Abstract

Interaksi merupakan salah satu wujud keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Interaksi dapat menciptakan nilai dan kepuasan yang memberikan persepsi berbeda kepada siswa. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi membuat seseorang merasa terhubung dengan orang lain yang merupakan poin utama dalam proses interaksi. Oleh karena itu penggunaan teknologi harus terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang upaya meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dengan menggunakan media interaktif dalam pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Objek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa pada mata kuliah aspek hukum ekonomi dan bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa lebih tertarik saat materi disajikan dengan kemasan e-learning. Di samping itu, Platform media interaktif dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk berinteraksi dengan dosen meskipun tidak berada di dalam kelas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif dalam pembelajaran e-learning membantu meningkatkan aspek interaksi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Abstract

Class I Malang Correctional Institution is one of the institutions that becomes a means of training for people who have committed crimes or prisoners to return to being a society that has behavior in accordance with both religious and social norms. Penitentiaries carry out 2 types, namely personality development and independence development. The implementation of LAPAS Class 1 independence guidance Malang carries out skills training for all assisted residents so that when the assisted residents leave the LAPAS premises they have skills that can be used to support their lives in the midst of the community. Penitentiaries The role of self-reliance development provides skills by providing guidance in the form of providing material on skills, providing the necessary infrastructure, and directly assisting inmates so that the inmates are able to make crafts well. IN LAPAS Class 1 Malang, the types of skills provided are from wood art, painting, textile art to carving. The branch of art produces products that have high aesthetic value. However, the work of the assisted residents has not been able to be exposed to the wider community so that the holding of this show room assistance can be used as a forum to introduce the results of art skills to the community in order to get appreciation and generate people's purchasing power as well as to provide opportunities for the assisted residents so that their art works have a market in the midst of society so that when the assisted residents return to the community they are able to become a productive society to support their economy. The community service method is carried out by the development method with basic modifications which results in showroom design products that are the skillful works of the community members

Abstract

The evolution of information technology is going rapidly, supported by the COVID-19 pandemic where all activities related to face-to-face and gathering activities are limited. Many companies already have implemented ‘work from home’ policies for their employees, including auditors. Responding to this phenomenon, many companies have finally changed the auditor’s work system by applying remote audit techniques based on the use of ICT tools.The application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will minimize direct contact, and also reduce audit. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of auditor's performance by applying remote audit techniques using ICT. In this study uses a qualitative approach. By to obtain a depth understanding of the object of research related to the existing problems such as the risks and  to find out whether the application of ICT in remote audit techniques is effective and efficient when it’s carried out during a pandemic. A literature study is employed to assess the efficiency of ICT performance in remote audit techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of ICT in supporting the remote audit process during the Covid-19 pandemic is the best way. However, we should still paying attention to the appropriateness of the devices, the signal, and data security protection so that the evidences provided by the auditee to the auditors are remains usable and reliable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi lokal melalui pendampingan Program Kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat di Kawasan Wisata Gunung Beruk, Desa Karangpatihan, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Target yang diharapkan diantaranya adalah masyarakat dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan motivasi dalam mengembangkan usahanya serta dapat mengetahui cara pemasaran produk yang tepat. Program ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode  observasi dan sosialisasi yang membahas tentang pengenalan kewirausahaan, strategi berwirausaha, serta networking usaha. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ditinjau dari aspek capaian berdasarkan tujuan, substansi dan usaha program kewirausahaan ini dipandang sangat efektif untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat yang berbasis potensi lokal yakni pengembangan potensi desa wisata yang berkelanjutan, (2) Ditinjau dari aspek hasil, manfaat dan dampak yang dihasilkan dari program ini sangat banyak yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya berwirausaha dengan adanya motivasi melalui focus group disscussion yang dilakukan, bertambahnya pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang bedanya usaha dan entrepreneurship sehingga dapat meningkatkan potensi ekonomi di masing-masing usaha, bertambahnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam melakukan teknik pemasaran yang menarik pengunjung untuk berwisata.Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi, Berwirausaha, Strategi.

Abstract

One of the effects of Pandemic Covid-19 is the drop in demand which resulted in disruption of the supply chain. More than 50% of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia potentially collapsed into bankruptcy as a result of the pandemic. On the other hand, the existence of MSMEs has a major contribution to the Indonesian economy. This is the main reason for the importance of maintaining the business continuity of the MSME sector, one of which is by implementing an efficient and effective accounting information system and internal control. Internal control of the payroll system is an important aspect because MSMEs are still very dependent on human resources (HR) in carrying out their business processes. This research is a qualitative case study which aims to examine the information system and internal control implemented by UD X. The data were obtained through interviews and documentation to be analyzed. Triangulation of methods and sources was carried out as a validation step for this research. The results of the study conclude that in general, internal control in the UD.X payroll system has met the aspects and objectives of internal control. However, to control employee attendance, an evaluation is needed. Improving the quality and motivation of employees is needed so that the willingness, discipline and productivity of employees will increase. One of the controls that can be applied by UD.X is through the provision of rewards to employees with good performance, balanced with continuous evaluation of the frequency of employee attendance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Life Based Learning-based Micro Teaching book, namely the application of basic teaching skills using a scientific approach so that later they are able to increase the capability of Accounting Education students in applying basic teaching skills to real learning in schools in accordance with the demands of curriculum development. education. This research is research and development. The development model used in this research is the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) development model which includes 3 stages, namely define, develop and evaluate. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the results of developing micro-teaching books based on life-based learning with a scientific approach were declared valid and feasible. used as a learning medium and as a media to support learning in microteaching courses. the textbook was approved to be used as a learning medium in microteaching courses. On average, students find it helpful to understand the scientific approach with the renewal of teaching materials for microteaching courses, this of course can increase their capabilities (as prospective teachers), in facing the challenges of curriculum changes. The development of Life Based Learning-based Micro Teaching books is a must for lecturers, because it can increase student capabilities, especially accounting education study programs which incidentally are teacher candidates in developing basic teaching skills in accordance with the demands of the current development of primary and secondary education curriculum.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a most Muslim population, so that it will greatly affect the goods and services created by SMEs. This community service activity aims to give education for SME owners about the halal certificates importance, especially for food and beverage products in building consumer confidence and increasing sales. The problem that occurs at MSMEs today is the lack of attention to legality of halal to convince buyers that their products are quality guaranteed. The method used in community service activities is in the form of conseling and help to 33 SMEs. The number of samples chosen based on MSMEs that do not yet have a halal certificate. Based on the results of the conseling activities, all participants listened to presenters from the Blitar district MUI well and conveyed the complaints and concerns they faced to immediately register their products to have a halal certificate. After the question and answer session with the speakers, participants who were very enthusiastic then filled out the registration form for halal certificates. It can concluded that the extension activities have a 100% success rate, besides that the mentoring activities continue to run until now. The help will continue until the participants who send the halal certificate registration form get it. Based on the results of the above explanation, it can conclude that the SMEs really need the motivations and explanation of the correct flow in handling halal certificates. Very good enthusiasm will succeed if it is balance with real implementation of course in terms of halal certificate registration.

Abstract

Kota Malang sebagai ‘Kota Pendidikan’ menjadi potensi yang besar untuk memunculkan wirausahawan-wirausahawan muda di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Dengan ragam usaha atau bisnis yang telah dan/atau sedang dirintis, tim menemukan permasalahan yaitu minimalnya pengetahuan akan merintis usaha yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing disektor riil. Mahasiswa pelaku bisnis dihadapkan dengan ragam persaingan pasar yang kompleks dan inovatif, sehingga untuk menjadikan usaha tersebut berkelanjutan diperlukan adanya edukasi mengenai cara meningkatkan daya saing UKM. Dengan mengusung tri dharma perguruan tinggi solusi yang diberikan bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi Red Ocean Strategy (ROC) dan Blue Ocean Strategy (BOC) sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing UKM bagi mahasiswa pelaku bisnis dan pecinta bisnis. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 15 mahasiswa pelaku bisnis di Univeritas Negeri Malang (UM) dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Hasil dari kegiatan (evaluasi) adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan analisis akan inovasi strategi mahasiswa pelaku bisnis yang diwujudkan dalam pembuatan analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC).

Abstract

Pentingnya pengakuan atas kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru mendorong diadakannya pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait kurangnya pemahaman sertifikasi profesi teknisi akuntansi bagi guru SMK se-Kabupaten Tulungagung. Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualifikasi pendidikan di Indonesia dimanifestasikan melalui peranan profesi guru. Tolak ukur kompetensi profesional guru dalam proses pembelajaran ditandai dengan kepemilikan sertifikat profesi. Bentuk sertifikasi profesi ataupun uji kompetensi guru juga menjadi salah satu program yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah di Indonesia. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar guru SMK Jurusan Akuntansi Kabupaten Tulungagung memahami dan menyiapkan sertifikasi uji kompetensi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan uji kompetensi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK se-Kabupaten Tulungagung memahami apa saja yang harus disiapkan dalam serifikasi profesi akuntansi bagi guru. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil wawancara kepada peserta pelatihan bahwa 80% persen peserta meningkat pemahamannya terkait uji kompetensi akuntansi. Dimana tingkat pemahaman peserta sebelum pelatihan hanya 50% terkait uji kompetensi.
