Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the performance of PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol Sumedang Regency, West Java. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The results of the descriptive analysis resulted that the work experience variable consisted of 6 statements with an average score of 127.83 which showed well seen from the assessment table. The results of a descriptive analysis that the job training variable consists of 6 statements with a score of 126.1667 indicates good judging from the scoring table. Furthermore, the performance variable consists of 12 statements with a score of 140.33 indicates good judging from the scoring table. Meanwhile, the work experience regression coefficient of 2,006, means that if the work experience is increased by 1 work unit, the performance will increase by 2,006 units. Likewise, the training regression coefficient of 0.803, means that if the training is increased by 1 unit, the performance will increase by 0.803 units. In addition, R square value of 0.951 or 95.1% was obtained, which means the influence of work experience and training on employee performance in PT. Citra Karya Jabar Tol in West Java simultaneously amounted to 95.1%, while the remaining 4.9% was influenced by other variables beyond this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the performance of PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol in Sumedang Regency, West Java since the achievement of employee performance is an important thing that is implemented to produce maximum performance and can survive in the midst of global competition. This research was carried out at PT Citra Karya Jabar West Java Tol Road. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The regression coefficient value for job promotion variable shows a positive value of 0.412 X1, it can be interpreted that if the promotion increases, the employee's performance will increase by 0.412 units. Furthermore, the discipline variable in the regression equation shows a positive value of 0.42 X2, it can be interpreted that if the discipline will increase by 0.412 units. In addition, the value of the determinant coefficient of R Square is 0.901 or 90.1%, meaning that the influence of the Position Promotion variable (X1) and the Discipline variable (X2) on Employee Performance at PT Citra Karya is 90'1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 9.9% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to employment and the Gross Domestic Product. The creative industry holds immense potential in driving economic growth, especially in the digital era. This research aims to analyze the role of innovation and creativity in business management to enhance SME economy in the creative industry. The research method employed is a literature review using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024. The study findings indicate that the creative industry has become one of Indonesia's most dynamic and rapidly growing economic sectors, with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) playing a vital role as engines of local economic growth, innovation sources, and creativity. Innovation and creativity are key to maintaining competitiveness, developing new products and services, and reaching broader markets. Through innovation, SMEs can develop unique and compelling products, enhance operational efficiency through technology adoption, and optimize marketing strategies and branding. Creativity in product design and customer experience is crucial for attracting consumer interest and distinguishing oneself from competitors

Abstract

Many businesses are currently transitioning to digital models, relying on information technology to store, manage, and process critical information. However, with increased technology usage, threats to information security are also on the rise. This research aims to measure the engagement of human resources in information security practices in the context of technology-based businesses. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review aimed at investigating various perspectives, approaches, and findings related to human resource engagement in information security practices in technology-based business contexts. Data for this literature review were obtained through searching scholarly articles using the Google Scholar search engine, spanning from 2006 to 2023. The study findings indicate that in the continuously evolving digital era, human resource engagement in information security practices is crucial for the success and sustainability of technology-based businesses. This responsibility extends beyond the IT department and involves collective responsibility throughout the organization. Measuring this engagement requires a holistic approach involving management, operational levels, and corporate culture.

Abstract

The research aims to explore and analyze the impact of Human Resource Management Information Systems and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance at the Marine Geological Survey and Mapping Agency in Bandung. The study employs descriptive and associative research methods. The population comprises Civil Servants working at the Marine Geological Survey and Mapping Agency in Bandung, with a saturated sample of 89 individuals. Data collection involves distributing primary data through questionnaires and utilizing secondary data. The data analysis employs multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables are HRMIS and Transformational Leadership, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance at the Marine Geological Survey and Mapping Agency in Bandung, West Java. The research instruments underwent validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests. Empirical findings indicate that Transformational Leadership significantly influences Employee Performance at the Marine Geological Survey and Mapping Agency in Bandung. The study suggests that leaders at the agency should consider employee perceptions to enhance overall performance through optimized HRMIS implementation. Additionally, leaders should adopt transformational leadership styles to effectively communicate policy changes from central authorities to employees.

Abstract

Every employee wants to succeed, thus many are loyal. Some company loyalists seek justice. Businesses must encourage employee performance to succeed. Motivation, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance. This study analyzes and provides evidence that motivation, compensation, and work environment improve employee performance. This literature review article develops a conceptual framework on employee performance based on motivation, compensation, and work environment theories. According to the literature review, motivation, compensation, and work environment can boost employee performance and corporate performance. This study supports Abraham Maslow's theory (The Need Hierarchy Model) that motivation substantially influences human behavior. Motivation directs persons to their needs. A leader must know his subordinates' requirements. This study's research model and arguments can advance corporate or business management and administration discussions. This research is relevant for future quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.

Abstract

The national economy depends on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Unfortunately, many people face problems with financial management. This can hinder the progress and sustainability of the business. The purpose of this study is to reveal successful financial management methods. To improve the economic independence of micro-entrepreneurs, we use the community service method. We use a comprehensive and in-depth qualitative approach. We explore the meaning thoroughly through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document review. Studies show that collaboration can produce extraordinary results. To achieve this goal, do three things. First, manage finances simply and in a targeted manner. Second, provide financial training. Third, provide intensive assistance. This process significantly increases the effectiveness and efficiency of micro-businesses. This is a practical suggestion for community service institutions. With real support, the growth of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can move in a brighter direction.

Abstract

HRM leadership has evolved significantly in an era of rapid and complex organizational change. This research uses bibliometrics, focusing on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational effectiveness. We found key trends, influential authors, research clusters, and emerging themes. This analysis reaffirms the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence. Works from leading scholars such as Bass, Avolio, Goleman, and Guest remain influential. We also identify emerging leadership paradigms, including agile and inclusive models adapted to modern challenges. Interdisciplinary links with psychology, organizational behavior, and technology management highlight the cross-disciplinary nature of HRM leadership research. Collaborative networks and new scholars enrich perspectives and methodologies. Practical implications emphasize the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence for HRM practitioners, advocating for agile and inclusive models. Future research directions include examining the impact of digital transformation on leadership and the critical role of leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion.

Abstract

PT Raudah Utama Cianjur adalah sebuah travel agent yang melayani perjalanan dalam dan luar negeri, yang mana PT Raudah Utama Cianjur ini membuka kantor Haji, Umroh, Tour dan Tiket di Kota Cianjur, untuk memenuhi dan memberikan pilihan kepada masyarakat Cianjur dan sekitarnya dalam kebutuhan perjalanan Dinas serta lainnya, dengan konsep dasar melayani dan memuaskan para konsumen yang akan menggunakan jasa travel agent ini. Fenomena yang terjadi pada PT. Raudhah Utama Cianjur adalah . 1). Pelaksanaan sistem informasi SDM telah diaplikasikan dengan baik. 2). Pegawai sudah memahami tata laksana peraturan kerja dengan sistem digital yang telah diberlakukan oleh perusahaan, sehingga kedua belah pihak baik pegawai dan perusahaan mendapatkan manfaat positif dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber daya Manusia. 3). Pencapaian target rata-rata mencapai hasil yang optimal meskipun dengan beberapa penyimpangan yang tidak terukur menyebabkan target kerja tidak tercapai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi unit analisis adalah individu, yaitu pegawai PT. Raudah Utama Cianjur. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 30 Orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensus atau sampling jenuh. metode pengumpulan data ini terdiri dari wawnncara, kuesioner dan observasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT Central Georgette Nusantara Printing Mills yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja dalam perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Central Georgette Nusantara Printing Mills, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu, yaitu karyawan tetap di PT Central Georgette Nusantara Printing Mills, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh karena seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, yaitu seluruh karyawan tetap PT Central Georgette Nusantara Printing Mills sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dari variabel eksogen (budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel endogen (kinerja karyawan).
