Abstract

Abstract Online learning assessments in various educational units make extensive use of Google Forms. However, the automatic issuance of grades accompanied by scores for each answer in multiple choice questions can result in answer key leaks. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Autocrat add-on to distribute summative assessment results online without displaying the value for each number. The research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner in five stages of activity, namely compiling summative assessment questions, making assessment evidence, installing Autocrat add-ons, testing and revision, and carrying out summative assessments. Based on the results of this study it is known that the Autocrat add-on can be used to distribute summative assessment results online. The use of this Autocrat add-on is combined with Google Forms, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides, Email, and even with Canva. Asesmen pembelajaran daring di berbagai satuan pendidikan banyak memanfaatkan Google Forms. Akan tetapi, penerbitan nilai secara otomatis yang disertai nilai untuk tiap jawaban pada soal pilihan ganda bisa mengakibatkan kebocoran kunci jawaban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan pengaya Autocrat untuk mendistribusikan hasil asesmen sumatif secara daring tanpa menampilkan nilai untuk masing-masing nomor. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dalam lima tahap kegiatan, yaitu penyusunan soal asesmen sumatif, pembuatan tanda bukti asesmen, pemasangan pengaya Autocrat, uji coba dan revisi, serta pelaksanaan asesmen sumatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengaya Autocrat dapat digunakan untuk mendistribusikan hasil asesmen sumatif secara daring. Pemanfaatan pengaya Autocrat ini dilkombinasikan dengan Google Forms, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides, Email, bahkan dengan Canva.

Abstract

Management has theories that are classified into seven kinds of groups, namely: classical management theory, behavioral management theory, scientific management theory, system analysis management theory, results-based management theory, and quality management theory, and classical organizational management theory. This study aims to examine the position of management science theory in the context of education. The research method used in this article is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Research with qualitative methods is a method that obtains descriptive data results in the form of words and sentences in writing sourced from the data and information being studied. In-depth analysis will be carried out on management theories relevant to the world of education. This research is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of how general management concepts can be applied and adapted in the context of educational institutions. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and efficient educational management practices.

Abstract

The development of school management with consideration of religious background and gender has been carried out at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang through various student programs. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the female student program for Muslim female students held at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang. This study was conducted through an online survey of Muslim female students in grade XI of the 2024/2025 academic year, 65 female Muslim students in grade XI at SMAN 6 Kota Serang in the 2024/2025 academic year, or 73% of the population used, namely Muslim students in grades XI-A1 to XI-A4. Respondents were female students in study groups who received a female schedule the same week. This study provides an overview of the effectiveness of the female student program held at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang regarding the intensity of respondent attendance, activity materials, speakers or resource persons, place of activity, and the schedule. The highest level of effectiveness is shown in material selection, while the lowest is in time selection. The research results can be used to organize Keputrian programs or similar programs.

Abstract

Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi menyediakan fitur Komunitas pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar sebagai fasilitias untuk komunitas belajar mendaftarkan dan mensosialisasikan kegiatan webinar. Kegiatan Webinar Isomer Seri I dan II ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan praktik baik pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan guru-guru, khususnya guru kimia, untuk diseminarkan kepada guru-guru lain secara virtual. Tema praktik baik yang diseminarkan berkaitan dengan pembelajaran inovatif. Kegiatan webinar dilakukan dalam dua seri yang masing-masing menghadirkan dua narasumber. Topik Webinar Isomer Seri I adalah Asyiknya Belajar dengan Etnosains STEAM dan Ice Breaking untuk Merdeka Belajar. Topik Webinar Isomer Seri II adalah Flash Card sebagai Media Alternatif Pembelajaran dan Konfigurasi Elektron di Kamar Kost-ku. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan refleksi, kegiatan webinar ini sangat membantu guru-guru dalam memperkaya wawasan dan inspirasi untuk mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang inovatif di kelas.

Abstract

Platform Merdeka Mengajar merupakan platform digital yang berisi berbagai konten yang berkaitan dengan implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Salah satu fitur yang terdapat pada platform tersebut adalah Pelatihan Mandiri yang merupakan salah satu fasilitas bagi guru dalam pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang setara dengan pelatihan 30-38 jam pelajaran. Akan tetapi masih banyak guru yang belum menyelesaikan pelatihan tersebut karena kurangnya informasi tentang manfaat dan strategi penyelesaiannya. Webinar ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi menyeluruh kepada guru-guru tentang pelatihan mandiri pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar khususnya pada topik Kurikulum Merdeka. Webinar dilakukan selama 90 menit melalui fitur Komunitas PPSKI Provinsi Banten pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar dengan narasumber dua orang pengurus PPSKI Banten yang telah lulus seleksi, serta diikuti oleh puluhan guru dari berbagai daerah. Pada sesi pemaparan materi, narasumber menyampaikan tentang fitur-fitur Platform Merdeka Mengajar, serta langkah-langkah pelatihan mandiri dengan topik Kurikulum Merdeka sampai penyelesaian aksi nyata. Pada sesi diskusi, masalah yang dibahas berkaitan dengan penyelesaian pelatihan mandiri serta implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil refleksi dan evaluasi diketahui bahwa webinar ini sangat penting bagi guru-guru untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas tentang manfaat serta strategi penyelesaian pelatihan mandiri pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Hal ini dikarenakan pelatihan tersebut diakui sebagai pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang diakui angka kreditnya, serta platformnya sendiri wajib diakses oleh guru-guru yang satuan pendidikannya menerapkan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

The urgency of leadership in the field of education is reinforced by the condition that educational units are one of the most important organizations in society. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the transformational leadership model in educational management based on the perspective of the hadith. The study was conducted through a literature review of several hadiths related to leadership. Transformational leadership has four dimensions, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and inspirational motivation. The four dimensions of transformational leadership are related to a number of hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. The results of the analysis show that the dimensions of transformational leadership are in line with the leadership carried out or exemplified by the Prophet. Thus, transformational leadership is considered relevant for use in implementing Islamic education management. Urgensi kepemimpinan dalam bidang pendidikan diperkuat dengan kondisi yang terjadi bahwa satuan pendidikan merupakan salah satu organisasi yang sangat penting dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi model kepemimpinan transformasional dalam manajemen pendidikan berdasarkan perspektif hadis. Penelitian dilakukan melalui kajian literatur terhadap beberapa hadis yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki empat dimensi yaitu idealized influence; intellectual stimulation; individualized consideration; dan inspirational motivation. Keempat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki keterkaitan dengan sejumlah hadis Rasulullah saw. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi-dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional selaras dengan kepemimpinan yang dilakukan atau dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah saw. Dengan demikian maka kepemimpinan transformasional dinilai relevan untuk digunakan dalam menjalankan manajemen pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Marketing of educational services in the digital era has undergone a fundamental transformation due to shifts in prospective student behavior and increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to comprehensively examine the dynamics of educational services marketing in the digital era, focusing on shifting strategies, the role of social media, and their implications for educational institutions. This research is based on a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques from research articles published since 2023 in accredited scientific journals, which were then analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques to synthesize the findings. The results show that the unique characteristics of educational services—such as intangibility and variability—demand the adaptation of marketing strategies from traditional to more personalized and data-driven digital models. Marketing is no longer just about promotion but also about building strong relationships with online communities. Social media has proven to be a crucial tool in building a digital brand and reputation through authentic content and proactive interactions. The study concludes that the success of educational institutions in the digital era depends heavily on their ability to holistically integrate digital strategies, manage their online reputation, and prioritize the student experience. Thus, adapting digital marketing is no longer an option but a necessity to ensure the sustainability and relevance of the institution.

Abstract

One of the important things that must be considered in the development or integration of Islamic values in Islamic education management is the curriculum. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the verses of the Qur'an related to curriculum management in Islamic educational institutions. Through the literature study method, this study analyzes Surah Ali Imran verses 190-191, which can be used as a guideline in developing a curriculum integrated with Islamic values. The scope of the curriculum analyzed in this study is related to the objectives and content of the curriculum. There are three main characteristics that must be integrated in relation to the objectives of the Islamic education curriculum, namely the character of dhikr (spirituality), the character of fikr (critical thinking), and amal pious (beneficial actions). The development of curriculum content based on the three characters that are the objectives of the curriculum includes Islamic knowledge, general knowledge, community service projects, and physical development. The results of the analysis show that the objective of Islamic education curriculum management is to form individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also have good morals and are able to make positive contributions to society.
