Abstract

Currently poverty is still one of the problems faced by the people of Indonesia, based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), it is stated that the percentage of poor people in September 2019 was 9.22% or equivalent to 24.79 million people. One of the efforts that have been made by the Government to overcome the problem of poverty is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The program aims to break the chain or reduce the poverty index, increase human resources, and change behavior that is less supportive of improving the welfare of poor families. However, in its implementation there are still some problems that occur in the field, including the lack of a companion role, and some PKH recipients who are not on target, causing social suspicion. These problems can be overcome by using computer technology-based programs and still implementing transparent and accountable selection stages. In this study, the method used in the Decision Support System is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this program, it is hoped that the user as the PKH implementation committee can make data easier, determine quickly and efficiently and on target for determining recipients of PKH assistance.

Abstract

Service quality is very important in the hospitality industry because of the great competition in the industry. Therefore, the hotel must provide the best service to its guests. This study was conducted to see how the quality of service at the Rudang Berastagi hotel to guests using the CSI method to calculate the level of customer satisfaction at the Rudang Berastagi Hotel as an evaluation material to improve hotel services in the future. Data processing in this study was carried out using the Python programming language through Google Colab. Based on the calculation of guest satisfaction at Rudang Berastagi Hotel through a questionnaire of 110 respondents, it was found that the guests were satisfied with the services provided by Rudang Berastagi Hotel with a satisfaction level of 78.4% using the Customer Satisfication Index (CSI) method. According to the questionnaires that have been distributed, it is concluded that question number 1 with the contents of the questions having a complete, comfortable, clean, and well-organized room interior gets the highest mean value of 4.27%.

Abstract

The coffee industry has a complex production process to the distribution of the final product. To manage this process efficiently and effectively, PT. Karya Bakti requires a reliable and easily accessible management system. Thus, this study will discuss how to design and build an information system and find out how to implement a web-based coffee production management application at PT. Karya Bakti. In this study, the UML method is used as a means of designing an object-oriented system with a Prototype model. This study produces a management information system to assist PT. Karya Bakti in processing data, both sales data, income data, roasting data, purchase or order data. so that it can increase efficiency and productivity. And this coffee production management information system is only developed specifically for PT. Karya Bakti. Even so, the author hopes that this system will be developed in a mobile version and because this information system is not yet equipped with employee management, salary, and inventory features, it is highly recommended for further research to add these features. Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya perawatan kesehatan dan aksesibilitas yang lebih baik pada layanan kesehatan, jumlah pasien yang datang ke puskesmas dapat meningkat secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perlu solusi yang efisien untuk mengelompokkan jenis penyakit pasien agar pelayanan kesehatan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan yang terus berkembang. Implementasi Algoritma K-Means Clustering merupakan solusi efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam mengelompokkan jenis penyakit pasien pada Puskesmas Pulo Brayan. Algoritma ini memungkinkan pengelompokan otomatis berdasarkan atribut yang relevan, meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelompokan pasien, dan memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang kondisi kesehatan masyarakat setempat. Pada analisis ini, pengelompokkan penyakit pasien dilakukan berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan diagnosis penyakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner 10.1.2. dengan menghasilkan 3 cluster dari 949 data pasien. cluster rendah sebanyak198 pasien, cluster sedang sebanyak 227 pasien, dan cluster tinggi sebanyak 524 pasien. Cluster tinggi merupakan data yang paling sering dialami oleh pasien dengan jumlah 524 pasien, Cluster ini di dominasi oleh pasien laki-laki dengan rentang usia 40 tahun keatas, Diagnosa yang paling umum dialami oleh pasien dalam cluster ini adalah penyakit ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut)

Abstract

This research delves into the application of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to address the complexities of identifying herbal leaf species in Indonesia, often challenging due to the vast variations in shape, color, and texture. Utilizing a dataset of herbal leaf images acquired using the Bing Downloader Scrapping technique, a CNN model was trained to classify various plant varieties with a remarkable accuracy rate of 92.66%. Additionally, the analysis of low loss values indicates that the model not only effectively maps the intricate features of each image to the correct category but also efficiently reduces error rates. These findings offer a significant contribution to the context of herbal medicine development and biodiversity conservation, opening up avenues for technological integration in efforts to preserve Indonesia's natural and cultural resources.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology in Indonesia has provided numerous benefits such as increased work efficiency, expanded access to information, and enhanced connectivity. Additionally, technology has opened up new opportunities for business and job creation. However, on the other hand, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as digital divide, cybercrime, and social impacts that require management. Manual transaction systems have several drawbacks, particularly during high order volumes, resulting in inefficient recording and difficulty in tracking top-selling products. This is due to the limitations of manual sales transaction recording. Therefore, the use of a cashier application is necessary to streamline all transaction processes, including sales, payments, purchases, payroll, and inventory management. Point of Sale (POS) is a software and hardware solution specifically designed to facilitate these transactions. Despite the availability of many POS applications in the current market, they often do not meet the specific needs of SMEs and are relatively expensive, leading many SME operators to hesitate in adopting them. Based on observations and interviews with SME operators, there is a need for POS applications that not only cater to the specific requirements of SMEs but are also financially feasible.

Abstract

Addressing patient complaints regarding the services provided indicates potential issues with service quality, possibly even non-compliance with procedures. To identify such issues, regular surveys must be conducted. Conducting surveys requires specialized human resources and significant costs, which can be burdensome for hospitals. Therefore, a software application was developed to conduct surveys and process the data, allowing results to be analyzed and used for policy-making. This software uses the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. The software was tested for 6 months at RSU Royal Prima. In the first month, many service quality issues were identified, and SOPs were not followed correctly. However, in the following months, these issues were addressed, and after 6 months of testing, the survey software proved to be beneficial with relatively low costs, as it did not require specialized human resources. In other words, the CRM survey software can enhance transparency, responsiveness, and service quality, as well as manage patient satisfaction levels without relying on third parties.

Abstract

Penyakit keturunan merupakan penyakit yang dikarenakan tidak seimbangnya kondisi tubuhterhadap lingkungan sehingga menjadi penyakit yang dapat dirasakan secara langsung maupun tidaklangsung pada tubuh manusia, dan dapat diwariskan pada keturunan, dimana konsdisi tersebut bias sajaringan ataupun berat yang menyebabkan kematian. Abstract

Untuk perkembangan telepon, hingga saat ini sudah mencapai ditemukannya ponsel cerdas atau smartphone. Berbeda dengan pengertian telepon yang hanya bisa menghubungkan dua orang saja, smartphone memiliki fungsi yang lebih beragam. Mengatasi kendala tersebut, dibutuhkan aplikasi yang memiliki 2 fitur pengguna yaitu supervisor atau atasan dan salesman. Fitur supervisor atau atasan dapat memberikan daftar kunjungan yang wajib dikunjungi salesman. Aplikasi posisi salesman ini dirancang dengan menggunakan java android dan database MySQL dapat memberikan informasi mengenai jadwal kunjungan konsumen serta posisi salesman. Aplikasi posisi salesman yang dirancang dapat melakukan pembagian fitur supervisor dan salesman dengan fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda, pada menu supervisor bertugas untuk menambah kunjungan, melihat laporan, dan melihat posisi salesman, pada menu salesman bertugas untuk menambah laporan kunjungan dan memberikan posisi salesman. Pada perancangan database terdapat 3 tabel yaitu tabel kunjungan untuk menyimpan data kunjungan, tabel laporan untuk menyimpan data laporan, dan tabel pengguna untuk menyimpan data pengguna.
