Abstract

Managemen pendidikan Islam mengandung berbagai prinsip umum yang fleksibel sehingga bisa sejalan dengan keajuan dan perkembangan yang baik. Banyak para pakar pendidikan Islam yang berbeda pendapat mengenai apa saja prinsip-prinsip dasar managemen pendidikan Islam. Prinsip management pendidikan Islam yaitu: Ikhlas: QS. Abstract

This study aims to analyze SWOT in quality improvement planning at the integrated Islamic elementary school Ad-Durrah Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection was carried out systematically, starting from observations, interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Finally, the validity of the study was tested through the persistence of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study concluded that the quality improvement plan at SDIT Ad-Durrah Medan was well implemented, including the tahfiz al-Qur'an program, strengthening character education, adding extracurricular activities, and strengthening Islamic personal development programs. This is characterized by 4 aspects, namely (1) strengths, including strategic school locations, adequate learning facilities, competent school human resources, conducive and beautiful school climate, and assessment standards that involve (coordination) with parents/guardians of students; (2) weakness, in the form of an unaccredited school; (3) opportunities, including; potential (talents) of students, support from parents/guardians, academic and non-academic achievements of students at the city and provincial levels, as well as harmonious relations between the school and the surrounding community; (4) threats, critical attitude of students' guardians towards children's development, so that teachers must be wiser in leading learning, making decisions and giving exemplary attitudes.

Abstract

Learning and all educational activities in madrasas are strongly influenced by the organizational culture of communication adopted by the principal of the madrasa. This study aims to describe the culture of organizational communication at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. To systematically parse the topic of this research, the researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. The research informants totaled 5 teachers who worked at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe, then the data collection used in the application of this research included in-depth interviews, participant observation, focus group discussions, and document analysis. The results of this study concluded that the culture of organizational communication that implements MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe in carrying out operational activities and implementing work, is practiced by teachers with the concept of having a relationship in the form of forming teacher communication during the process of carrying out work at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. This is based on the indicators applied in this study. so that with this in mind, the researcher provides advice to MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe regarding the organizational communication culture that is applied to schools which is classified as good (effective), so that it must always be maintained by school residents through providing a good example from the head of the madrasa to existing teachers, so that later teachers who work at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe also have a high level of loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the tahfiz program is run at SDIT Anak Sholeh in Hinai District, Langkat Regency, with the goal of raising the standard of Islamic education. Data is gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation studies using a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers who teach the Tahfiz of the Qur'an, as well as the head of the madrasa and the deputy head for curriculum, served as research subjects. According to the research findings, improving the quality of madrasas necessitates paying attention to the extracurricular activities of students, the performance of madrasa heads, and the availability of suitable facilities and infrastructure. governance over finances for instruction, scheduling, and buildings and infrastructure are additional essential tools for the madrasa head's effective governance. Madrasah quality assurance initiatives include supporting teacher career progression, raising graduation rates, and assessing education reports. In summary, this study highlights the importance of madrasa heads focusing on critical elements such extracurricular activities, teacher competency, facilities and infrastructure, and performance in order to improve the caliber of madrasas. Additionally essential to raising the caliber of Islamic education at SDIT Anak Sholeh are efficient control and quality assurance.
