Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Small Business and Cooperative’s Growth in Tourism Area Integrated with Nurmilad Islamic Boarding School (NBS), Lempong, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the growth, constraints, and efforts in overcoming the obstacles that occur for small businesses and cooperative in tourism area integrated with Nurmilad Boarding Islamic Boarding School. This research used descriptive qualitative analysis method where data collection obtains by observation and interviews involving six informants.Based on the descriptive and analysis results, it can be concluded that the growth of small businesses and cooperatives in the sharia tourism area integrated with the Nurmilad Boarding School is very significant. The growth of the sharia tourism area has an impact on the growth of small businesses and cooperatives because of the integration policy between the tourist area management and the Nurmilad Islamic Boarding School. The obstacles found were the lack of human resources, inadequate accessibility of infrastructure, lack of maximum promotion, and the mindset of the people who were still influeced with agrarian mindset. Therefore, the efforts made are to collaborate with local governments to improve road infrastructure, maximize promotions so that more visitors come, and always analyzing consumer needs.

Abstract

The Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya, Jakarta is one of the tourism identities of DKI Jakarta, many efforts have been made in developing the preservation and preserving the cultural assets that are still left in the Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya. The purpose of this research is to determine the potential development of tourism objects in Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya by analyzing the historical values ​​and uniqueness. This study used a descriptive qualitative method that describes the information of the Tourism Object from the Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya. Data collection techniques used were interviews, literature study, observation, and documentation. The data collection was analyzed and grouped based on the research problems. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Object namely Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya is one of the tourism objects that have the potential to be developed in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The problem faced by Sanggar Karya Seni Muda Taruna (Sangkar Semut) is the lack of innovation in using digital marketing to build awareness and to promote 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) of used goods. The purpose of this activity is to empower the Sangkar Semut community by digital marketing training especially the techniques in copywriting and capturing photos or videos to be posted in social media. The methods used in this training are with lectures, discussions, practices, and evaluations through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the activity show that there is an understanding from participants the importance of copywriting and good photoshots before being displayed on social media. Future activities such as creating content and steps to sell in marketspace are needed.

Abstract

This study explores the role of the Indonesian Standard QR Code (QRIS) in enhancing the business outcomes of micro enterprises in North Bogor Subdistrict. While QRIS has been recognized as a crucial technological advancement for promoting financial inclusion, there remains a reluctance among some micro business owners to adopt it. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method, including interviews with micro entrepreneurs who do and do not use QRIS, government officials involved in MSME development, and financial institution representatives. The findings reveal that the adoption of QRIS is often driven by its integration with delivery services rather than its potential to boost business performance. Despite some entrepreneurs experiencing benefits from QRIS, a significant gap in understanding its full potential as a payment method persists. For those not using QRIS, reasons include the efficiency of cash transactions, additional costs, and expectations more on government support in promoting their products to achieve business growth.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan survei yang dilakukan terhadap pelaku usaha mikro dan wirausaha baru di Kelurahan Abadijaya, Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok, diketahui bahwa masih sedikit pelaku usaha yang melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan usahanya, membuat laporan keuangan usaha, dan memisahkan keuangan yang diperuntukkan untuk keperluan pribadi dan usaha. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha mikro dan wirausaha baru di Kelurahan Abadijaya, Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok dengan melaksanakan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana para pelaku usaha tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha mikro dan wirausaha baru dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana dengan menggunakan Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan (SIAPIK) yang diluncurkan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk pelaku usaha mikro. Pelatihan ini dipilih karena laporan keuangan sangat berguna bagi usaha mikro untuk menganalisis kinerja usaha dan membantu mereka mendapatkan akses pembiayaan. Dari kegiatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil membantu peserta dalam menyusun laporan keuangan seperti laporan laba rugi dan neraca. Namun demikian, diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan lebih lanjut dengan materi pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih mendalam untuk memastikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is crucial for business success. This research aims to identify marketing strategies and obstacles in increasing sales of Asus Laptops at Belilaptop.id Tangerang Branch. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection including observation, interviews with 5 (five) informants, and documentation. Based on marketing strategies using STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and the 4P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), the results of this research show that to face intense competition in similar fields, companies are required to continue to innovate such as maintaining quality and improving promotional campaigns. Belilaptop.id use of the marketplace and product demos as promotional media has been quite effective. This research identified inhibiting factors: many competitors selling similar products, other brands offering lower prices, low human resources, and limited stock availability of Asus laptops. To overcome obstacles by using influencer services, setting similar prices both in stores and in the marketplace, and paying attention to the availability of Asus Laptop stock

Abstract

Digital transformation is critical to the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the collaborative role of enablers—namely government agencies, technology providers, financial institutions, and business advisory services—in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs. This research employs a narrative literature review method, utilizing academic and policy sources selected based on their relevance and contribution to the development of the enabler collaboration conceptual framework. The results show that collaboration among enablers can improve digital literacy and technology adoption, which in turn enhances the competitiveness of MSMEs. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited access to technology in remote areas, regulations that are not fully supportive, and the high costs of technology implementation. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative model that maps the collective synergy of these enablers, offering new insights for stakeholders in designing more effective and integrated strategies to support MSME digitalization. To ensure the sustainability of MSME digital transformation, collaboration among enablers must be strengthened through a more adaptive approach tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs across various sectors.Transformasi digital sangat penting bagi keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran kolaboratif para enabler, yaitu lembaga pemerintah, penyedia teknologi, lembaga keuangan, dan layanan konsultasi bisnis dalam mendukung transformasi digital UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative literature review, dimana literatur yang digunakan merupakan sumber akademis dan kebijakan yang dipilih berdasarkan relevansi dan kontribusinya terhadap pembentukan kerangka konseptual kolaborasi enabler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi di antara para enabler dapat meningkatkan literasi digital dan adopsi teknologi, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala yang perlu diatasi, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi di daerah terpencil, regulasi yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung, serta biaya implementasi teknologi yang tinggi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada model integratif yang memetakan sinergi para enabler ini secara kolektif, sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dan terintegrasi dalam mendukung digitalisasi UMKM. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan transformasi digital UMKM, kolaborasi antar-enabler perlu diperkuat dengan pendekatan yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis kebutuhan spesifik UMKM di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

General Background: Youth entrepreneurship is a critical strategy for fostering economic self-reliance and innovation. Specific Background: In Indonesia, the Scout Movement has increasingly integrated character and skill-building programs, offering an opportunity to embed entrepreneurial education. Knowledge Gap: Despite awareness of entrepreneurship, practical understanding and application among adolescents—especially using tools like the Business Model Canvas (BMC)—remain limited. Aims: This study aims to enhance entrepreneurial interest and competency among 17-year-old Scout members through BMC design training. Results: Conducted as a participatory workshop, the training included lectures, business site visits, group simulations, and peer assessments. The findings showed that 66.7% of participants were unfamiliar with BMC prior to the workshop, but post-training evaluations revealed improved comprehension, with peer assessment scores averaging 3.08–4.00 (out of 5), and self-ratings predominantly between 7 and 9 (out of 10). Novelty: This study contributes novel insights into the integration of entrepreneurship education within a non-formal setting, specifically through experiential and peer-based learning methods tailored for Scout members. Implications: The findings suggest that structured, interactive training using BMC can effectively cultivate entrepreneurial mindset and skills in youth, and support the strategic inclusion of business education in character-based programs like Scouting.Highlight : Hands-on BMC Training: Scout members engaged in designing business models using the Business Model Canvas to enhance entrepreneurial skills. Peer-Based Learning: Activities included peer assessment to deepen understanding through evaluation and feedback. Youth-Centered Approach: The training targeted 17-year-old Scout members, aligning with their developmental stage and promoting real-world business thinking. Abstract

In recent years, Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch has experienced obstacles and problems in every service, resulting in customer complaints and a decrease in the number of customers who transact directly to the branch and an increase in the number of customers who transact digitally. This is related to information technology and service quality. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. Respondents in this study were customers of Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used a random sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that "Information Technology and Service Quality have an influence on Customer Satisfaction" and have a significant influence. The results of the study indicate that based on the results of the T-test, the independent variables in this study have a positive effect on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the F test that has been carried out, the calculated F obtained is greater than the F table so that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA, Tanjung Priok branch. In the determination coefficient test (R2), the results obtained were 53.9% of the independent variables of information technology and service quality were able to explain variations in work productivity, while 46.1% was explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the MSME sector is inevitable and requiresnot only technological readiness but also adaptive and humanizedcommunication approaches. This study aims to understand howinterpersonal communication influences the success of financialdigitalization assistance for MSMEs through the SIAPIK application inAbadijaya Sub-district, Depok. Using a descriptive qualitative approach,data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatoryobservation, and Likert-scale questionnaires. Findings indicate thatclarity of communication, empathetic attitude of facilitators, and theability to adjust communication styles are crucial to the successfuladoption of digital applications. Interpersonal communication plays afundamental role in bridging technological resistance and building trust inlearning processes. This study emphasizes the importance of relationaldimensions in MSME digitalization strategies and recommendsstrengthening interpersonal communication skills in community-basedassistance programs.
