Abstract

Proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi digital administrasi kepegawaian di RMOL (Republik Merdeka Online) Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan sistem berbasis web yang terintegrasi. Inisiatif ini berfokus pada tiga aspek utama: manajemen inventaris, pelacakan kehadiran menggunakan biometrik sidik jari, dan penggajian. Sebelum intervensi, proses administrasi sangat bergantung pada metode manual, yang menyebabkan inefisiensi dan kesalahan yang sering terjadi. Melalui digitalisasi, proyek ini secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan transparansi. Sistem baru ini mengelola inventaris, mengintegrasikan data kehadiran biometrik, dan mengotomatisasi penghitungan gaji yang sebelumnya memakan waktu 7 hari menjadi hanya 3 jam. Akurasi data inventaris meningkat dari 65% menjadi 95%, sementara tingkat kesalahan dalam manajemen data inventaris dan penggajian turun dari 25% menjadi 3%. Kepuasan pengguna juga meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85% berkat proses yang transparan dan kemudahan akses informasi. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan potensi transformasi digital dalam menyederhanakan pengelolaan kepegawaian di sektor media yang dinamis. Proyek ini dapat menjadi model untuk organisasi lain, dengan penekanan pada solusi digital yang disesuaikan dan pelatihan pengguna. Upaya lanjutan dapat mencakup integrasi kecerdasan buatan untuk prediksi kebutuhan inventaris dan fitur tambahan untuk manfaat organisasi yang lebih luas..

Abstract

Relasi sosial antara pemangku adat dan masyarakat merupakan kajian penting dalam psikologi sosial mengingat eksistensi adat masih kuat di Indonesia. Dalam eksistensi kesejarahannya, banyak masalah yang kita temukan mengenai masyarakat adat, diantaranya belum optimalnya lembaga adat, konflik kepentingan, perbedaan dan perselisihan terhadap keputusan adat, serta sikap egois masing-masing pihak dalam kerja-kerja kebudayaan. Dalam konteks tersebut, diperlukan eksplorasi mengenai bentuk relasi sosial yang bisa menjembatani perbedaan dan kepentingan antara individu dan kelompok dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali model relasi sosial pemangku adat dengan masyarakat di Hamparan Rawang, Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terhadap tujuh orang partisipan, yang terdiri dari Depati dan Ninik Mamak. Proses analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya sembilan tema relasi sosial pemangku adat Depati dan Ninik Mamak dengan warga, diantaranya adalah kebersamaan, kekompakan, kerja sama, menjadi teladan, bertindak adil, menyelesaikan persoalan, memiliki otoritas, bimbingan dan arahan, serta memberi manfaat.

Abstract

Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is a service provided by the UIGM Library to support the academic needs of students, particularly in accessing thesis collections. Although this system has supported access to academic information, there are still limitations, particularly in the presentation of data that is not yet detailed. This requires users to come directly to the library to obtain comprehensive information. This condition poses a unique challenge for working-class students, given the time constraints they face due to work schedules that do not align with library service hours. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of OPAC in supporting students in finding thesis references and to identify the factors that influence its effectiveness based on the Delone and McLean model. The research results show that out of the nine hypotheses tested, six were accepted and three were rejected. These findings indicate that information quality, system quality, usage, and user satisfaction significantly contribute to the effectiveness of OPAC in thesis reference searches. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of OPAC still has room for further development.

Abstract

The period of Junior High School (SMP) is a time of transitional growth. At this age, students experience rapid development in psychological, physical, and cognitive aspects. One of the characteristic at this stage is a heightened curiosity about many things, a love for adventure and challenges, and a vulnerability to risky behaviors due to still immature thinking. At this age, they strive to find answers to their questions by seeking information from various sources. Currently, information can be easily accessed through a wide range of available resources. However, the prevalence of information from unreliable sources can create problems if readers, especially adolescents, are unable to discern the truth of the information they receive. Therefore, strong literacy skills are needed to evaluate and verify the information they read. However, many students still lack these literacy skills, highlighting the urgency of educating them about mental health information literacy. To address this issue, students need to be provided with understanding through psychoeducational programs about the importance of mental health information literacy from trustworthy sources. The evaluation of the program will be conducted by administering pretests and posttests to measure participant’s understanding. From the evaluation, most of the participants had higher posttest’s scores, indicating an increase in their knowledge about mental health literacy skill. They also participating actively in the psychoeducation session, indicating an interest in program’s topic. So it can be concluded that psychoeducation program about mental health literacy is effective for increasing student’s mental health literacy in cognitive and affective aspect.

Abstract

A management information system is a system that is part of the internal workings of a business consisting of the use of documents, people, technology and procedures in management accounting. A management information system is also a logical system that provides all information to assist the operational, management, and decision-making functions of an organization. Management information system (SIM) is an information system that can create output results using inputs and various processes needed to achieve certain goals in a management matter. Management information system is a comprehensive system, aiming to present information that is much broader than historical accounting information. Information technology can overcome limitations to manage existing resources more quickly, efficiently and effectively. One of the management information systems in health services is the Puskesmas Information System (SIMPUS), which is a digital system designed to support integrated management of health services at Puskesmas. This system helps in the process of patient registration, recording medical history, managing drugs, and reporting to the Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and understanding of the workflow and benefits of SIMPUS implementation to health workers at Puskesmas. With this counseling, it is hoped that the efficiency and accuracy of the service will be improved.
