Abstract

Service is core from communication form where every government and privateinstitutions should apply it well to establish a good image. Badan Pelayanan Terpadudan Penanaman Modal (BPTPM) is one of government institutions in runningadministration service for society. That is related with permit and non-permit which ismeant as one of services to help society people for developing their business and also toimprove economic developing area especially in Pekanbaru. In providing services,BPTPM Pekanbaru got an award “Citra Pelayanan Prima” by Central Government asBest institutions from all around Indonesia in providing services to the society people.This research has a purpose for knowing role from BPTPM Kota Pekanbaru to supportnational best provide services in society people.In this research, author has used descriptive qualitative method which is extendsituation and also doing analysis based on survey result from the office. Informants inthis research are 2 people officer services from BPTPM, 2 people from BPTPM inproviding permit, and also 3 people which is using providing services in BPTPM. Thisresearch uses frame as reference in case developing to author about role of BPTM inpublic providing services. Based on that case, if BPTPM does services base on reles, soBPTPM could excellent services to society people.This research collects data with observation, interviews, and alsodocumentation. The Result from this research indicates BPTPM Kota Pekanbaru has arole in doing coordination and providing administration in permit and non permit onintegrating manner which have principal coordination, integration, synchronization,simplication, security and certainly of BPTPM in developing image from Government inPekanbaru that easy, quick, secure, transparent, friendly providing and also best publicservices in society. Nevertheless, in fact imaging in society doesn’t like promises fromBPTPM, many people are dissapointed on services especially in simplicity services andfee transparancy for society people. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of giving palm sugar to the quality of nata de leri as a design 3rd grade of senior high school biotechnology subject material in February-March 2019. The research carried out in two stages, namely the experimental stage: the effect of giving palm sugar on the quality of nata de leri and the second stage the design of the LKPD:the analysis of potential development of class XII high school biotechnology subject. The research used the experimental method by conducting experiments at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Pekanbaru. Sampling was carried out with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters in this research were thickness analysis, acidity analysis (pH), and organoleptic test. Based on the results of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the level of 5%, administration of palm sugar showed a significant effect on the quality of nata de leri. giving 200 grams of palm sugar gives the best improvement to the quality of nata de leri and based on the analysis of potential research results it can be used as a design for Student Worksheet (LKPD) for grade XII high school biotechnology subject material.Key Words: Quality of the Nata de leri, LKPD design, Palm sugar

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan gaya hidup yang dapat berpengaruh pada kesehatan bahkan ekonomi di Indonesia. Hal tersebut menjadi kekhawatiran kader Posyandu Kelurahan Cipaganti Bandung. Isu tersebut juga menjadi perhatian dan fokus dari tim dosen pengabdian dari lintas fakultas di Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Bandung. Edukasi mengenai gizi menjadi darurat ketika sudah berpengaruh pada masa depan bangsa, hal itu menjadi pemicu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang stunting. Memberikan pemahaman mengenai stunting dapat dikemas secara kreatif dengan presentasi dan penyampaian yang menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami, serta menyediakan buku panduan dengan desain menarik. Oleh karena itu, pihak kader Posyandu Kelurahan Cipaganti, Bandung perlu pendampingan dari tim dosen Fakultas Humaniora dan Industri Kreatif dan Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Kristen Maranatha dalam penyampaian materi stunting melalui kegiatan Pengabdidan kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Kegiatan tersebut menciptakan ruang sosial yang antusias sekaligus memperluas pemahaman peserta tentang stunting dan tim Pengabdian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis keamanan pada website program studi teknologi informasi universitas bangka belitung menggunakan metode application scanning, yaitu teknik otomatis yang mampu mendeteksi berbagai celah keamanan aplikasi web. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pemindaian langsung pada website program studi menggunakan alat bantu pemindai yang mampu mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kerentanan seperti SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), dan kesalahan konfigurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website memiliki beberapa celah keamanan yang perlu segera diperbaiki untuk menghindari potensi eksploitasi oleh pihak tidak bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan perlindungan informasi digital dan dasar evaluasi teknis dan penguatan sistem keamanan situs web akademik secara berkelanjutan. Metode application scanning terbukti efektif, efisien, dan sesuai diterapkan di lingkungan institusi pendidikan tinggi sebagai bagian dari manajemen keamanan informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of IT Service Management services in the implementation of Computer Based Test (CBT) based exams at SMA Negri 1 Sungailiat using the ITIL V3 framework. The research used is qualitative, focusing on the service design domain of ITIL V3, which includes analyzing the availability of IT infrastructure, efficiency and effectiveness of service operations, disruption recovery time, and user satisfaction. The results showed that the CBT system has provided convenience and efficiency in the implementation of the exam, but there are still some obstacles, such as the absence of a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA), decreased performance during mass access, and data security aspects that need to be improved. This research shows that to improve the quality of CBT system services can strengthen IT service management and support the success of the CBT-based Education exam system at SMA Negri 1 Sungailiat.
