Penelitian tentang Pengembangan Buku ajar fiqih dengan pendekatan saintifik ini di latar belakangi oleh kurang aktifnya siswa dalm proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan terungkap. Kondisi empiris pembelajaran fiqih tersebut memang problematik, karena jika tidak dicarikan solusi dengan segera, pembelajaran fiqih kurang berdampak positif bagi hasil pembelajaran siswa di sekolah. maka permasalahan ini perlu di temukan solusinya. Untuk mengungkapkan kondisi empiris tersebut penelitian ini merumuskan dua permasalah sebagai berikut. (1) Bagaimana desain pengembangan buku ajar melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Qarnain ?. (2) Bagaimana hasil belajar dengan menggunakan buku ajar melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Qarnain ?. Untuk menjawab masalah penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah teori Borg dan Gall yang teridiri dari 10 langkah, namun dalam hal ini peneliti hanya mengambil 4 langkah, yaitu.(1) Melakukan studi pendahuluan. (2) Merancang dan mengembangkan produk. (3) Uji coba lapangan. (4) Evaluasi dan revisi. Sejalan dengan hal itu, Dalam penelitian ini hasil validasi tim ahli memperoleh nilai 75 % (valid)), menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar fiqih layak untuk di uji cobakan. Hasil uji coba produk buku ajar fiqih yang di lakukan terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil post tes yang di lakukan, kelompok kontrol mendapatkan nilai rata- rata sebesar 60 sedangkan kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan nilai rata- rata sebesar 91. Dengan demikian penggunaan buku ajar fiqih dengan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Qarnain.

Islam as a religion that came 14 centuries ago certainly could not escape the established civilization and culture, the plains of Arabia as the birthplace of Islam was indeed not a mainstream area of world civilization at that time, but this does not mean that Arabia is a land without capabilities and culture. It was recorded that before Islam was born, the commerce carried out by the Arabs had reached various regions outside the Arabian Peninsula, apart from that their penchant for literature made people in the Arab plains as people who had high language quality. However, many historians have created a gap between Islam and pre-Islamic Arab traditions through contrasting moral and ideological demarcations. Pre-Islamic Arab society was perceived as an ignorant society, then Islam came to liberate it. To some extent, the claim is not entirely false. However, this generalization has a negative influence in building historical criticism. This paper will focus on the dialectical relationship between local culture and Islam, especially the early Islam and the local cultural traditions of Arab society through the perspective of the Prophet's traditions. is a qualitative descriptive method by using a type of library research (Library Research) That is by reviewing books or written data that is continuous with the writing of this journal. In this case, the researcher analyzes some data that is relevant to the title being discussed. The findings in this study are that there has been reconciliation between culture and Islam since the early days of Islam, one of the evidences is the addition of the call to prayer at Friday prayers twice during the reign of Sayyidina Uthman bin Affan and this continues until now.

This discussion examines the analysis of Islamic Law and Civil Law reviews of murder as a barrier to inheritance recipients. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview and explanation to the reader regarding the views of islamic figures/clerics' as well as the civil code regarding murders committed by a person as a barrier to the recipient of the inheritance. This research uses library research which is descriptive analysis based on text studies in the form of opinions of Islamic figures in the book of fiqh and civil law. The results showed that: The scholars of the Shafi'iyah school stated that all types of killings are an absolute barrier to inheritance. In the Compilation of Islamic Law it is also stated that the person who commits the act of murder is hindered in the acquisition of inheritance, as explained in article 173 paragraph 1. Meanwhile, in the civil code, it is also explained that murder can prevent the heirs from obtaining inheritance, as explained in article 838 paragraph 1. So it is very clear both according to islamic law and civil law that any form of murder committed by the heir against his heir will cause hindrance in obtaining the estate.

This article aims to describe the review of Islamic law on the obligations of a father who abandoned the maintenance of the child in the decision of the Supreme Court number 608/K/AG/2003 and describing a living madliyah children after divorce based on the protection of children's rights in Law Number 23 Year 2002 on the Protection of Children. This research is included in the type of normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The processing of legal materials in normative legal research is by means of literature studies which are described and then linked between one legal material and other legal materials, especially the relationship between the elements covered in the research problem. So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. This imposition on the grounds that the father in condition to be able to work deliberately remiss. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 does not conflict with Islamic law. Every parent has an obligation to be responsible for nurturing, nurture, educate, and protect children. Deliberateness of a father neglects the obligation to provide maintenance, so that children can not get their rights and suffer a loss, then it can be described as acts of negligence as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 on the Protection of Children

Pendidikan multikultural memegang peranan krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan global dalam ruang kelas. Artikel ini, berjudul "Pendidikan Multikultural di Kelas Global: Strategi Pengajaran Responsif Budaya," membahas strategi pengajaran yang responsif terhadap keragaman budaya dalam konteks global. Pendidikan multikultural bukan sekadar mengakui keberagaman, tetapi juga mengajarkan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang dibutuhkan untuk berinteraksi dengan dunia yang semakin terhubung. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi pengajaran yang efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang responsif budaya. Pertama, pendekatan pengajaran harus mengakui dan menghargai latar belakang budaya siswa. Guru perlu memahami keberagaman bahasa, nilai, dan norma-norma budaya yang membentuk identitas siswa. Kedua, kurikulum harus dirancang untuk mencerminkan keragaman global. Materi pembelajaran harus mencakup berbagai perspektif budaya untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang dunia kepada siswa. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang kuat untuk mendukung pendidikan multikultural di kelas global. Platform pembelajaran daring dapat menghadirkan sumber daya yang mencakup budaya dari seluruh dunia, membantu siswa memahami realitas global lebih baik. Pemanfaatan teknologi juga memungkinkan koneksi lintas batas antara kelas-kelas di seluruh dunia, menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih menyeluruh dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktis dan konseptual tentang pendidikan multikultural di era globalisasi. Dengan mengintegrasikan strategi pengajaran responsif budaya, artikel ini mengajak para pendidik untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kelas yang semakin heterogen dan menyiapkan siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam masyarakat global dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang keragaman budaya.

At this time the world of education has depended on technology and the internet, all education personnel utilize technology as a tool in the teaching and learning process. Likewise, the role of E-books in improving student achievement at school at this time. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of E-books in improving student achievement by applying E-book media as an innovative learning media. The type of research method used is a quantitative method with a survey model and distributes online-based questionnaires via google form. Researchers hope that the results of the research conducted can increase student understanding through the E-book platform as a support in improving learning achievement. The conclusion of this study is that the role of E-books for students can help in improving student learning achievement. Therefore, the limitation of this research is that researchers only conduct online surveys and are not conducted thoroughly only in certain schools, researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research in other schools to make it more effective and efficient.

: The 2013 Curriculum is known as a scientific approach. Scientific approach means a scientific approach that generally involves observation or observation activities needed to collect data. Considerations in choosing the appropriate learning model or method for a particular subject matter are also related to the characteristics that exist in the material. For example, when learning about funeral prayers if a teacher only relies on lecture and expository methods, it is very difficult for students to be able to understand and practice good and correct funeral prayer procedures. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the emotional intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah and the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the spiritual intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati. The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the commercially edible mushrooms, has high economic value and is prospective as a source of income for farmers. Along with the increasing demand for oyster mushrooms, business opportunities for oyster mushrooms have promising prospects. Based on this, it is necessary to provide counseling and assistance for the production of Oyster Mushroom cultivation in Jambesari Village. The purpose of this service program is through education and demonstrations on how to manufacture and process mushroom growing media (baglog), sterilize mushroom growing media inoculate mushroom seeds into baglog, maintenance, harvesting and packaging in order to build an oyster mushroom cultivation business to improve the community's economy and make it as a superior product. The results of community service in counseling and assisting in oyster mushroom production are: 1). Partners are able to make oyster mushroom growing media by utilizing organic waste which is abundant, cheap and easy to obtain from the surrounding environment, namely sawdust so that sengon wood waste can be utilized so that it can make the environment cleaner and free of waste. 2). Cadres/target groups have expertise in oyster mushroom cultivation. 3). Increasing public knowledge that oyster mushroom products can be used to add nutrition or menus can also increase family income.

With the emergence of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum which emphasizes personal and holistic learning, evaluation of Islamic education needs to be adjusted so that it can measure a student's competency achievement in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. It is hoped that the development of an Islamic education portfolio evaluation system can facilitate a learning process that provides room for the progress of individual students. This research aims to analyze the relevance of the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system with the learning principles of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum and to identify the benefits and challenges in its implementation in educational institutions. The research methods used are literature study, observation, and interviews with Islamic education experts and curriculum development practitioners. Data was collected and analyzed to evaluate the success of implementing the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system in the context of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum. The research results show that the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system plays an important role in supporting learning in the Era 5.0 independent curriculum. This evaluation system provides opportunities for students to express their understanding of Islamic teachings creatively and contextually, and allows educators to track individual student development. The implementation of this research states that the Islamic education portfolio evaluation system has strong relevance to Era 5.0 independent curriculum learning because it is able to accommodate personal, holistic and progressive learning principles. To ensure successful implementation, comprehensive efforts are needed to develop fair and accurate assessment guidelines, as well as training for educators in consistently assessing portfolios. Thus, developing an Islamic education portfolio evaluation system can be a significant contribution in realizing learning objectives that are in line with the demands of the Era 5.0 independent curriculum
