Background: The Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is still far from the target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is 70 per 100,000 live births in 2030. Nationally, the main cause of maternal death is due to bleeding. One effort to prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage is oxytocin massage. This massage can stimulate the oxytocin hormone so that the uterine involution process can run normally. Purpose: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the massage of oxytocin on the acceleration of uterine involution on the multiparous mother since the first day until the tenth day of postpartum. Methods: The design of this research is the quasi-experiment with a post-test with the control group on 20 persons that are determined by purposive sampling. The research samples were divided into 2 groups, i.e. 10 people were given a massage of oxytocin and 10 people were not massaged. Results: The results showed a significant reduction in fundal height (One-Way Anova p <0.05) with an average declining more than 1 cm. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the massage of oxytocin can accelerate the high decline of uterus fundus.

Labor pain is caused by contractions of the myometrium, stretching the lower segment of the uterus and cervix, as well as uterine muscle ischemia as physiological processes that cause pain, fear, and worry that can impact both the mother and fetus. One non-pharmacological method for pain management through encephalins production is aromatherapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy by inhalation on reducing the intensity of physiological labor pain in the active phase of first stage among primiparous. The design of this study was experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest without control group in 20 people who were given lavender aromatherapy when the cervical dilatation was 6 cm. Data were analyzed using paired t-test with the results showing that lavender aromatherapy was proven to significantly reduce the intensity of physiological labor pain during the active phase (p-value <0.05). Inhalation therapy with lavender aromatherapy can be used as an alternative in midwifery practice to reduce the intensity of physiological labor pain in the active phase of first stage among primiparous

Hemoglobin is an iron-carrying oxygen transport protein protein in red cells in the blood of mammals and other animals. Hemoglobin consists of iron which is the carrier of O2. High and abnormal hemoglobin levels occur due to hemoconcentration due to dehydration. The number of red blood cells and hemoglobin molecules is not always increasing and decreasing simultaneously, for example the decrease in red blood cells along with slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels occur in cases of pernicious anemia, as well as slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels of hemoglobin decreases, occurs in iron deficiency anemia. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of green bean extract on changes of hemoglobin (Hb) level in Pregnant Women. The research design used was pre experimental research. The population in detail is all Pregnant Women, with acidental sampling technique in obtaining a sample of 16 people. The research instrument used is observation sheet and digital hemoglobin gauge and statistic test used is T test. The result of research of hemoglobin level before giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 10,494 and hemoglobin level after giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 11.238 this indicates an increase of hemoglobin level in student result of research done shows that there is an increase of Hb level in get p value 0,756 and 0,89. Then the T.Test data distribution test can be concluded p value <0.05 which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted " The Effect Of Green Bean Side Effect On Changes in Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Women With Anemia". Based on the results of the study is expected people can consume green beans as an effort to prevent the occurrence of anemia and the fulfillment of nutrition, especially iron in Pregnant Women.
