Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the public's response in measuring the management of Taxpayer Identification Number services provided by the Pratama Sorong Tax Service Office (KPP). The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of respondents involved was 100 people. The results of the research show that the KPP Pratama service management indicator that gets the highest score from community responsiveness in making NPWPs is the “Reliability” factor, with an average score of 9.18 and is at the "Very Good" level, followed by the other two factors which are also at the "Very Good" level. Those are the “Responsiveness” with a mean score of 8.83, and for and the Tangible of 8.73. Meanwhile, the other two factors are at the "Good" level, indicated by a mean score of 6.79 for the Assurance factor and 6.72 for the Emphaty factor.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher aimed to investigate the effect of workload and organizational culture on employee loyalty at CV Asanka Wijaya. This is a descriptive-causal study and a quantitative research. The survey method was used with non-random sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, to select a sample of employees. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The statistical analysis conducted in this study was a simple linear regression, preceded by tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions as preliminary tests. This study indicates that workload has a partial negative effect on employee loyalty. The effect of this variable is 0.501, or 50.1%. and that organizational culture has a positive influence on employee loyalty by 0.362, or by 36.2%..

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to encourage UMKM members so that they can market their products well. Thus increasing the income of UMKM actors. The target of this activity is the community of Pasar Pedati village, Central Bengkulu Regency, especially for small and medium businesses. The method used is the instruction on how to package the product in an attractive way to increase its selling value and how to market the product in the supermarket. From this training, the community and UMKM members find it very helpful and able to apply what they have learned from the training and can start marketing their products not only in the village but also at the local level, but also supermarket level.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong dengan Tema Pelatihan Pembuatan Laporang Keuangan UMKM Menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel di Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong, dimana metode pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara workshop tentang penggunaan microsoft Excel, cara membuat tabel serta bagaimana cara membuat laporan keuangan melalui microsoft Excel. Yang bertujuan agar para pelaku UMKM Di Desa Selebar Jaya Kecamatan Amen Kabupaten Lebong mendapatkan tambah wawasan tentang konsep pembuatan laporang keuangan , memberikan pelatihan dan simulasi tentang penggunaan microsoft Excel dalam pembuatan laporang keuangan, dan memberikan solusi atau pemecahan masalah untuk mewujudkan pelaku UMKM untuk membuat laporang kuangan melalui microsoft Excel, sehingga masyarakat mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Excel yang baik dan benar serta tepat sasaran. Sehingga, mampu meningkatkan penghasilan pelaku UMKM dan Dapat menghitung keuangan dengan lebih baik dengan mengkombinasikan laporan keuangan secara manual dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of socialization of procedures for improving the Human Resources (HR) of the Nakau Village community, Bengkulu Tengah Regency. Nakau Village is one of the rural areas that still faces challenges in improving the quality of human resources. The research method used was a mixture of quantitative and qualitative approaches. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the community of Nakau Village to measure the level of participation, understanding, and perceptions of the socialization of procedures for improving human resources. In addition, in-depth interviews were also conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the success of this socialization. The results show that the level of community participation in the socialization of HRD procedures is quite high, but their understanding of the importance of HRD still needs to be improved. Support from the local government and related community institutions is also still a key factor that needs to be strengthened in the implementation of this socialization. The implication of this research is the need to develop a more effective and directed socialization strategy, as well as the active role of various related parties to improve the quality of human resources of the Nakau Village community and its surrounding areas.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial merupakan solusi efektif dalam memasarkan produk di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode ini sejalan dengan protokol kesehatan yang dianjurkan pemerintah, karena dapat mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah serta meminimalkan kontak fisik dengan masyarakat lain. Media sosial memungkinkan bisnis menjangkau target pasar yang selama pandemi lebih banyak beraktivitas di rumah dan enggan keluar, termasuk untuk membeli produk secara langsung. Dengan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital ini, penjualan Kue Mak Indah dapat meningkat secara bertahap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between competence, independence, accountability, and compliance with the code of ethics with the auditor performances in Inspectorate of Bengkulu Province. The relationship can be determined by analyzing the correlation between the four variables with the performance of auditors by distributing questionnaires to 15 (fifteen) professional auditor. The analysis method used in this study was Rank Spearman Correlation Test.Partial correlation test results on the four independent variables, it is known that which has the closest correlation with the auditor performances in Inspectorate of Bengkulu Province is accountability, with a value of correlation is 0.691. Furthermore Spearman rank correlation test for all independent variables with the auditor performances showed a correlation coefficient 0.697 with a degree of error (α = 5%) where the count rs > rs table. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that: there is a real and significant correlation between competence, independence, accountability and compliance with the code of ethics with the auditor performances in Inspectorate of Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine strategic approaches in sustainability-based technopreneurship, focusing on efforts to balance the dynamics of technological innovation and social responsibility within the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. Using a qualitative literature review method with descriptive analysis, this research analyzes 25 selected scholarly articles from a total of 50 sources collected via Google Scholar and reputable academic databases spanning the period from 1997 to 2025. The findings reveal that sustainable technopreneurship strategies can be constructed through the integration of values from the Triple Bottom Line, Creating Shared Value, Stakeholder Theory, and Dynamic Capabilities. Case studies from startups such as TaniHub and JALA Tech reinforce the notion that technopreneurial success is not solely dependent on technological superiority, but also on the extent to which they generate positive social and environmental impact. This study concludes that sustainability must be positioned as the core of technopreneurial strategy rather than as a supplementary element. The findings carry significant implications for policy development, entrepreneurship education, and the design of inclusive, socially responsible digital business models.
