Abstract

Abstract: Changes in living systems are a necessity that does not need to be feared and even resisted, but this is a challenge that makes life dynamic and innovative, then all that remains is how we respond and deal with changes in the living system. Pesantren should not only maintain its existence as an institution of Tafaqquh Fiddin (deepening of religious knowledge, but must explore the role of pesantren in the global era, because that is what today is a necessity of society. So pesantren can act as the transmission of knowledge in Islam, to be the preserver of Islamic religious teachings and to reproduce intellectual printing of the ulama, with the transformation and at the same time cultural acculturation that is happening today which is marked by the development of science and technology science and technology, it will further increase the discourse and treasures for pesantren to improve themselves and introspective in an effort to empower the role of pesantren to meet the future.Keywords: Pesantren, Globalization

Abstract

Situs Purbakala Petirtaan Ngawonggo merupakan Situs Arkeologi berupa kolam petirtaan pada zaman kerajaan abad 10 Masehi yang ditemukan di Dusun Nanasan Desa Ngawonggo Kec. Tajinan Kab. Malang yang identik dengan kebudayaan jawa kental dengan suasananya yang masih sangat asri dan nuansa pedesaan inilah yang menjadi dambaan pengunjung asal kota saat berkunjung ke destinasi wisata. Situs purbakala petirtaan ngawonggo identik dengan tomboannya. Tomboan dalam bahasa Jawa berarti "obat-obatan". Dalam konteks ini adalah sekelompok mahasiswa KKN-T UNIRA MALANG mengadakan studytour bersama peserta didik SMP Hasyim Asy’ari bertema pengenalan Situs Purbakala petirtaan Ngawonggo. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui relevansi koleksi Situs Purbakala petirtaan Ngawonggo dalam materi pembelajaran sejarah, dan implementasi pemanfaatan situs purbakala petirtaan Ngawonggo dalam pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan.

Abstract

The principal's leadership plays a very important role in advancing the institution he leads. The principal is then responsible for directing and supervising the teachers. This increase in teacher professionalism will be more successful if the teacher implements it with his own abilities and efforts. However, teachers often still need the help of others because they do not understand the types of procedures and mechanisms needed to access various resources to improve their abilities. This is where the leadership of the madrasa head is needed to improve the professionalism of PAI teachers at An Nasr Middle School. In this paper, the researcher chooses the type of qualitative research case study, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and recordings. Data analysis techniques determine the validity of the data through data presentation, data reduction, data validation, use of credibility, including expansion of participation, persistence of observation. , triangulation, adequacy of references, and peer review through discussion. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded as follows: Teachers at SMP An Nasr have achieved pedagogic, personal, professional and social competencies, although there are still teachers who are not optimal. The type of religious school principal is charismatic and democratic. Efforts made by principals to improve teacher professionalism include: involving teachers in training, disciplining, supervising, providing new insights and setting a good example. Supporting factors include adequate facilities, incentives and disincentives. Disincentives include: Insufficient funds, teachers themselves do not want to fulfill their potential.

Abstract

LAZIZ and its role as a source of funding to assist the educational process. Not only in the field of education, in fact Laziz is an institution that is engaged in the development and empowerment of the people. is one of the zakat institutions that is solemn in empowering the community through productive utilization of zakat funds, infaq, waqf and other philanthropic funds from individuals, institutions, companies and other agencies. Laziz as an institution devoted to community empowerment through zakat funds has an empowerment program in the field of education. one of the educational empowerment programs is realized in the form of scholarship assistance for the poor and orphans. This is where the LAZIZNU Kepanjen Malang district also takes on a role regarding education financing. Keywords: Optimizing the Role of Laziznu, Education Financing.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process in educational institutions, one should not be separated from a leader in the class and in this case the teacher or lecturer. The teacher as an educator in helping students in the learning process must pay attention to the methods used so that they can make the learning process interesting so that learning objectives can be achieved. The method used must also be able to bridge and overcome boredom and decreased concentration in students. So it is necessary for teachers to implement the ice breaking method as an alternative to overcome boredom and maintain students' concentration so that they remain stable in the learning process. This research aims to develop an ice breaking method in the aspect of increasing concentration in students. This research discusses (1) How does the implementation of the Ice Breaking method increase student concentration in the Development of Teaching Materials course for the PAI Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Unira Malang?, (2) What are the results of applying the ice breaking method in increasing student concentration in the Development course? Teaching materials for the PAI study program, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Unira Malang?

Abstract

In the era of globalization, every human being must receive an education. Education is essential for human life, as it seeks to develop positive traits ad minimize negative ones, enabling humans to achive happines and peace in both this world and the hereafter. The ai of national education is to enlighten the life of the nation and develop the whole indonesian human being, namely a human being who believes in and is devoted to god almighty and has noble character, has knowladge and skill is physically and spiritualyy healthi, has a strong and independent personality and a sense of social and national responsibility. Improving morals is a primary mission for educational instutions. Therefore, methods are a highly influential component in education, particulary in relation to the process of developing students molars. The methods used by islamic reregious teachers in developing student morals will significantly influence their understanding and practice of moral values, particulary when they influence student awarness of practicing these noble valuaes.
