels of land.The type of research the author uses is Normative legal research. Normative Legal Research (normative juridical) is a legal research method carried out by examining mere library materials or secondary data.The results of the study stated that the factors causing the issuance of overlapping ownership certificates / overlapping in Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on Law Number 5 of 1960 Regarding Local Regulation on Agrarian Principles is the Error of the land owner himself who does not pay attention to his land and does not use it so well that it is taken over by another person. When measuring or researching in the field, the applicant intentionally or unintentionally shows the location of the land and the wrong land boundary, as well as the intentions of the land owner to re-register the certificate that actually already exists by utilizing the weaknesses of the institution National Land Agency. Efforts of the Land Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency in resolving land disputes over the issuance of overlapping ownership certificates / overlapping in Kutai Kartanegara Regency based on Law Number 5 of 1960 Concerning Local Agrarian Regulations with deliberations or mediation conducted outside the court with or without mediators . If the settlement is also not reached, then you are welcome to file a lawsuit through the State Administrative Court.Keywords: Multiple, Dispute, Land

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the characteristics of local mango plants based on their                       leaf morphology and anatomy.  The morphological observations were conducted in Funta                  Sindue,of Donggala district and Oloboju Sigi Biromaru of Sigi district while the anatomy was     determined in the Biotechnology Laboratory at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Tadulako University from January to April 2016. The morphological parameters observed were plant age, plant height, stem diameter, canopy diameter, canopy shape and stemcolor whilst the variable sof leaf  anatomy  were stomata size, epidermis size, stomata number, epidermis number, stomata density and stomata  index. The morphological and anatomical characters observed by a cluster analysis were described in  the form of a dendogram. The results of cluster analysis of both villages at a distance of    0540 resulted  in three accessions which are OB12, OB13 and OB15. The OB13 was found to have   highest stomata   index and stomata density while the OB12 has the lowest ones. The OB15 also has lowest stomata density.Keywords : Dendogram,  Mango, Morphology, Leaf anatomy.

Abstract

Tata kelola teknologi informasi (IT Governance) di perguruan tinggi dewasa ini dibutuhkan agar pengembangan investasi dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang dimiliki menjadi maksimal nilainya. Tata kelola teknologi informasi merupakan aspek yang memengaruhi kualitas sebuah institusi. Politeknik Lamandau sebagai perguruan tinggi berkembang saat ini belum memiliki konsep dalam pengelolaan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik untuk menciptakan keselarasan aktivitas bisnis sehingga kerap menemui masalah dalam integrasi system TI . Model tata kelola TI yang tepat bagi suatu perguruan tinggi harus sejalan dengan tujuan tata kelola TI yaitu mampu menyelaraskan strategi TI dengan strategi bisnis yang ada pada perguruan tinggi, maka diperlukan rancangan model yang berguna untuk mengarahakan intitusi menuju Good University Governance sesuai dengan tujuan TI. Penelitian berkontribusi pada penggunaan COBIT 5 dan konsep IT Goals sebagai model perancangan tata kelola TI pada sektor pendidikan tinggi untuk mengarahkan institusi pada konsep Good University Governance. Hasil pengujian pada framework yang telah dirancang menggunakan metode user acceptance menunjukkan bahwa 90% stakeholder Politeknik Lamandau mengatakan bahwa framework tata kelola TI layak diterapkan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, namely as the main support for building the foundation of the research being conducted. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Muhammadiyah Hospitals spread throughout Indonesia as many as Five Hundred people. The data were collected through an online questionnaire containing 5 statements: strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data used were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Work Innovation variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In line with the first hypothesis above, the next row also shows results that are in line with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, namely that the Participative Leadership variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Innovation variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. This is because participatory leadership can increase employee motivation and enthusiasm in working, making employees more innovative and their performance also increases. Abstract

Pekon Kampung Baru is a pekon with the majority of people having livelihoods as farmers, so that the community's economy only relies on agricultural products to meet their needs. Pekon Kampung Baru has tourism potential in the form of a waterfall that can be managed so that it becomes a competitive tourism to attract tourists and have an impact on improving the economy of the Pekon Kampung Baru community with a planned and structured management pattern so that the potential utilised can develop optimally. In this study the authors used methods of collecting, processing, and analysing data with the type of research that is qualitative. The data collection includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The process of community economic empowerment through the management of the Way Lalaan waterfall tourist attraction, there are several stages in it, namely the capacity building stage, and enrichment. the conclusion of managing the Way Lalaan waterfall tourist attraction through the Way Lalaan Tourism Awareness Group is carried out with the following four stages, namely: Capacity Building, Institutional Strengthening, and Provision of Economic Business Facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian  membahas peran manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam membangun kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan beragam di organisasi modern. Di era globalisasi yang semakin kompleks, keberagaman dan inklusi menjadi aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data dari studi pustaka yang mencakup berbagai literatur terkait manajemen SDM, kepemimpinan inklusif, dan keberagaman di tempat kerja.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM berperan sebagai agen perubahan yang strategis dalam menciptakan kebijakan dan praktik yang mendukung keberagaman. Rekrutmen dan seleksi berbasis keberagaman, pelatihan pemimpin inklusif, serta kolaborasi antara manajemen dan karyawan terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan seperti bias yang tersembunyi dan kesenjangan implementasi. Selain itu, pentingnya komunikasi yang terbuka dan saluran umpan balik yang efektif diakui sebagai elemen vital dalam membangun budaya organisasi yang inklusif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan bahwa manajemen SDM harus proaktif dalam merumuskan strategi keberagaman dan inklusi yang komprehensif. Rekomendasi untuk praktik SDM meliputi pengembangan kebijakan yang jelas, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi berkala terhadap praktik yang ada. Dengan demikian, organisasi dapat membangun kepemimpinan yang inklusif, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih harmonis serta inovatif.
