Abstract

Abstract. Islamic education is tasked with guiding and directing the development of students from one stage to another until it reaches optimal levels. Islamic education aims to create a perfect human (al-insanul kamil) and a good human being (al-insan al-shalih). Other tasks are in accordance with the vision and mission of the Prophet, namely perfecting human morals. A good education is certainly well managed. Therefore it is necessary to manage according to Islamic teachings. By using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study will try to dig deeper into the extent to which the achievement of education management standards in accordance with Islamic teachings and solutions to solve problems faced. The management of education in achieving the goals of Islamic education is education that is capable of making people who are faithful and devout, educating pious individuals by paying attention to spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, physical development, educating members of pious social groups, both in the Muslim family and community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of motivation, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and employee engagement as an intervening variable at the New Ayuda Puncak Hotel. This research is quantitative research, using primary and secondary data where data collection uses field studies and literature studies. In this research the author used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 and path analysis with the Sobel test. The sample in this research was all 63 hotel employees. The results of the research show that motivation and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on employee engagement, motivation and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee engagement is able to mediate motivation and job satisfaction to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi sangat erat kaitannya dengan kinerja karyawan, setiap perusahaan akan selalu berusaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga apa yang dijadikan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dengan baik. Pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan pengembangan karir menjadi salah satu upaya dalam mengahdapi persoalan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menjadi sebuah strategi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ISS Indonesia dengan jabatan Security Guard area penempatanUOB Plaza Thamrin. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang. Metode analisis dengan deskriptif dan verifikatiif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan (kuesioner, wawancara, observasi) dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier bergadan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni pelatihan kerja, kompensasi finansial secara persial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDiversification of cassava agricultural products in Bojong Village, Cikembar District, through the development of glass chips is an innovative effort to increase the selling value and address the issue of low cassava prices. Glass chips, made from cassava flour through a fermentation process, offer the advantages of a crunchy and transparent texture resembling glass, along with a savory and versatile taste. The Community Service Program (PKM) involved stages of surveying, problem analysis, planning, and implementation. Socialization were provided to the community to enhance skills in making glass chips, creating attractive packaging, and utilizing digital marketing. The results of this program demonstrate that glass chips not only offer an alternative value-added product but also create new business opportunities with a higher selling price, ranging from IDR 15,000 to IDR 30,000 per ½ kg to 1 kg. With these innovations, glass chips are expected to increase market appeal.Keywords: diversification, cassava, glass chipsABSTRAKDiversifikasi produk pertanian singkong di Desa Bojong, Kecamatan Cikembar, melalui pengembangan keripik kaca merupakan upaya inovatif untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dan mengatasi masalah rendahnya harga singkong mentah. Keripik kaca yang terbuat dari tepung singkong dan melalui proses fermentasi ini menawarkan keunggulan tekstur yang renyah dan transparan menyerupai kaca, serta rasa gurih yang luwes. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) melalui tahapan survei, analisis masalah, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Sosialisasi diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembuatan keripik kaca, pembuatan kemasan yang menarik, dan pemasaran secara digital. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa keripik kaca tidak hanya memberikan alternatif produk bernilai tambah tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru dengan harga jual yang lebih tinggi, yaitu antara Rp 15.000 hingga Rp 30.000 per ½ kg hingga 1 kg. Dengan hal ini, keripik kaca diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pasar.Kata Kunci: diversifikasi, singkong, keripik kaca

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bank sampah Desa Kertaraharja masih menghadapi tantangan dalam sistem manajerial, dimana pencatatan transaksi yang masih bersifat manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan penyampaian informasi. Tujuan: memajukan manajemen bank sampah di Desa Kertaraharja berbasis digital. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam Studi ini yaitu persuasif, yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, seperti pemahaman tentang kondisi masalah melalui pengamatan, wawancara, survei di lokasi, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil: sistem manajerial bank sampah berbasis digitalisasi merupakan solusi efektif untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan dan pengelolaan transaksi sampah, terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta keakuratan pengelolaa bank sampah sebagai solusi berkelanjutan bagi ekonomi sirkular. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui program bank sampah di Desa Kertaraharja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan peran serta masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Optimal resource management is a key factor in enhancing efficiency and profitability in a business. The simplex method, as one of the approaches in linear programming, provides an analytical tool to solve optimization problems with specific constraints. This research aims to apply the simplex method to optimize business profits in a case study. The data used includes production capacity, costs, and market demand. Through the application of this method, an optimal solution was obtained, showing the combination of products and resource allocation that generates maximum profit. The findings demonstrate that the simplex method is highly useful in supporting strategic actions, particularly in efficient resource allocation. Thus, this method can serve as a reference for business practitioners in designing strategies to sustainably increase profitability. Additionally, it is expected that the results of this study can actively contribute to supporting the development of effective and sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how competence and motivation affect the business performance of MSMEs partially and simultaneously in Cicurug District. The population is 105 business actors in Cicurug District in 2022. A sample of 70 individuals was obtained by purposive sampling. The primary data utilized in this research is from primary sources. Data analysis employs quantitative techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate a simultaneous effect of competence and motivation on business success and a partial influence of each factor on business success individually. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimalisasi keuntungan dalam produksi pukis dengan menerapkan program linear menggunakan metode Simpleks. Objek penelitian adalah dua varian pukis yang paling diminati, yakni pukis coklat dan pukis keju. Dengan mengacu pada data dari UMKM Pukis Gembul, penelitian ini mengevaluasi keterbatasan sumber daya, termasuk bahan baku, waktu kerja, dan kapasitas produksi. Melalui pemodelan matematis dan penggunaan perangkat lunak Solver Excel, diperoleh kombinasi produksi optimal yang mampu memaksimalkan keuntungan harian hingga Rp 200.000, dengan memproduksi masing-masing 25 unit pukis coklat dan keju. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam penerapan metode Simpleks untuk usaha kecil di sektor makanan tradisional, serta menawarkan strategi praktis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi Keuntungan, Program Linear, Metode Simpleks, Produksi Pukis, Solver Excel.AbstractThis research focuses on profit optimization in pukis production by applying linear program using Simplex method. The object of the study is the two most popular variants of pukis, namely chocolate pukis and cheese pukis. By referring to data from Pukis Gembul MSME, this study evaluates resource constraints, including raw materials, working time, and production capacity. Through mathematical modeling and the use of Excel Solver software, an optimal production combination is obtained that is able to maximize daily profits up to IDR 200,000, by producing 25 units of chocolate and cheese cookies each. This research contributes significantly to the application of the Simplex method for small businesses in the traditional food sector, and offers practical strategies to improve production efficiency. Keywords: Profit Optimization, Linear Program, Simplex Method, Pukis Production, Excel Solve.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional, tetapi seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan keuntungan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kombinasi produksi dua produk utama, pisang crispy dan pisang uli, di Warung Bocimi menggunakan pendekatan program linier dengan metode simpleks dan analisis sensitivitasi. Keterbatasannya mencakup asumsi stabilitas harga, data terbatas, serta pengabaian faktor eksternal dan non-linear. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder terkait biaya produksi, kapasitas sumber daya, dan permintaan pasar. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa solusi optimal dapat dicapai dengan masing-masing produk diproduksi sebanyak 70 kali per hari, menghasilkan keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp. 13.650.000 per hari. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan profitabilitas melalui pemanfaatan metode matematis sederhana. Selain itu, hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dan penerapan pada UMKM lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa. Abstract

Enye Singkong Dua Putra MSMEs in Bojong Village is an example of a small business that continues to strive to maintain its presence in the market by relying on its main product, processed cassava. According to the survey results, this MSMEs has the opportunity to innovate its products, but the product logo is outdated, the information system has not been optimized, and an online marketing system has not been implemented. Developing product innovation and digital marketing has become one of the Community Service (PKM) programs in Bojong Village. The purpose of the program is to provide ideas for the development of MSMEs and to help offer insights to business owners regarding the application of digital marketing. The Community service was carried out through a series of stages, starting with the survey stage, problem analysis stage, planning stage, and implementation stage. The results include innovation by adding lime leaves as a substitute for green onions and introducing new flavor variants, updating the logo to be more relevant, using Google Maps location points, creating banners, and providing digital marketing assistance on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The implementation of this program is expected to enhance competitiveness and market segmentation of these MSMEs which are becoming an increasingly digital and dynamic.
