Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap pembelajaran Fisika secara keseluruhan, berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, variabel terikat penelitian dan materi pelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Meta-analisis. Subjek penelitian ini berupa artikel ilmiah yang telah dipublikasi oleh beberapa jurnal di Indonesia tentang penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) tahun 2011-2020 pada konsep materi Fisika dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pemberian kode (coding). Effect size yang diperoleh untuk jenjang SLTP 0,355 (kategori besar) dan SLTA 0,244 (kategori sedang). Besar pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada pembelajaran Fisika berdasarkan variabel terikat memiliki effect size pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, literasi sains dan prestasi belajar berada pada kategori besar, sedangkan hasil belajar, kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah berada pada kategori sedang. Besar pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada pembelajaran Fisika berdasarkan materi atau pokok bahasan memiliki effect size pada materi Hukum Newton dan Cahaya dan Optik berada pada kategori besar, sedangkan Fluida Statis, Suhu dan Kalor, dan Listrik Dinamis berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

This paper is the result of research focused on the study of the importance of social capital in diamonds trading as a rare commodity in Martapura City. This research has been done in Martapura city with qualitative research method and has been interviewed as many as 5 people as informant. This study found that the form of social capital in trading diamonds was trust and social network, reciprocity in a joint venture formed by diamond traders and subscription relationships formed in the sale and purchase of diamonds. Social capital has an important meaning in the success of diamond trading because with the social capital of traders it can muster the power to acquire and market diamonds as a rare and speculative commodity.

Abstract

Satu buah glikosida oleanan berhasil diisolasi dari biji Barringtonia asiatica. Struktur senyawa ini ditentukan oleh 1H- dan 13C-NMR satu dan dua dimensi serta oleh perbandingan langsung dengan standar. Senyawa ini menunjukkan aktivitas insektisida yang paling tinggi terhadap Crocidolomia pavonana. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa biji B. asiatica mengandung senyawa insektisida yang paling aktif dengan nilai LC50 sebesar 290 ppm yang potensial untuk aplikasi insektisida.Kata Kunci: Barringtonia asiatica, glikosida oleanan, aktivitas insektisida, Crocidolomia pavonana

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of life skills possessed by badminton athletes from sports clubs in Bandung using descriptive methods. A total of 44 athletes consisting of 31 male athletes and 12 female athletes participated in this study. The research instrument is the Life Skills Scale of Sport (LSSS), consisting of 47 items which were developed by Cronin to measure the level of life skills possessed by badminton athletes. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and independent sample T-test using SPSS software version 29.0. The results showed that the level of life skills for male athletes was the same as for female athletes. Both are in the high level category with a percentage of 72.73%. Based on gender, male athletes were in the high category with a percentage of 71.0% and female athletes were also in the high category with a percentage of 76.9%. Meanwhile, in the independent sample T-test analysis, the value of Sig. (2-Tailed) = 0.897. Based on these results, it can be seen that Sig. (2-Tailed) > 0.05, so there is no significant difference between the life skills of male athletes and female athletes. Key words: Badminton, Life Skills, Sport Coaching,

Abstract

Basic movement proficiency (FMS) is most successfully acquired during the early school years. This happens at the beginning and after 2.5 years of primary school physical education. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of selected exercises on motor development in first year elementary school students in Jambi City, Indonesia. This research is semi-experimental in nature, carried out in the field and using experimental and control groups. The statistical population includes all first-year elementary school students in Jambi city (7523 students). Fifty-six of them were randomly selected (cluster stage) and then randomly divided into two groups: experiment (N=26, mean age=6.9 ± 0.55) and control (N=28, mean age). average = average = 6.9 ± 0.59). ). The experimental group was given training for eight weeks, 2 sessions per week and each session lasted 45 minutes. To measure motor development, the Test of Gross Motor Development edition 2 (TGMD-2) is used. Statistical analysis was performed using independent t-test and paired t-test. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the control and experimental groups regarding movement skills (8.637, P<0.05). In fact, the integration of basic motion exercises in physical education has an impact on their motor development. By integrating basic movement exercises, it can be used as an appropriate plan to improve the development of movement skills in first-year elementary school students.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of critical thinking skills into educational curricula to meet 21st-century social and economic demands. Critical thinking empowers students to analyze information, make informed decisions, and solve problems creatively, making it vital in modern education. The study reviews practices in Finland, Singapore, and Canada, focusing on student-centered methods like inquiry-based learning and collaborative activities that enhance cognitive skills and academic performance. However, challenges include inconsistent teaching, varied assessments, and inadequate teacher training. A qualitative approach was used, employing case studies and comparative analysis of Finland, Singapore, and Canada’s educational systems. Data were collected through interviews with educators, surveys of students and parents, and curriculum analysis. Findings emphasize the need for standardized critical thinking education, clear assessment frameworks, and more educator support to optimize implementation, enhancing student engagement, academic success, and lifelong learning. Future research should explore long-term impacts and best practices to ensure equitable access to critical thinking education.

Abstract

Masyarakat sungai yang dicerminkan oleh suku Banjar menjadi citra yang melekat dikarenakan kondisi alamnya yang sangat dekat dengan sungai. Maka prasarana yang diperlukan adalah perahu sebagai transportasi penunjang aktivitas kesehariannya. Namun belakangan ini masyarakat mulai banyak beralih ke transportasi darat dan berimbas terhadap penjualan perahu. Berangkat dari sini penulis mengambil fokus tentang modal sosial produsen perahu dalam mempertahankan keberadaan mereka sebagai produsen perahu terutama di Kota Banjarmasin. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan modal sosial R. Putnam dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data selama penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan pertanyaan terbuka dengan informan kunci, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analsis data berupa reduksi data, trianggulasi waktu dan sumber. Kemudian melakukan penyajian data dan terakhir kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa pengrajin perahu masih dapat produksi ditengah gempuran moda transportasi darat dikarenakan adanya modal sosial. Pertama, adanya kepercayaan yang saat ini masih terjaga baik antara pemilik dengan pekerja maupun pemilik dengan pemilik produksi. Kedua, adanya nilai/norma yang masih terjaga diantara pengrajin seperti bentuk gotong royong yang masih ada dengan istiliah lokal “mengulur”. Ketiga, jaringan sosial yang masih kuat antara pengrajin dengan pihak luar yang selama ini menjadi pemasok baik dari bahan baku maupun dengan konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah Daerah Barito Kuala agar lebih memperhatikan dan memfasilitasi berbagai keperluan para pengrajin perahu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMAN 1 Cilegon melalui lima aspek utama, yaitu peserta, pelatih, sarana dan prasarana, organisasi, dan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi terhadap lima cabang olahraga aktif di sekolah tersebut, yaitu futsal, bola voli, basket, pencak silat, dan bulu tangkis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program ekstrakurikuler dipengaruhi oleh keterpaduan antar aspek. Futsal dan pencak silat merupakan cabang yang paling terkelola dengan baik, didukung oleh pelatih berkualifikasi dan fasilitas latihan yang memadai. Sementara cabang seperti basket dan bulu tangkis masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek pelatih dan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen yang terstruktur, dukungan sekolah, dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pembinaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di tingkat sekolah menengah.
