Abstract

The Physical Education, especially flexibility exercises still used manual training tools and had almost not been touched by computers or information technology, especially body flexibility. Researchers wanted to know about (1) Did exercise using Jo-Klimah hardware affect the flexibility of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students’ body? (2) Did back-up exercise affect the flexibility of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students'?, (3) Was there a difference of body flexibility between exercises using Jo-Klimah hardware and back-up exercises for madrasah ibtidaiyah students?. This research used a quasi-experimental method with the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Tulungagung with a range of 10-11 years, male gender, the sampling method used simple random sampling so that eight Madrasah Ibtidaiyah were obtained as samples.  The first result of the research, it showed that training using the Jo-Klimah hardware had a significant effect on the body flexibility of primary school students with a sig value of 0.001 (<0.05). The Second, the back-up exercises also significantly affected the body flexibility of primary school students with a sig value of 0.492 (<0.05). The third, the anova analysis showed that there was a significant difference in body flexibility between exercises using the Jo-Klimah hardware and back-up exercises for primary school students with the results of the anova test obtaining a value of 0.000668 <0.05. The Students who were doing exercises using the Jo-Klimah tool were very enthusiastic and motivated. Jo-Klimah physiologically caused muscles to stretch and increased the range of motion (ROM). The increase due to back-up training was not as high as the exercise using Jo-Klimah caused by the monotonous form of exercise so that students feel bored and there was no challenge.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan yang tejadi pada bayi dan balita yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya gizi anak yang diakibatkan oleh rendahnya pengetahuan serta perekonomian para masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PAR untuk mengurangi dan mencegah terjadinya stunting. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membangun generasi emas dengan mengadakan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting. Dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan para orang tua khususnya bagi para ibu yang mengatur pola asuh yang baik bagi anak mereka. Desa Selodono juga melakukan kegiatan pencegahan stunting dengan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) yang berupa makanan serta minuman sesuai dengan arahan bidan desa. Kegiatan Sosialisasi pencegahan stunting berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik mulai persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dengan dilakukan sosialisasi pencehan stunting maka menjadi kegiatan yang paling tepat dilakukan dalam mengatasi problem di Desa Selodono Kecamatan Ringinrejo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the student's disciplinary behavior seen from the ethics of learning in the classroom. The subjects in this study were 26 students at MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela who showed deviations in discipline. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with the consideration that this study seeks to describe the phenomenon of student discipline behavior. The results of the observations show that the student's discipline as seen from the ethics of learning in the classroom as a whole is good. Although there are still some challenges faced by teachers in enforcing learning discipline to students.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of expository learning strategies on the YouTube channel "Adi Hidayat Official," which is a media platform utilized by Adi Hidayat. The research focuses on the forms of implementing expository learning strategies, audience feedback on Adi Hidayat's lectures, and the role of YouTube as an online expository learning medium. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing data collection through desk review and observation. The implementation of expository strategies on the channel includes direct presentation, case studies, interaction with the congregation, organization through playlists, practical demonstrations, collaboration with guests, and the use of a whiteboard or flip chart. Audience feedback on Adi Hidayat's lectures tends to be positive and varied, encompassing prayers, material summaries, and timestamp stamps. YouTube's role as an expository learning medium on the "Adi Hidayat Official" channel involves broad accessibility, flexibility in time and location, a variety of topics and materials, and the creation of social interaction and a learning community.
