Abstract

This research aims to overcome these problems through a literature study that produces descriptive data related to strategies to foster the entrepreneurial spirit through entrepreneurship education for the younger generation. Data collection techniques are obtained from various references in the form of books, articles, relevant literature, and other records. The results showed that entrepreneurship education programs can reduce unemployment and form competitive individuals. Entrepreneurship education involves character building, understanding, and skills as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in building and developing entrepreneurship. The main role of entrepreneurship education includes education about, through and for enterprises. Strategies for fostering entrepreneurial spirit in schools involve preparingeducated personnel and educators who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship has an important role to play in reforming the education system to encourage creativity and innovation in the younger generation. Educational institutions play a greater role in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

This research delves into the critical role of Pancasila, the philosophical foundation of Indonesia, in shaping character education within the nation. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive methodology, predominantly through extensive literature reviews, the study investigates how Pancasila's core ethical values significantly influence character development. Emphasizing the integration of Pancasila's principles—Belief in the Divine, Just, and Civilized Humanity, Unity of Indonesia, Democracy led by the Wisdom of Deliberations among Representatives, and Social Justice for all Indonesians—this research underscores their essentiality in instilling moral and ethical consciousness in Indonesia's diverse populace. Key findings reveal the effectiveness of the threefold strategy of "star yourself, start small, starting from now" in embedding these values into character education. Despite modern challenges, the study highlights the transformative potential of Pancasila in fostering morally and ethically conscious citizens. The implications for educators and policymakers are profound, advocating for comprehensive and integrated character education strategies. This research contributes to the broader understanding of character education's pivotal role in promoting ethical development and fortifying Indonesia's unique cultural and philosophical identity.

Abstract

In the Islamic view, entrepreneurship is considered as a form of worship that can improve the economy of Muslims and society in general. This is because the effort to seek sustenance is regarded as an act that is desired by Allah SWT. This study discusses the concept and value of entrepreneurship in Islam with the research method used is library research or library research with the type of document / text study research. The results showed that one of the factors that supports human self-development in various business / business activities is the application of religious elements and values. In order for business / business to run in accordance with Islamic teachings, humans need to activate their potential for Islamic spiritual intelligence in realizing these religious elements and values. Islamic teachings place the position of human efforts in meeting their needs can be valued as worship if done with the intention of Allah. The creative and innovative process can only be done by people who have an entrepreneurial attitude. The concept of entrepreneurship in Islam includes attitudes of trustworthiness, goodness, friendly service, and done solely for worship. The values ​​of entrepreneurship in Islam also include self-confidence, initiative, achievement, forward-looking, having leadership skills, and taking risks. This study provides an important contribution in enriching the understanding of entrepreneurship in the Islamic perspective and can be a reference for Muslim entrepreneurs in running their businesses.
