Abstract

Abstrak : Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat memudahkan SDM di sebuah instansi menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan lebih cepat dan valid. Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru ( PPDB ) di SMK Assalamah Pati yang masih dilaksanakn secara manual dalam melakukan pendaftaran, menentukan daya tampung, proses seleksi, pengumuman dan daftar ulang sehingga sedikit menghambat dalam pembuatan laporan dan pengolahan data. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini memiliki tujuan agar mampu menggantikan sistem manual yang selama ini dilakukan dalam sistem komputerisasi penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan sistem baru yang berbasis multiuser, sehingga dapat mempermudah pengaksesan informasii dan pengelolaan data. Kata kunci : multiuser, peserta didik Abstract: Development of information technology facilitates the rapid HR in an agency job done more quickly and valid. Abstract

Abstract : In the past the data processing system still traditional or classic. In terms of data processing is still using the old way is by any registrar or employess come to the Ministry of Religious Affairs to complete the registration form and collect a variety of requirements. The registration form will be processed by the registration committee employess for the data and reported to the head for further interest. Committee employess registration from Human Resources and Employment. Data were processed and reported to the head of the old system are still using Microsoft Excel along with the print out is. However, this method requires a relatively long time and the resulting data as inaccurate reports or prone to errors. Pati Religion Department is the parent agency affairs of religion and religious education in Pati regency whose objective was to develop and continue the role, vision, and mission of education in Indonesia. Processing activities of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pati currently have the resources both human resources and facilities that could be developed into a better and more efficient, but in the use to make it as an intranet-based data processing are useful to support the development and management of education considered not optimal. Key word : Data Officer, Ministry Pati   Abstrak – Pada masa lalu sistem pengolahan data masih bersifat tradisional atau klasik. Dalam hal mengolah data  masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu dengan tiap pendaftar atau CPNS datang ke Kementerian Agama untuk mengisi formulir pendaftaran dan mengumpulkan berbagai persyaratan. Formulir pendaftaran tersebut nanti akan diolah oleh panitia pendaftaran CPNS untuk di data dan dilaporkan kepada pimpinan guna kepentingan lebih lanjut. Panitia pendaftaran CPNS berasal dari Bagian Personalia dan Kepegawaian. Data yang diolah dan dilaporkan kepada pimpinan pada sistem lama masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel beserta print outnya. Akan tetapi cara ini memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama dan data yang dihasilkan sebagai laporan kurang akurat atau rentan dengan kesalahan. Departeman Agama Kabupaten Pati merupakan instansi induk bidang urusan agama dan bidang pendidikan agama di Kabupaten Pati yang mempunyai tujuan mengembangkan dan melanjutkan peran, visi, dan misi pendidikan di Indonesia. Dalam kegiatan Pengolahan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pati saat ini memiliki sumber daya baik itu sumber daya manusia maupun fasilitas yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi lebih baik dan berdaya guna lagi, namun dalam pemanfaatan untuk menjadikannya sebagai sebuah pengolahan data berbasis intranet yang berguna untuk menunjang perkembangan dinas pendidikan dan pengelolaannya dinilai belum maksimal. Abstract

Phenolic compounds is water pollutants because toxic at certain levels. One methods degrade phenol is adsorption. By the high of husk waste, rice production mill especially in Leran Kulon, District of Tuban, can be used as absorbent to decreasing in phenol was conducted.This study used  pre-experimental design with One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The research object was phenol concentration 3ppm with 14 treatment variations. Phenol concentrations was measured after direct contact with the husk charcoal provided in dose of 10 g /l and 25 g/l at minute 30, 60, and 90. The results showed the adsorption husk charcoal with dose of 25 g/l was greater than 10 g/l and the best time was 90 minutes at dose of 25 g /l with an average decrease of 63.33%.It is suggested to carry out socialization to the public on the use of rice husk as phenol  adsorbent primarily to society of Leran Kulon. In addition, further research needs to carried out with addition contact time variation, dose husk choarcal, testing toward pH and temperature effect on adsorption capacity as well as testing toward ash content, water content and volatile content of the husk choarcal made

Abstract

Background: There is no parent who deliberately and consciously provide education and guidance to their children so that their children have failed in life. Even in principle, aspiring parents and children are always trying to succeed in later life, however, not infrequently the parents (perhaps because the level of education or lack full awareness in educating) a failure in the context of the child's personality formation. Both the poor child is closely associated with the care and education provided by parents.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge about parenting children with fine motor development.Research method: This type of observational analytic study with cross sectional research design. Population was all mothers and children who are in kindergarten Playgroup Plus Al Ikhlas Islamic. Sampling techniques in total sampling with sample size 34 people. Measurement of age, education, occupation, sex obtained with a list of questions or questionnaires. While the fine motor skills using the observation made by DDST II. Data processing using a computer with a univariate analysis, bivariate, Pearson and spearman's rank. Results: The results of the study is the age of majority 26-30tahun mother 17 people (50%), education elementary school a majority of 13 people (38.2%), the majority of jobs do not work 10 people (29.4%). Majority of children age 4-6tahun 28 people (82.4%) and a majority of 19 were female (55.9%). Knowledge of mothers about good parenting category 4 people (11.8%), category quite 23 people (67.6%), category of less than 7 persons (20.6%). For fine motor development of children category pass / good 26 people (76.5%), a category not good lulus.tidak 8 people (23.5%). Thus, proving that the knowledge of mothers about parenting has a significant relationship with the child's fine motor development.Conclusion: The better the knowledge of mothers about parenting will impact on both child development fine motor by 44.5%. From the research results suggested that maternal knowledge about parenting improved fine motor development of children to be good.
