Abstract

The objective of this research is to know out effect of job satisfaction on performanceof elementary schools supervisor official / city in Riau province. This research used quantitativeapproach with uses causal survey method by using Path Analisys Technique. The samples of thisresearch were 60 elementary school supervisor selected randomly. In the data were collected byspreading questioner and analyze with correlation by supporting descriptive statistics. The resultof the research on direct positive effect of job satisfaction on performance of elementary schoolssupervisor . The conclusion of the research is direct positive effect of job satisfaction onperformance of job satisfaction elementary schools supervisor. The higher of job satisfaction,the higher of performance of elementary schools supervisor official .On the other side, job ofelementary school supervisor can be increase by job satisfaction.Key words: job satisfaction, Job performance, supervision

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the lack of job satisfaction of teachers whoteach MDA in Sub Tuah Karya Tampan District of Pekanbaru The research problems arehow high job satisfaction of teachers MDA in Sub Tuah work Handsome District of the cityof Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction ofteachers MDA in Sub Tuah work Handsome District of the city of Pekanbaru. Thepopulation in this study is as much as 55 people. The technique used in this study isNonrobability sampling and sampling methods that use saturated sample,. Instrumentcollecting data questionnaire with 64 statements. Data were analyzed by DescriptiveQuantitative analysis. From the results of data analysis showed that MDA teacher jobsatisfaction in the Sub Tuah Karya Tampan District of Pekanbaru is high.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction Guru, MDA (Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah)

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on parents causes their children to Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) the emigrants do not reside in environment mda the emigrants in a housing Purwodadi indah urban village west sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan the city of Pekanbaru. Formulation problems will this research is a factor that is dominant of the internal factor to external driving parents educate their children in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) the emigrants do not reside in environment mda the emigrants in a housing Purwodadi indah urban village west sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan the city of Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to find a factor that is driving parents educate their children in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) the emigrants do not reside in environment mda the emigrants in a housing Purwodadi indah urban village west sidomulyo Kecamatan Tampan the city of Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 10 parents and research sample areas 51 parents with critical level 10, sample used is proporsionate stratified random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 40 a statement and if the trial live 34 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Based on the results of the analysis that have been conducted by then a conclusion can be drawn to the result of this research be seen that in good, with the 61,74 % .Kata Kunci: factor, factors driving parents, educate their children in madrasah diniyah awaliyah (mda)

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan nonformal adalah memberikan pendidikan dalam jangka waktu yangsangat singkat yang berorientasi pada bidang keterampilan khusus yang dikemas dalam bentuk paketpaketberdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat.Tujuan utama penelitian ini ialah mengetahui seberapa tinggitingkat tanggung jawab pengelola Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) dalam melaksanakankegiatan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Propinsi Riau.PKBM didirikan,diselenggarakan dan dikelola oleh masyarakat dan merupakan mitra pemerintah dalam meningkatkankualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini tediri dari satu variabel, tergolong dalam penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survey.Tanggungjawab sebagai variabel yang dikaji akan diukur denganindikator: (a) tepat waktu; (b) mampu mengambil resiko; (c) dapat mengendalikan diri; dan (d) mandiri.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 orang pengelola PKBM. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakanangket, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa tingkat tanggungjawabpengelola PKBM dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Rokan Hulutergolong tinggi, karena memperoleh rata-rata mean 3,22 dan standard deviasi 2,29. Artinya kesanggupanseorang pengelola PKBM untuk tepat waktu, berani mengambil resiko, dapat mengendalikan diri, danmandiri di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sudah tergolong tinggi.Kata kunci: Tanggungjawab, Pengelola, Pendidikan Nonformal

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the effect of the manajerial supervisionsupervisor performance and work motivatio either simultaneously or partiall on headmasterperformance at state Junior High Schols (SMP) in Kampar district. The population of theresearch was headmaster of State Junior High School (SMP) Kampar-District totalling 120headmaster, with sample of 93 persons using the formula of Taro Yamane.. Form data in thisstudy are primary and sekunder. Documentation for headmaster performance and questionnairefor manajerial supervision supervisor and work motivation.Data using likert scale. Metods ofdata analysis in this study multiple regression SPSS. Research result showed that manajerialsupervision supervisor and with work motivation in positive and significant effect to theheadmaster performance either simultanaeously or partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of labor disciplineand organizational culture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work in SMP Negeri 2Bangkinang City Kampar regency. The population with the number of 64 teachers usingsaturation sampling technique. Samples are 64 respondents. Data were obtained fromquestionnaires or questionnaire using Likert scale. Analysis of data using multipleregression analysis using SPSS. Results from the study showed that: (1) there is a positivecontribution to the discipline of work on the effectiveness of the work of teachers of0.206 with a contribution of 20.6%. (2) there is a positive contribution betweenorganizational culture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work at .501 with a contributionof 50.1%. (3) there is a positive contribution to the discipline of work and organizationalcultures together on the effectiveness of teachers’ work at .552 with a contribution of55.2%. The conclusion of the variables contributing work discipline and organizationalculture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work has a positive direction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of: 1). Pedagogicalcompetence on the teachers performance; 2). Work Motivation on the teachers performance;3). Job Satisfaction on the teachers performance; 4). Pedagogical competence onjobsatisfaction;5). Work Motivation on job satisfaction; 6). Pedagogical competence and workmotivation simultaneously onjob satisfaction; and 7). Pedagogical competence and workmotivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction.This research was conducted instate vocational schools in island regency meranti by taking the whole stock as a total sample73 teachers.Data collection uses a questionnaire.Research methodology used is the methodsurvey to technique analysis a track (path analysis) with program assistance spss version 20.Theresult of this research is as follows: 1).The contribution pedagogical competence that directlycontribute toteachers performance are 5,24%; 2).Contribution work motivation contribute directlyto teachers performance are 6,00%; 3).The contribution of job satisfaction directly workcontribute to teachers performance are 21,9%; 4).The contribution of pedagogical competencethat directly contribute to job satisfaction are 21,7%; 5).Contribution work motivation that directlycontribute to job satisfaction are 11,6%; 6).The contribution of pedagogical competence andwork motivation that affects job satisfaction are 43,7%; and 7).The contribution of pedagogicalcompetence, work motivation and job satisfaction work simultaneously that influences theperformance are 7,00%.
