Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with the Technology, Organization and Environment (TOE) approach. This study contributes by providing empirical evidence as well as testing the TOE approach in the context of ERP implementation. To be able to answer research questions in depth, this research uses qualitative methods. The method used is semi-structured interview. The informants in this study were 31 people with various levels of positions in the company. To test the validity of this research data using source triangulation. The results of the study conclude that there are challenges or obstacles as well as benefits from implementing an ERP system related to organizational technology and the environment. The results of the study are discussed including their implications for the company and the literature.

Abstract

Abstract— Health care operates within a complex and dynamic environment, particularly in the context of hospital care in Indonesia. General Background: The effectiveness of an organization in this sector is influenced by various factors, necessitating continuous improvement in innovation to foster growth and adaptability. Specific Background: Leadership plays a crucial role in guiding organizations toward achieving their vision and mission, especially in a landscape marked by financial constraints, resource shortages, and heightened competition. Knowledge Gap: Despite the recognized importance of entrepreneurial principles in enhancing innovative work behavior, there is limited empirical research focusing on their application within Indonesian hospitals. Aims: This study aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on fostering innovation in hospital settings, with a specific focus on its effects on organizational performance and adaptability. Results: Preliminary findings suggest that integrating entrepreneurial practices not only enhances innovative behaviors among healthcare professionals but also improves overall organizational effectiveness. Novelty: This research contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating how entrepreneurial leadership can serve as a catalyst for innovation in a challenging health care environment. Implications: The results underline the necessity for hospital leaders to embrace entrepreneurial approaches to navigate the complexities of the health care sector, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic steps taken by RSU Purbowangi in improving the effectiveness of eye superior services, identify obstacles and efforts to improve accessibility and quality of services, and evaluate the strategies applied in service development to remain competitive. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive method, which allows in-depth exploration of the strategy for developing superior services. Data were obtained through interviews with ophthalmologists, nurses, and hospital management, and analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that RSU Purbowangi implemented a strategy to increase the effectiveness of the eye service by strengthening human resources through specialist training, applying the latest medical technology, and optimizing the service management system to increase efficiency and reduce medical errors. The main obstacles faced include limited facilities and high patient demand, which are overcome by improving the queuing system, adding specialist medical personnel, and optimizing technology in services. To maintain competitiveness, the hospital implemented service innovations, such as online consultations, as well as increased collaboration with eye specialist clinics and conducted comparative studies to adopt best practices in health services.

Abstract

Kreativitas anak usia dini seringkali belum berkembang secara optimal akibat pembelajaran yang kurang memberikan ruang eksplorasi secara bebas. Dalam praktiknya, guru cenderung memberikan contoh karya yang harus ditiru anak, sehingga proses berpikir orisinil dan kebebasan berekspresi menjadi terhambat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan membuat bentuk buah dan sayur menggunakan media plastisin yang terbuat dari tepung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan MCTaggart dengan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan bertahap selama 2 siklus yang saling terintegrasi satu sama lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas B KB Srikandi, Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah 22 anak sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi partisipatif yang mengharuskan keterlibatan langsung peneliti. Kreativitas dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan indikator Guilford yaitu kelancaran, keluwesan, originalitas, dan elaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas anak dari dua siklus yang dilakukan. Secara kolektif, kreativitas anak di kelas B tersebut meningkat dari 59% menjadi 96%. 16 anak mencapai kategori BSH dan 5 anak meningkat menjadi BSB, hanya 1 anak kategori MB yang memerlukan bimbingan lanjutan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran dengan plastisin efektif dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas anak usia dini.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the context of Technology, Organization and Environment (TOE). This current research uses case study approach in a company in Yogyakarta. Researchers used qualitative method by involving 31 informants in semi-structured interviews. The informants were management of a company in various level of positions. They are relevant key persons in the implementation of ERP systems, and the users of the ERP systems. Data analysis techniques included data collection, coding and reduction of data, and discussion and summarizing, were implemented. To examine validation of research data, this research used source triangulation. Results of the study show that there were challenges or obstacles and benefits of ERP systems implementation related to technology, organization and environment. The results are further discussed in this paper, including the implications for companies and literature. This research contributes by providing empirical evidence and examining TOE approach in the same time in the context of ERP implementation.Â
