Abstract

The village environment in West Java presents beautiful and enchanting natural views. This natural potential can be managed in such a way that it can improve the regional economy. Management can be done through economic institutions, such as cooperatives with a specific business unit, namely tourism or Tourism Cooperatives. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of running a business through legal entity tourism cooperatives, developing tourism cooperative businesses, assisting with the legality of cooperative institutions, and assisting in obtaining business permits through online single submission (OSS). This activity uses the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method to make conducting community economic business development activities based on village potential easier. The result of this activity is that the cooperative management community has a tourism business development plan document in accordance with the KBLI, strategic plan, work plan, and follow-up to each business development program. Tourism Cooperatives already have complete legality accompanied by various business permits such as Notarial Deeds, Ministry of Law and Human Rights Deeds, Business Permit Numbers (NIB), and Licensing for each business unit owned, with adequate cooperative organizational structure and completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how learning and financial literacy influence financial behavior. It employs an explanatory research approach to examine the relationship between learning in tertiary institutions, financial literacy, and students' financial behavior. The study focuses on the population of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Kuningan, with a sample size of 100. The findings indicate that both learning and financial literacy, when considered together, significantly contribute to financial behavior. Individually, both learning and financial literacy have a positive and significant impact on financial behavior. The study highlights the strong influence of financial literacy on student financial behavior and underscores the significant role of learning in shaping such behavior. Keywords: Learning Contribution; Financial Literacy; Financial Behavior; Explanatory Research; Student Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi pembelajaran dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori (explanatory research) yang mengkaji kontribusi antara pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100. Hasil penelitian secara simultan kontribusi pembelajaran dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Secara parsial baik kontribusi pembelajaran ataupun literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan sangat mempengaruhi terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Selain itu dilihat dari kontribusi pembelajaran sangat berdampak terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of transformational leadership, career development, and work environment on organizational commitment at CV. Bunda Devina, a company engaged in the andesite natural stone sector, producing a number of raw stones ready for processing and finished natural stones according to demand. This study is a quantitative research using data collection techniques through questionnaires with a survey method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with 116 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. The findings indicate that transformational leadership positively and significantly impacts organizational commitment. Additionally, career development and the work environment both have significantly positive effects on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The concept of efficiency emphasizes the ability to utilize available resources economically. Efficiency in banking is stated as an indicator of bank performance that is needed to survive in competition and changes in consumer behavior. This study investigates the efficient performance of commercial banks in Indonesia, crucial for their resilience amidst competitive pressures and evolving consumer behaviors. Utilizing a purposive sample of 85 banks from 2018 to 2022, we employ Data Envelopment Analysis, a non-parametric method, to assess efficiency. Our findings reveal suboptimal operational efficiency across Indonesian commercial banks during the study period, with an average efficiency score consistently below 1. Notably, larger banks, with capital exceeding 70 trillion, exhibit superior efficiency, averaging between 97% to 98%. Conversely, smaller banks, with capital under 6 trillion, demonstrate varied efficiency levels. Hypothesis testing underscores the significant impact of company size, profitability, and capital ratios on bank efficiency.Konsep efisiensi menggarisbawahi tentang kecakapan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia secara ekonomis. Efisiensi pada perbankan dinyatakan sebagai indikator kinerja bank yang diperlukan agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana kinerja efisiensi pada bank umum di Indonesia. Sebanyak 85 sampel bank dipilih secara purposive dan digunakan dalam penelitian selama tahun 2018 - 2022. Penaksiran nilai efisiensi pada seluruh bank umum dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan non parametrik dengan Data Envelopment Analysis. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan bahwa selama periode pengamatan bank umum di Indonesia belum beroperasi secara efisien. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata efisiensi seluruh bank yang bernilai lebih kecil dari 1. Hasil empiris menunjukkan efisiensi tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok bank besar yang memiliki modal di atas 70 triliun dengan rata-rata berkisar 97% sampai 98%. Sedangkan efisiensi tedapat terjadi pada kelompok bank kecil yang memiliki modal di bawah 6 triliun. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan rasio permodalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi bank.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations, indications of problems in this study are that employee work discipline is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee discipline at PT Bawang Kuningan Kencana. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification method. The sampling technique with total sampling so that the sample is all the population is sampled as many as 75 employees of PT Bawang Kuningan Kencana. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between transformational leadership on employee work discipline. There is a significant influence between work motivation on employee work discipline. Transformational leadership and work motivation together have a positive effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee loyalty. The sample in this study were employees of Z&J Bakery Kuningan with a sample of 82 and using saturated sampling techniques. This research conducts testing using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The method used is descriptive method to know as widely as possible about the object of research at a certain time. What becomes this research is job satisfaction and work environment which are independent variables (free variables) and dependent variables (related variables) which are employee loyalty. This research instrument is a physical questionnaire containing statements and distributed to respondents. The results of this study concluded that (1) job satisfaction has no effect on employee loyalty. (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.
