Abstract

Google Classroom is a new platform, so there needs to be training for institutions or institutions that are new to using this platform. SMAN 1 Tanjung Sari is one of the schools that requires training in using google classroom to run the online learning process. The purpose of this training is to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers and students in conducting online learning using the google classroom platform. Learning system training through Google Classroom is carried out by conducting surveys first and preparing questionnaires before and after the training. The results of the training implementation increased participants' knowledge and skills in using google classroom from before the training, which was 0% to 100%, and increased participants' knowledge of using the google classroom platform from 20% to 100%. Therefore, it can be concluded that online learning training using google classroom is very important to do in increasing knowledge and skills so that the learning objectives of the school or institution are achieved.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country and has potential in agriculture that is not in line with the potential of supporting human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce agriculture from an early age. Early childhood learning programs with an agricultural perspective can equip children with knowledge about the importance of agriculture as well as basic skills such as caring for, watering and planting plants. This research aims to understand the importance of agriculture-based learning in early childhood education environments. This research method uses Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyze Extensions for scoping reviews using 3 databases namely science direct, google Scholar, and sage journals. The literature reviewed from the scoping review obtained 8 articles that fulfilled the use of qualitative and quantitative or mixed methods. The types of journals produced are mostly children's education journals, environmental education journals for children, and journals about nutrition for children. Many research subjects also center on children's intelligence, scientific and nature-friendly attitudes, cognitive, language, and social skills that children can acquire from gardening or agriculture-based learning. From data collection and preparation of literature material, benefits from agricultural-based learning programs are obtained. This benefit is the basis for the importance of agriculture-based learning in kindergarten children. The benefits of agricultural learning-based activities in Early Childhood Education (ECE) include increasing early childhood knowledge and love for agricultural activities, increasing children's naturalistic intelligence, promoting healthy food in early childhood, environmentally friendly attitudes, and cognitive intelligence.

Abstract

This decade is developed a maximal utilization of products until there are no leftovers, known as the circular economy. The concept explained that organics waste should be used to produce a good product like eco-enzyme. Eco-enzyme is a fermentation product that has a lot of benefits for agriculture till personal sanitation. The benefit of circular economy through eco-enzyme application must be promoted and disseminated. The workshop that targeted teenagers provided long-term effects for applying the circular economy concept. The empowerment event aims to disseminate the circular economy concept through hand-sanitizer production from eco-enzyme, which is taken from organic waste. The object of this event was students in 10th and 11th grade from Muhammdiyah 2 High School, Surabaya. The workshop used a combination of methods between lecturing and demonstration. This workshop was assessed by 5 indicators, i.e., workshop theme, competencies of lecturer, communication effectiveness, workshop duration, and availability of visual aid. Data was collected by the questioner at the end of the workshop. The result showed that 4 of 5 indicators provided good responses. Indicators of workshop duration need to evaluate for the next event. The workshop succeeded in providing knowledge about how to make hand sanitizer from eco-enzyme. The next event should discuss and demonstrate the production of another personal hygiene.

Abstract

Desa Gumulan, Kec. Kesamben, Kab Jombang memiliki banyak produk pangan yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Pelaku usaha mayoritas belum melakukan proses sertifikasi halal kurangnya kepedulian pelaku usaha akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan terbatasnya informasi untuk proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal yang dianggap rumit. Edukasi akan pentingnya pengetahuan tentang pangan halal dan Program Sertifikasi Halal Skema Self-Declare bagi usaha menengah Di Desa Gumulan dapat menjadi solusi. Tahapan kegiatan edukasi adalah: (1) Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui berkomunikasi dengan aparat desa; (2) Pemaparan materi sertifikasi halal; (3) Tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis (SEHATI) dengan self-declare; dan (4) Penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui proses keberhasilan kegiatan. Kegiatan ini mampu mengedukasi masyarakat untuk melakukan proses sertifikasi produk yang dihasilkan dengan dibuktikan pengajuan NIB sebagai syarat utama pengajuan sertifikasi halal skema self-declare.

Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan problematika besar yang dihadapi oleh banyak negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan yaitu sampah organik rumah tangga. Salah satu desa yang memiliki permasalahan serupa yaitu Desa Banyuajuh. Organisasi HIMATIPA Universitas Trunojoyo Madura merupakan suatu tim yang melakukan gagasan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme. Eco enzyme dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi produk turunan rumah tangga. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam mengolah sampah organik oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Banyuajuh, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Program SIDARLING ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi eco enzyme, namun juga pemanfaatan eco enzyme dalam rumah tangga (sabun batang, sabun cair, dan detergen cair). Program ini dilakukan dengan edukasi (materi, pretest, dan posttest) dan pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 86% terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Banyuajuh dalam pengolahan dan pemanfaatan eco enzyme dari sampah organik

Abstract

Permasalahan pencemaran lingkungan akibat akumulasi limbah plastik sintetis mendorong pengembangan material alternatif yang ramah lingkungan, salah satunya bioplastik berbasis pati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi transparansi bioplastik berbasis pati jagung dengan penambahan ekstrak cabe jamu dan perbandingannya dengan plastik konvensional seperti polypropylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), dan plastik vakum (PV). Uji transparansi dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-VIS pada panjang gelombang 200, 400, 600, dan 800 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi bioplastik meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan konsentrasi pati, dengan transparansi tertinggi pada konsentrasi pati 6% sebesar 56.7445%. Penambahan konsentrasi pati jagung berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan homogenitas bioplastik, meskipun transparansi bioplastik berbasis pati tetap lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan plastik konvensional pada sebagian besar panjang gelombang yang diuji, di mana PP mencapai 84.120%, PV sebesar 81.909%, dan HDPE sebesar 42.380% pada panjang gelombang yang sama. Meskipun demikian, bioplastik berbasis pati jagung memiliki potensi sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bioplastik berbasis pati dapat dimanfaatkan dalam aplikasi yang mengutamakan keberlanjutan dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan.
