Abstract

This activity is purposed to support the welfare of urban communities through empowerment and gender approaches, namely the empowerment of women through Family Welfare Program by fostering social development in PKK organizations and activities. Method : This activity was carried out by providing skills training according to partner interests then partners will be able to produce superior products that have the economic value needed by the market. In order to produce a product with high economic value. The efforts to foster social development, entrepreneurship that has social goals (welfare of the community) and is based on social activities, partners will also be given training on entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial managerial skills, which includes production management, financial management, simple accounting and marketing management. The assistance is provided to partners, so that efforts to foster social preneur activities in Family Welfare activities can be realized and run well.

Abstract

Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) hadir dalam memberikan pertanggungjawaban, utamanya kepada Allah SWT. (akuntabilitas horizontal) kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada manusia dan lingkungan alam (akuntabilitas vertikal). Shariah Enterprise Theory mengajarkan bahwa hakikat kepemilikan utama berada pada kekuasaan Allah, sementara manusia hanya diberi hak untuk mengelola (khalifah fil ardhi). Kavling syariah memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya harga yang ditawarkan lebih murah dari properti lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi metode akad jual beli tanah kavling pada perusahaan properti syariah dengan pendekatan Shariah Enterprise Theory. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri di Kota Makassar dengan metode wawancara langsung, observasi lapangan, serta menguraikan beberapa materi yang terkait sebagai analisis terhadap proses pembelian tanah kavling perusahaan properti syariah. Penelitian ini menerapkan deskriptif analitis yaitu penelitian berusaha menunjukkan perusahaan tanah kavling menerapkan sistem akad jual beli dengan pendekatan syariah enterprise. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Prinsip SET sangat dipegang teguh oleh CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri. Di mana user melakukan down payment dan cicilan yang cukup terjangkau dibayar oleh user sampai lunas. Setelah dinyatakan lunas oleh developer baru dilakukan penyerahan unit kavling kepada user. Dengan demikian, user terhindar dari adanya wanprestasi dan penyitaan barang jika user lalai atau tidak taat terhadap akad jual beli yang telah disepakati bersama.

Abstract

This study aims: to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, employee commitment, work motivation, and work climate on employee job satisfaction with direct and indirect effects. This study uses primary data from a survey of 221 employees as sample. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that: (1) empirically, the leadership style, employees commitment, work motivation, and work climate had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) employees commitment, work motivation, and work climate have a positive and significant effect on employees performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, while leadership style has no significant effect; (3) employee commitment, work motivation, and work climate indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employees performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, while the leadership style has no significant effect; and (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant direct influence on employees performance. This study suggested that work motivation, employee commitment, and work climate that provide significant influence need to be maintained, while leadership styles that have insignificant influence on employee performance need to be improved and prioritized as the company's efforts to improve job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has significantly transformed the banking industry, necessitating the development of human resources (HR) with advanced cognitive skills to enhance competence and adaptability. This study explores the role of cognitive learning in banking HR development, emphasizing strategies to improve employee skills in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis from banking professionals and industry experts. The findings indicate that cognitive learning enhances employees' analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, contributing to better adaptability in handling technological advancements and regulatory changes. However, challenges such as resistance to change, technological barriers, and time constraints hinder its full implementation. The study suggests that blended learning approaches, leadership support, and continuous evaluation can optimize cognitive learning strategies. The results emphasize that investing in HR development through cognitive learning is essential for maintaining workforce competitiveness and innovation in the banking sector. Future research should explore longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of cognitive learning on employee performance and organizational success.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses and to determine the effect of content strategy one-commerce shopee on the purchasing decisions of the Makassar city community. This research was conducted in Makassar city with a population and a random sample of e-commerce shopee users, totaling 50 people with different ages and occupations (. Accidental Sampling). Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and calcic assumption test to describe the variables in the study and provide certainty that the regression equation obtained has accuracy in estimation, unbiased and consistent, while to analyze quantitative data using the Simple Regression Analysis tool. The results of the study are known to be insignificant, meaning that the data collected failed to prove the relationship between the Content (X) and Purchase Decision (Y) strategies, and that does not mean that the independent variable X does not affect the dependent variable Y completely, but the sample data does not succeeded in proving the relationship or the independent variable (the independent variable) under study was inappropriate or the lack of supporters of the independent variable. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi content pada e-comemerce shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian masyarakat kota makassar. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di kota Makassar denagan populasi dan sampel masyarakat pengguna e-commerce shopee secara acak yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan berbagai usia dan pekerjaan yang berbeda(.Accidental Sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji asumsi kalsik untuk mendeskripsikan variable-variabel dalam penelitian dan memberikan kepastian bahwa persamaan regresi yang didapatkan memiliki ketepatan dalam estimasi, tidak bias dan konsisten, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat Analisis Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui hasilnya tidak signifikan, maka artinya adalah data yang dikumpulkan tidak berhasil membuktikan keterkaitan antara strategi Content (X) dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y), dan bukan berarti variabel independen X tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen Y secara sepenuhnya, melainkan data sampel tidak berhasil membuktikan hubungan tersebut atau variabel independen (variabel bebas) yang diteliti kurang tepat atau kurangnya pendukung dari variabel bebas tersebut. Abstract

This activity aims to build core competencies to address juvenile delinquency in schools through a strategic management approach. The method used was a material presentation combined with interactive discussions involving the village head, religious leaders, community elders, housewives, and youth figures. Internal school environment analysis was conducted to identify tangible assets, intangible assets, and organizational capabilities supporting delinquency prevention. Demographic data revealed that the 10–24 age group holds the highest potential for juvenile delinquency in Kassiloe Village. Addressing this issue requires synergy between family, community, and school environments. Schools must develop core competencies by enhancing infrastructure, building a good reputation, and strengthening management capabilities. The program was held on November 6, 2024, with active participation and discussions. The parent-student-teacher interaction model was also emphasized to strengthen collaboration in fostering youth character development.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the challenges organizations face in implementing sustainable development strategies within a rapidly evolving business environment. It examines key barriers, including regulatory constraints, financial limitations, technological adoption difficulties, and organizational resistance, while assessing the roles of leadership, governance, and innovation in fostering sustainability. Research Method: This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, synthesizing existing research from peer-reviewed academic sources to analyze sustainability challenges and strategic responses. The review integrates perspectives from Institutional Theory to understand how external pressures influence corporate sustainability practices. The study also considers empirical findings from recent literature to provide a structured evaluation of the factors affecting sustainability integration. Results and Discussion: The findings highlight that regulatory frameworks and market expectations are the primary drivers of sustainability adoption. However, many organizations struggle to balance short-term financial performance with long-term sustainability investments. The study identifies technological innovation as a key enabler of sustainable practices, but notes significant barriers, including high investment costs and skill gaps. Furthermore, effective leadership and corporate governance are critical in shaping organizational sustainability cultures. Implications: This study provides practical insights for businesses, policymakers, and researchers, highlighting the importance of integrated sustainability strategies that extend beyond mere compliance. It calls for enhanced regulatory alignment, cross-sector collaborations, and investment in digital sustainability solutions to drive long-term resilience. Future research should explore sector-specific sustainability challenges and the effectiveness of leadership models in driving sustainability transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the impact of user-generated content (UGC) on tourism marketing by synthesizing empirical evidence from scholarly publications over the last decade. Grounded in a descriptive quantitative approach, the research employs a systematic literature review methodology to identify, evaluate, and integrate findings from 30 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2010 and 2025. The review categorizes the influence of UGC across four core dimensions: destination image formation, tourist decision-making processes, emotional engagement, and strategic marketing implications. The results indicate that UGC significantly shapes both the cognitive and affective components of destination image, influences tourists’ behavioral intentions through emotional resonance, and acts as a trusted informational and social source during the travel planning cycle. Furthermore, UGC enhances marketing effectiveness when integrated responsibly into official campaigns, yet raises ethical concerns related to consent, representation, and content authenticity. The study also identifies critical gaps in current literature, including limited inclusivity in UGC representation and the risks associated with algorithmically amplified or manipulated content. The findings underscore the necessity for tourism marketers and destination management organizations to not only leverage UGC as a strategic asset but also to adopt ethical and inclusive frameworks for its governance. Ultimately, this study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of UGC as both a communicative phenomenon and a transformative tool in the evolving landscape of digital tourism marketing.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, tentunya karyawan dituntut untuk memaksimalkan kinerja yang dia miliki. Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang paling penting untuk diperhatikan dalam sebuah perusahaan, karena dapat mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan dan kemajuan perusahaan dalam suatu persaingan yang semain ketat. Oleh karena itu didalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan pemimpin harus memperhatikan serta menerepkan gaya kepemimpinan yang mereka miliki dan lebih meningkatkan lagi lingkungan kerja didalam perusahaan. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengelolahan kuesioner melalui SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula, sedangkan hasil penelitian lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika lingkungan kerja baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula. Adapun hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja baik maka kinerja karyawan akan baik pula.
