Abstract

There are still several problems in the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) assistance in Anduna Village, Laeya District. In reality, not all of the sources of revenue from ADD and Village Original Income make a real contribution to village finances. Problems in the implementation of village fund allocations are found in the ability of village heads, elements of village government, and community institutions in the village in preparing village development programs related to the use of funds sourced from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) so that many programs are carried out not under the needs of the community. Causing the results of the program to be not utilized by the community according to its designation. Through the community service team counseling program from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, implementing technical guidance to village heads and their officers as a solution to solving village government problems in managing Village Fund Allocations (ADD).

Abstract

This study aims to look at, describe and analyze (1) the implementation of the policy for implementing the Simponi ASN Application to the Department of Transportation, Southeast Sulawesi Provincial ASN, and (2) the impact of implementing the policy for implementing the Simponi ASN Application on ASN discipline and performance with the involvement of direct supervisor supervision. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research with a qualitative description method is used so that researchers can explain more deeply and comprehensively about the description of cases that occur in the field. Research has been carried out in Kendari City in December 2024-February 2025. The results of the study concluded that (1) the implementation of the Simponi ASN Application policy implementation has been running in terms of indicators of policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes or tendencies of implementers, inter-organizational communication and implementing activities and the environment economic, social and political. And (2) the implementation of the Simponi ASN Application policy has an impact on the discipline and performance of ASN which is supported by the supervision of the direct supervisor.

Abstract

This study attempts to examine the implementation of strategic management in the public sector in Southeast Sulawesi Province, especially in the scope of the Office of the Governor's Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative research approach using a descriptive method. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe problem solving in accordance with existing facts systematically and accurately. The results of the study found that the implementation of strategic management is closely related to the current state of ASN. Good strategic management can provide clear direction, improve competence, and motivate ASN to work more effectively. However, challenges in strategic management, such as rigid bureaucracy and resistance to change, also reflect various issues faced by ASN. To optimize ASN performance, it is necessary to implement strategic management, as well as adequate support in dealing with change and this has been done slowly but surely in the scope of the Office of the Governor's Expert Staff for Government, law and politics of Southeast Sulawesi Province.
