Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Reputation, Information Quality, and E-Wom on Buying Interest on the Tokopedia Online Selling Site Mediated by Customer Trust. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses data types that can be measured or calculated directly through the measurement of research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is an analytical method which includes testing instrument requirements, testing requirements analysis and testing hypotheses. The results of the study show that reputation has no effect on customer trust on the Tokopedia online buying and selling site. The quality of information has a significant effect on customer trust on the online buying and selling site Tokopedia. e-wom has no effect on customer trust on the online buying and selling site Tokopedia. Reputation has a significant effect on buying interest on the online buying and selling site, Tokopedia. The quality of information significantly affects buying interest on the online buying and selling site, Tokopedia. E-wom has a significant effect on buying interest on the online buying and selling site, Tokopedia

Abstract

The background of the problems in this thesis research is a business dispute agreement chartering Pekerajaan with a peace decision between Antony Simon melaawan LAI MEE YEK that can be resolved through the mediation process. In conducting the mediation process in court with a peace decision (deed of Vandading) in the Medan District Court in accordance with the mediation implementation procedure as stipulated in PERMA No. 1 of 2016. The problems discussed in writing this thesis is how the legal regulations in the settlement of business disputes on the tort of default, how the settlement of cases of tort of default with the occurrence of peace (Dading) by the Medan District Court and how the settlement of business disputes chartering Pekeraja agreement with the Peace decision (deed Vandading) in Medan District Court. The research method used in the writing of this thesis is a type of normative-empirical legal research, by conducting doctoral research directly and using data collection tools in the form of interviews. Based on the results of research, the process of resolving default business disputes through a simple lawsuit based on perma number 4 of 2019 with a material lawsuit of at most Rp.500.000.000, - (five hundred million rupiah) in order to achieve legal certainty should be in the lawsuit the plaintiff appealed to the Chairman/panel of judges who examined and tried this case to put a temporary bail seizure (conservatoir beslagh) against the defendant's property both movable and immovable. In order to avoid greater financing and longer time in resolving this matter.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication style of single parents in guiding children's behavior according to Islamic law, and to describe how to guide parents and its impact on children. This study was conducted in Dolok Malela Village, Simalungun Regency using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 7 single parents. Data analysis conducted in this study consisted of three (3) stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that communication style is closely related to the parenting style of single parents in educating different children, namely the authoritarian communication style of 3 people and its influence on children, namely being able to instill Islamic values ​​but not having a social attitude, 3 single parents using an authoritative communication style and having an impact on children, namely being able to form children to deepen Islamic educational values ​​and having a high social attitude, and 1 single parent applying a permissive communication style and its impact on children is not fully able to guide children to behave according to Islamic law. but having a high social attitude.
