This study aims to investigate the influence of the academic supervision, work experience, and a commitment to work towards the managerial skills of school principals. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method. Path analysis was used to analyze the data collected. The population in this study are all heads of public primary schools in the city of Batam totaling 143 principals. The number of samples taken in this study were 106 randomly selected people. The results showed that the managerial skills of school principals directly influenced by the academic supervision, work experience, and job commitment. The study also found that the work commitment is influenced by the academic supervision and work experience. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes occur in the principal managerial skills are influenced by the academic supervision, work experience, and job commitment. Therefore, the managerial skills of principals, academic supervision, work experience, and job commitment can be taken into consideration in strategic planning for the development of human resources in the education sector.

Women have potential that needs to be expended. Now many women work with variegated motives. It is not uncommon for working women to cause problems in themselves, their internal families, and their work environment. Many advantages are obtained if women work in addition to earning income, extensive relationships, and increased knowledge and skills. Women in the household serve as wives as well as mothers, of course, there will be problems if women have activities outside, this is where communication and delegation of tasks are important. The role of women in the family is also as a family accountant, who controls the planning and budget in her family so that her family's balance sheet can be maintained. Conflicts in the work environment are inevitable, caused by various factors, namely an uncomfortable organizational climate, toxic friends, high workload, and competition from fellow workmates. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and motivation so that women understand their role and also have strategies for unraveling problems whenever did happen. The method used is to expose directly to the participants according to the phenomena that occur. The result of this service activity is that the participants are enthusiastic in asking questions and understanding how the strategy should be done, because with a good strategy the goal of what is to be achieved can be achieved

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dalam rangka mendukung mitra yaitu SMA Islam Nabilah Batam. SMA Islam Nabilah Batam adalah Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta yang berada di Taman Dutamas, Baloi Permai, Kec. Batam Kota, Kota Batam. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu kurangnya motivasi dan pemahaman siswa akan pentingnya kewirausahaan. Kegiatan pengembangan kewirausahaan siswa SMA Islam Nabilah Batam melalui pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha, motivasi, dan kreatifitas siswa SMA Islam Nabilah Batam serta pengetahuan yang cukup untuk menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana dengan harapan kedepannya mereka memiliki usaha sendiri untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan kemiskinan serta menciptakan lapangan kerja. Tim pengabdi membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keahlian terkait dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari yaitu tanggal 19 - 20 Januari 2023 dengan diikuti 35 peserta.

The success of Management in Social Institutions is one of the benchmarks for the trust of service users and donors. Zakat, infaq and alms institution DSNI Amanah is one of the Best Social Institutions in Batam City. This article describes the Education Program for the Monthly Gathering of Fostered Children and Orphans with Parenting and Motivation as the program, which is the DSNI Amanah Program which is the Best Social Institution for Batam City. The flagship programs of DSNI Amanah that are different from other similar Social Institution programs are the Main Programs, namely: Communities Become Independent Characters:1. C-MED (Center For Micro-Medium Entrepreneurship Development) namely community independence with empowerment, 2. C-EP (Center For Education Program) or Education Scholarship Program, 3. C-SS (Center For Social Services) or Social Programs, 4 PPA (Argo Islamic Boarding School) which is a Character Islamic Boarding School Program, 5. PDP (Productive Village Assistance) Program for placing Da'i in Remote Hinterland. Achievement DSNI Institution is the first zakat institution in Indonesia to receive ISO 9001 certification. Implementation of Parenting and Motivation in this Monthly Meeting, on Sunday, February 27, 2022. With the aim of increasing insight and knowledge for DSNI fostered children and orphaned mothers. From the Parenting event, it is hoped that orphaned children and mothers, as well as poor people will know more about Parenting Patterns and Educational Patterns that Affect Children's Mindsets. The high school level has announced the graduation of its students on May 5, 2022. And they are still continuing their education to a higher level, namely the Higher Education level. Knowledge related to Higher Education is very important for them to construct their future according to the preferences of each student. Therefore, the fulfillment of the needs related to Higher Education is very necessary. The socialization of the Batam University Campus Program in the context of Community Service at Nabilah Islamic High School is an activity to fulfill information obtained by high school students. It is intended that Nabilah Islamic High School students understand what and how Higher Education is. This is because according to the author's data, there are still 25% of Nabilah Islamic High School students who do not understand what Higher Education is and 54.5% are still very doubtful in understanding Higher Education. So it is very important to open the horizons of high school students before they go directly to campus.

Kegiatan Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) merupakan kegiatan awal tahun pengganti Masa Orientasi Sekolah (MOS). Dalam Pelaksanaan MPLS tahun 2022 masih mengacu pada peraturan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2016 tentang Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah Bagi Siswa Baru. Di mana didalamnya diatur tujuan dan teknis pelaksanaannya. Sekolah Islam Nabilah, Batam melaksanakan MPLS selama 3 hari, yaitu tanggal 13,14 dan 15 Juli 2022, yang terbagi pada kegiatan, sosialisasi sekolah secara umum dan breafing siswa baru, dan pengenalan kurikulum, program dan kegiatan sekolah, sarana prasarana serta ditutup di hari ketiga adalah Kegiatan Market Day. Dengan diadakannya Kegiatan MPLS selama 3 hari tersebut diharapkan siswa baru akan mengenal dengan baik lingkungan sekolah sehingga akan membuat mereka merasa aman, nyaman, menumbuhkan cinta dan bangga sebagai siswa di Sekolah Islam Nabilah, Batam.

Penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme sangat penting untuk anak remaja usia SMP dan SMA. Begitu juga mengetahui persepsi merdeka dari sisi pandang mereka. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat terkait Penanaman Nilai-nilai Nasionalisme dan persepsi Merdeka dari Sisi Pandang Anaka remaja di SMP dan SMA Islam Nabilah yang dilaksanakan tanggal 16 Agustus 2022, diharapkan akan membangun sikap cinta tanah air, dan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam mengisi kemerdekaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga diharapkan akan didapatkan gambaran tentang persepsi merdeka dari sisi pandang anak remaja. Apabila remaja kita mempunyai nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan persepsi merdeka yang baik maka hal ini dapat memitigasi hal-hal buruk dalam pergaulannya. Karena masa remaja harus diisi dengan sesuatu yang positif dan prestasi.

ABSTRACT Nabilah Islamic School, Batam, on Thursday, October 6, 2022 held a Socialization Against Drugs, Sexual Violence Against Children and Bullying in Educational Environments. In its implementation, this socialization synergizes with the Narcotics Unit of the Barelang Police, Riau Islands, and the Regional Child Protection Commission (KPPAD) of Batam City. This activity is carried out as an implementation of the Independent Curriculum and Pancasila Student Profile, where the program is in accordance with the Nabilah Islamic School as a Child Friendly School (SRA). With this socialization, it is hoped that students can find out directly from the resource person in order to understand drugs and their bad effects, prevent sexual violence against children and can minimize bullying in the educational environment. Participants who attended were from elementary, middle and high school levels as well as all teachers at the Nabilah Islamic School. This socialization aims to make students understand the bad effects of drugs, sexual violence against children and bullying in the school environment.
