Abstract

This study aims to determine the price that influences consumer decisions in buying SkinCare MS Glow products at the MS Glow Kendy Store, to determine product quality that can influence the decision to purchase SkinCare MS Glow at the MS Glow Kendy Store, to determine price and product quality together with the decision purchase of SkinCar MS Glow at the MS Glow Kendy Shop. Researchers used 30 respondents, with the research method used is the Quantitative method. With research data data validity test , reliability test , classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis , and hypothesis testing. Price has no effect on the purchasing decision of MS Glow Kendy. This is evidenced by the results of the t test which obtained a sig value for the product quality variable of 0.112 <0.05 (sig < α = 5%) so that H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the price has no significant effect on the purchasing decision of MS Glow Kendy. Product quality influences the purchasing decision of MS Glow Kendy. This is evidenced by the results of the t test which obtained a sig value for the product quality variable of 0.000 <0.05 (sig < α = 5%) so that H0 was rejected. So it can be concluded that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Kendy.

Abstract

This thesis is a discussion that aims to find out. 1. How to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with sharia at the Red Doorz Syariah Medan Teladan Hotel. 2. What is the quality of sharia service for guests at the Red Doorz Syariah Medan Teladan Hotel. 3. How is management implemented at the Red Doorz Syariah Medan Teladan Hotel. The research instruments used were observation guidelines and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. Implementation of SOPs in accordance with sharia at the Reddorz Teladan Syariah Hotel in Medan where sharia principles need to be considered in every product offered to hotel guests which must be useful and in accordance with Islamic rules, the application of standard operational procedures is in accordance with the reference from DSN-MUI. 2. Quality of sharia service for guests at the RedDoorz Syariah Hotel Medan Teladan Hotel Reddorz Syariah Teladan Medan in terms of service, by implementing the 3 elements (front office, housekeeping, food and drink, restaurant), the hotel management assumes that it has implemented basic services that every visitor needs for sharia hotel accommodation. 3. Implementation of Exemplary RedDoorz Syariah Medan Hotel Business Management, where the RedDoorz Syariah Medan Hotel management system has been implemented in accordance with Islamic sharia, namely having and using a halal guarantee system, Reddoorz Syariah Hotel Medan has implemented sharia principles in accordance with DSN-MUI guidelines, including: screening of guests who come, does not provide alcohol or alcohol, the products provided by the hotel are halal products, does not provide an entertainment area, has a prayer room and place for ablution, has provided worship equipment in each room, which means this hotel has implemented sharia principles. However, the implementation of the Reddorz Syariah Hotel Teladan Medan still has many shortcomings, where the Reddorz Syariah Hotel Teladan Medan does not collaborate with sharia financial institutions, does not have a certificate from the MUI institution, there is no sharia supervisory board that guarantees that the products provided by the Hotel Reddorz Syariah Teladan Medan guaranteed halal.

Abstract

The current study seeks to produce a theory of business management strategy data in times of crisis in Islam which refers to the story of Prophet Noah AS, also aims to identify the strategies used by business leaders in the crisis management process. A grounded theory approach is applied which is one of the qualitative designs. Fill in the verses of the Qur'an and hadith related to the problems and crises being analyzed.The results of a qualitative analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and the noble hadith of the Prophet's sunnah have resulted in four concepts which constitute a broad conceptual theory of crisis management strategies according to an Islamic approach. These concepts are: Crisis management strategies in Islam, stages of crisis management strategies, characteristics of leaders who manage crises, and the role of a leader during the crisis management process. These results have wide application in the field of leader training, and also recommend future studies to verify theoretical assumptions emerging from the data in this study about crisis management strategies in Islam (COVID-19 pandemic crisis as model).

Abstract

MSMEs in Binjai City are the backbone of the regional economy with various business sectors, ranging from trade, services, to creative industries. The Binjai City Cooperatives and MSMEs Department has an important task in encouraging the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in this region. This research aims to identify and analyze the efforts that have been made by the Cooperatives Department to increase MSME income, as well as identify the obstacles faced in its implementation. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this research state that the Binjai City Cooperative Department’s efforts to increase MSME income include a comprehensive and sustainable strategy, which includes managerial training, access to financing, market development and technological innovation. The obstacles faced by the Binjai City Cooperative Department in increasing MSME income reflect complex structural and operational challenges, including limited access to financing, knowledge and skills gaps, and inadequate infrastructure. To overcome this, the Cooperatives Service has implemented various strategies, such as expanding access to financing through collaboration with microfinance institutions, increasing financial management and digital marketing training programs, as well as improving infrastructure and opening new market access.

Abstract

Shari'ah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering, and changing value from initiator to its stakeholders in the entire process there are values that are in accordance with the principles of shari'ah, namely the principles of tawhid, justice, free will, and responsibility. This research is a type of qualitative research that aims to determine the shari'ah marketing strategy applied by the tenggi cliff barokah barokah guesthouse and to find out the implementation of shari'ah marketing principles at the tenggi cliff barokah barokah guesthouse. The results of this study stated that the implementation of shari'ah marketing principles at Wisma Barokah Syari'ah Tebing Tinggi, namely the principle of tawhid, the principle of fairness, the principle of free will and the principle of responsibility has been carried out well and has been in accordance with the Sharia Economic Perspective. However, in the principle of tawhid, the guest house is not optimal in applying it because there are still visitor complaints about the absence of Islamic nuances in the hotel lobby such as calligraphy ornaments and in hotel rooms the unavailability of prayer mats and mukenah for visitors to pray in the room for the reason of the guesthouse is to invite visitors to pray in congregation at the mushoalah, of course this actually violates the principles of shari'ah marketing, especially in terms of the ease of consumers in getting closer to Allah.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, digital marketing has become important for business strategy and Education. Increased use of the Internet, changes in consumer behavior, personalization, targeting, and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing emphasize the need to integrate it into Education, especially for students. This research explores how digital marketing seminars can influence students' perceptions, which is important in preparing them for the digital job market. This research includes a literature review on the role of digital marketing in education and related studies that have demonstrated the importance of integrating digital marketing skills into university curricula. This study identifies the need to deepen understanding of the effectiveness of digital marketing education, particularly through seminar or workshop formats. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design. The sample consisted of 46 University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra students who attended a digital marketing seminar. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods, including descriptive analysis and t-tests.The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and interest in digital marketing post-seminar. Students report an increased perception of the relevance of digital marketing in careers and demonstrate a better readiness to apply this knowledge professionally. These findings are consistent with previous studies, confirming that intensive seminars can improve students' understanding of digital marketing. The significant difference in increased interest and career relevance demonstrates the effectiveness of seminars in linking theory with practice. Digital marketing seminars have proven effective in increasing students' understanding, interest, and awareness of digital marketing. These results support the further integration of digital marketing education into the university curriculum to prepare students for the challenges of the digital world of work

Abstract

Broad and sustainable financial inclusion has become the main goal in efforts to improve the welfare of society in the Muslim world. This article explains how Sharia Fintech has overcome some traditional barriers in access to financial services, such as geographical distance, limited financial infrastructure, and obstacles to compliance with sharia principles. This study also evaluates the positive impact of Sharia Fintech in increasing financial inclusion, reducing economic inequality, and supporting economic growth in countries with a majority Muslim population. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the potential of Sharia Fintech in creating a more inclusive and sustainable financial system in the Muslim world, and illustrate how technology can be a powerful tool to achieve these goals.

Abstract

Rumah UMKM are one of the drivers of development and economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of the digital economy on Rumah UMKM income in Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara with digital literacy as a moderator variable. In this study using a descriptive quantitative method with the sample used are Rumah UMKM actors who are registered as members at the Rumah UMKM in Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara and use internet media in their business activities both in promotional activities or transactions. The number of samples as respondents from this study amounted to 300 respondents. The analytical tool used was Smart PLS version 3.0. The results of this study prove that the digital economy has a positive and significant effect on the income Rumah UMKM Desa Perkebunan Tanjung Kasau, Batubara. And the role of digital literacy is significant in moderating the relationship between the two variables. So that there is an indication that Rumah UMKM income will increase if digital literacy is maximized.

Research purposes This For know role recording accounting for Halal Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Halal MSMEs, Medan Denai District . Approach research used _ use approach qualitative . Deep data collection techniques study This use results observation and interviews . Respondent in study This consists from Owner MSME businesses Halal Medan Denai District which consists of from types of Culinary MSMEs. Research result show that recording accounting for Halal MSMEs has very important role . Role recording accountancy for MSMEs have role as monitoring finance , Decision making , compliance tax , access financing , monitoring debts and receivables , planning finance , monitoring efficiency operations and internal control .

Abstract

One of the main sources of the currency crisis experienced by Indonesia is the use of paper money that is not backed by gold. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, which is a method of data analysis by describing the description/conclusion of the use of the dinar and dirham currencies as a solution to the global economic crisis. The results of the research on the Dinar currency are a solution to the impact of using legal tenders in the world economy. because fiat currency will cause instability in the world economy, then to overcome this stable currency is the gold dinar. In the year 250m/648 H, the dinar was used as currency. Apart from being a currency, the dinar currency can also prevent currency depreciation. The Dinar is a stable currency. Why is that? Since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the dinar currency has never experienced inflation or deflation. And the dinar is also made of gold. Gold prices remain stable. Even if there is a crisis in a country, the price of gold will remain stable. It has a stable value in every country and can promote domestic and international transactions. Dinar can also reduce speculation, manipulation and arbitrage. Dinar currency with the same value will be able to affect the level of speculation and arbitrage in the foreign exchange market, because differences in currency values will be difficult to occur. Dinar can also minimize recession and economic recession. Using the dinar in a country can also minimize the currency risk the country faces.
