Abstract

Learning is not merely the accumulation of knowledge, but a cognitive process that induces behavioral changes in individuals. In the context of higher education, entrepreneurship learning plays a vital role in shaping students’ mindset and interest toward entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine both the direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity on entrepreneurial interest, with an entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory descriptive approach was adopted, involving a sample of 100 students from a public university in Indonesia selected through proportional random sampling. Data was collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The findings demonstrate that entrepreneurship learning, social environment, and student creativity have both direct and mediated effects on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, confirming its critical mediating role. These results highlight the importance of combining cognitive, social, and creative factors to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial readiness. This study offers practical insights for educators and policymakers to enhance entrepreneurship curricula by integrating skill-building, creativity stimulation, and real-world social exposure. Future research is recommended to explore extended models with additional variables and utilize mixed method approaches for a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial behavior in academic settings

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to map the intellectual structure, thematic trends, and collaborative patterns within the field of procurement ethics and supplier management. Using data from the Scopus database and visualized through VOSviewer, the analysis covers co-authorship networks, keyword co-occurrence, citation structures, and country-level collaboration. Results show that "supplier management" remains the dominant theme, closely linked to operational concerns such as supplier selection, quality control, and risk management. More recent trends reveal a growing integration of sustainability, artificial intelligence, and information technology into procurement practices. Co-authorship and country collaboration networks highlight influential researchers and global research hubs, particularly in Germany and the United States. Despite progress, ethical constructs are often framed through strategic or technological lenses rather than normative perspectives. The study provides a roadmap for future research, emphasizing the need for broader ethical engagement and greater inclusivity of emerging economies in global procurement discourse.

Abstract

This study explores the scholarly landscape of human resource development (HRD) within the domain of Sharia economics through a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Drawing data from the Scopus database covering the years 2000 to 2024, the research identifies key themes, authorship patterns, and international collaborations related to HRD in Islamic economic contexts. The co-occurrence, overlay, density, and co-authorship visualizations reveal that while Islamic economics, Islamic banking, and sharia compliance are dominant themes, HRD-specific terms remain marginal in the academic discourse. Influential authors such as Hassan M.K. and Rabbani M.R. are at the forefront of institutional and policy discussions, while Indonesia emerges as a central hub in international collaboration. However, the limited integration of HRD concepts points to a significant gap between institutional growth and human capital readiness. This study concludes by emphasizing the need for more integrated, ethically grounded, and competency-driven HRD models to support the sustainable development of Sharia-based economic systems.
