Abstract

Persaingan sumber daya manusia untuk berkompetisi di dunia industri semakin ketat karena setiap tahun jumlah siswa/siswi atau mahasiswa yang lulus dari sekolah/perguruan tinggi semakin banyak, namun tidak diimbangi dengan penambahan lapangan pekerjaan. Untuk membantu agar masyarakat dapat bersaing maka perlu pembekalan dasar-dasar ketika masyarakat umum terjun ke dunia industri. ISO 9001 menjadi salah satu tema pembekalan melalui webinar pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui aplikasi zoom. Pembekalan ISO 9001 dapat menjadi bekal peserta webinar PKM, karena ISO 9001 merupakan sistem management mutu di setiap perusahaan yang wajib di terapkan karena menjadi salah satu persyaratan pelanggan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk kedepan di lakukan lebih fokus pada topik tertentu sehingga peserta dapat mengambil poin-poin materi yang di sampaikan

Abstract

Abstrak E-desa merupakan sistem informasi online yang di gunakan sebagai wadah pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Desa Telukbuyung, Pakis Jaya Karawang. Rata – rata masyarakat berprofesi sebagai petani. Tata letak kantor desa yang strategis dari masyarakatnya. Mempunyai kendala bagi perangkat desa dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakatnya. Bila ada info penting mereka juga turun langsung ke rumah masyarakat. Terkadang masyarakat tesebut tidak dapat bertemu. Karena masyarakat sibuk bekerja sehingga informasi tidak tersampaikan. Untuk masyarakatnya mempunyai kendala dalam mendapatkan informasi bantuan desa, kegiatan, jadwal dan informasi desa harus datang ke kantor desa setempat. Informasi yang mereka dapatkan di lihat dari papan pengumuman. Bila tidak ada informasi masyarakat kembali pulang. Hal ini sangat membuang waktu dan mendapatkan informasi yang tidak pasti. Maka untuk meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan desa, Tim Dosen mengadakan pengadian kepada masyarakat dengan memberi pelatihan berupa website e-desa kepada perangkat desa. Agar mereka mengerti tentang teknologi serta mempercepat cara kerja pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan program – program desa terkontrol dan informasi terupdate secara langsung. Abstract

Sistem aplikasi parkir merupakan sebuah platform atau perangkat lunak yang dirancang untuk membantu mengelola dan memantau parkir kendaraan di suatu area dimana sistem aplikasi parkir terhubung dengan sensor untuk mendeteksi kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar dari area parkir. Sistem aplikasi parkir di area Ruko Permata Junction Jababeka mempunyai masalah dalam hal membuka /menutup gate/gerbang pintu parkir dan juga dalam manajemen data untuk laporan bulanan dimana laporan yang dibuat masih dilakukan pencatatan secara manual. Hal ini sangat membuang waktu dalam mendapatkan informasi yang akurat. Maka untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi maka dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di area parkir Ruko Permata Junction Jababeka dan memberikan pelatihan untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi jika terulang lagi. Sistem parkir ini juga di update untuk ditambahkan menggunakan kartu RFID bagi para anggota member Ruko Permata Junction Jababeka sehingga dimungkinkan untuk lebih hemat dalam pengeluaran kertas parkir dan akses yang lebih cepat untuk keluar masuk area Ruko Permata Junction Jababeka

Abstract

Penggunaan Air Baku dan Pengolahan limbah industri menjadi salah satu perhatian bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan pembangunan berkelanjutan, menjalankan proses produksi ramah lingkungan memerlukan strategi dan tindakan yang tepat agar biaya yang di alokasikan seusai dengan kebutuhan dan rencana yang sudah dibuat, masalah yang terjadi saat ini adanya beban biaya perusahaan dalam menyediakan air baku sebagai bahan proses pengolahan limbah, penyiraman tanaman, kebersihan alat produksi, cetakan, mesin dan peralatan lainnya, penggunaan air baku tersebut harus di kendalikan agar pemakaiannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan, Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan membantu perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan air hasil olahan dari proses demineralization (DI-Water) untuk digunakan kembali sebagai air baku proses-proses tersebut, Metode yang digunakan membuat sistem electronic DI-Water monitoring system (E-DIWMS), mengumpulkan studi literatur, mencari referensi, merancang sistem dan menentukan komponen yang akan digunakan, membuat perangkat keras, membuat program dan melakukan pengujian perancangan sistem. kesimpulan hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai strategi perusahaan dalam penghematan penggunaan air baku, pengurangan biaya pemakaiannya dan membuat konsep proses hijau dalam melakukan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Designing a machine maintenance and maintenance system in a company organization is needed to improve the company's ability in business competition in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the use of IoT (Internet of things), Human Machine Interface (HMI) makes it easier to develop a machine monitoring system, one of which is to carry out the system. Machine Daily Checklist before operating the machine to carry out the production process. Sudden machine failure during the production process is the failure of the operator when doing an initial check of the machine before it is operated, the difficulty of filling the checklist machine when starting the initial check is an opportunity for the development of a method with an error prevention system (Fool Proof System) or previously with the Japanese term Poka Yoke System. The design of the Fool Proof Information System (FPIS) system is a machine checking system that is programmed using a touch screen panel before the operator runs the machine for the production process. The machine component abnormalities before the machine breakdown can be seen by the operator before starting the production process. Autonomous maintenance with FPIS can be done quickly, precisely and accurately so that the machine part life is well maintained and the production process can meet the targets set by the company organization.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an automotive manufacturing company. Problems during the production process are very important to be analyzed. Analysis of these problems needs to be done, especially on the production machines used. With OEE analysis (overall equipment effectiveness) functions to see the overall condition which includes the level of availability, performance level, and quality level. Using a machine that is less efficient there are six factors which are called the six major disadvantages. From the results of the calculation of the OEE value on the cutting line 6 finishing machine, it is still below the standard word class manufacturing (WCM) with an average of 81.18%. The results of the calculation of the six major losses, the factors that influence the low value of OEE are damage losses (49.16%) and adjustment and adjustment (38.13%). To see the root of the problem as a whole, an analysis was carried out using the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) method and provided improvements with an average OEE result of 94.45%.

Abstract

The design and development in maintenance systems and machine maintenance in the manufacturing industry is still required to ensure that production processes are not disrupted and hamper established businesses. The maintenance system created and implemented is able to provide an alternative as a treatment that can reduce the cost of using the spars machine and can be an efficient and low cost system. Dandory system provides ready parts when replacing damaged machine components, so that machine repair time is faster in replacement, the use of tools made in replacing machine components can reduce and avoid potential accidents at work, so that the system used can reduce manpower and repair time, the result of design and development of tools as well as the use of dandory system can reduce the MTTR value by 52% and the use of manpower while repairing the engine is 1 man power.

Abstract

The technological disruptions that have occurred over the past few decades have inevitably affected the printing industry especially the mass media printing industry. Print media with products such as: Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Tabloids, will definitely be affected. The product was eliminated by digital media, not to mention, the covid pandemic that occurred in the last two years also triggered a sharp decline in the media business. The eight-color KBA machine, which is the focus of this research, is a ten-year-old machine with excellent printing capabilities, namely high capacity, 4-color alternating printing capability, and automatic machine control. Deteriorating machine life, as well as maintenance, functional audits and upgrades are key factors. Problems that often arise are print units, infeed, and control units, resulting in downtime and delays in the production process so that machine performance becomes less effective. The purpose of this research is to determine the maintenance interval schedule and find out the maintenance actions or activities that need to be carried out. To overcome the problem in this study using the method of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) with the calculation of Failure Modes and Effects Analyze (FMEA). RCM is defined as the process used to determine what must be done for machine maintenance, while FMEA is defined as the method for identifying the highest form of failure for each machine fault that occurs. From the calculation results using FMEA, FTA and RCM obtained the maintenance interval results on the Cylinder Section components with a maintenance interval of 10.58 hours.

Abstract

Spare parts components are important to be managed properly, if the availability of spare parts is not considered it can cause production machines to stop operating. This is a consideration by the company to manage spare parts that can be controlled properly. The large number of machine components that vary with different types and types of machines causes the spare part controller to be able to arrange, give names, signs and labels, and store them to make it easier to search for these parts when needed for the process of replacing damaged parts. The parts availability management system requires data needs based on the type & type of machine, uniformity in mentioning the names of parts, functions and forms. Before the implementation of the parts keeper management system, it takes 35 minutes to find and get the parts needed. By applying the VESO and ROCEM classification methods, it can help in grouping, storing, and assisting in making component naming standards and determining how many parts are needed on an ROP basis. This system can help the search time for machining parts to be 16 minutes so that there is a reduction in service time in the need for these parts by 54% faster than the system before spare part management was carried out.

Abstract

Maintenance of quality products or processes carried out through careful planning, use of appropriate equipment, continuous inspection, and corrective action when necessary With the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method, we can identify, analyze and resolve various ways more easily work-related problems and apply them to the company. In applying the QCC method that is by using 7 Tools where 7 Tools are used as a tool to find out the data and see the factors that cause product defects and also find solutions to any problems found that can reduce the number of damaged products and increase productivity and improve product quality. One of them is to use a fishbone diagram, which can identify the factors that cause the product to spoil. Starting from people, materials, methods, and machines. Quality control results can determine the factors that cause product damage and how to overcome it and can reduce the amount of damaged products by 40%.
