Abstract

The children are not miniature of the man. They have own world with all special characteristics. They have numerous potencies. These potencies must be developed with education. Without understanding about them, the parents can not give the best experient. The parents can recognize them with education. Today, there is phenomenon that government and social foundation commit to effort in the direction of humanizing children toward liberating them from transgression and oppression, for example: trafficking, seduction, drug, etc. This article wants to discuss the children's rights for life in Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This research analyzes the school principal's effective communication towards improving teacher performance. Effective principal-teacher communication is essential for building trust and mutual support. This research uses qualitative methods, with a narrative research design involving five class teachers in one of the elementary schools in Cibitung Sub-District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Inductive and thematic data analysis was conducted using NVivo 12 Plus to identify, evaluate, and create themes expressed by participants. This research shows that the principal's effective communication has an impact on the performance of classroom teachers through the principles established by the principal. This research contributes to improving effective school principal communication so that it has an impact on the quality of educational units and the findings can be used by policy makers in determining the direction of school principals in leading educational units.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the contribution of Islamic education in alleviating poverty. This study uses a descriptive analysis method. Data collection uses library research techniques by referring to written data published in the form of books, encyclopedias, and scientific journals that are relevant to the theme taken. Furthermore, coding is carried out and continued by analyzing categorically and poured into a narrative in a logical, systematic and reflective manner. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education plays a crucial role in poverty alleviation by implementing holistic learning methods, techniques, and strategies. Islamic education must pay attention to various aspects such as the biological and genetic environment of students, physiological and technical needs, and their neurological and rational development. In addition, psychological and spiritual aspects must be considered to form a strong work ethic. With this holistic approach, Islamic education not only educates individuals to be intelligent and skilled, but also forms perfect human beings who have integrity and the ability to overcome economic challenges, thus significantly contributing to poverty alleviation.

Abstract

AbstractThis study explores the role of Islamic education through a psycho-spiritual approach in alleviating extreme poverty in Indonesia. Extreme poverty, which encompasses economic, social, psychological, and spiritual dimensions, requires a holistic approach to empowerment. Islamic education is more than just a transfer of knowledge; it shapes character and positive mentality through values such as patience, sincerity, and social care. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach to analyze how psycho-spiritual education can be part of a sustainable solution. The findings indicate that integrating psycho-spiritual education into poverty alleviation programs can help build individuals’ mental and spiritual resilience. With collaboration between the government, Islamic educational institutions, and community organizations, this approach has the potential to be an effective strategy for addressing the challenges of extreme poverty. This research offers a new perspective on empowering communities through holistic education.AbstrakPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan psikologis spiritual dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan ekstrim di Indonesia. Kemiskinan ekstrim, yang tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek ekonomi tetapi juga mencakup dimensi sosial, psikologis, dan spiritual, memerlukan pendekatan holistik untuk pemberdayaannya. Pendidikan Islam berfungsi lebih dari sekadar transfer pengetahuan, melainkan membentuk karakter dan mentalitas positif melalui nilai-nilai seperti kesabaran, keikhlasan, dan kepedulian sosial. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan psikologis spiritual dapat menjadi bagian dari solusi berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan psikologis spiritual dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan dapat membantu membangun ketahanan mental dan spiritual individu. Dengan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan Islam, dan organisasi masyarakat, pendekatan ini berpotensi menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan kemiskinan ekstrim. Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh tantangan globalisasi dan perlunya membekali generasi muda dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan agar mampu bersaing dalam ekonomi global. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dinilai penting dalam menciptakan siswa yang tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga kemandirian dan kreativitas dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa di SMPIT Al Haraki, Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa yang terlibat dalam program kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kewirausahaan di SMPIT Al Haraki memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri, kreatif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide bisnis, serta lebih mandiri dalam pengambilan keputusan dan manajemen proyek. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat diintegrasikan secara efektif ke dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa, yang pada gilirannya dapat mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja dan menjadi individu yang mandiri serta inovatif.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to examine the integration of Islamic values into civic education at pesantren-based higher education institutions. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis at Universitas Abdullah Faqih (UNKAFA) in Gresik, East Java. The study explores how Islamic teachings are integrated into the civic education curriculum and extracurricular activities to instill values such as patriotism, respect for the law, and political awareness. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of this integrative model in producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also possess strong moral character and deep spirituality. Key findings include increased student engagement in social and civic responsibilities, the promotion of tolerance and respect for diversity, and the alignment of Islamic and national values. This approach offers a sustainable framework for character development and national identity formation while addressing challenges such as radicalism and social fragmentation. The implications of this research suggest that pesantren-based higher education institutions can serve as a model for harmonizing religious and civic education. Further research is recommended to quantitatively evaluate the impact of this model and explore its application in broader educational contexts.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan di institusi pendidikan tinggi berbasis pesantren. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen di Universitas Abdullah Faqih (UNKAFA) di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana ajaran Islam diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dengan tujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti patriotisme, penghormatan terhadap hukum, dan kesadaran politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas model integratif ini dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki moral yang kuat dan spiritualitas yang mendalam. Temuan utama mencakup peningkatan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam tanggung jawab sosial dan kewarganegaraan, promosi toleransi dan penghormatan terhadap keberagaman, serta keselarasan nilai-nilai Islam dan kebangsaan. Pendekatan ini menawarkan kerangka kerja yang berkelanjutan untuk pembangunan karakter dan pembentukan identitas nasional, sekaligus menjawab tantangan seperti radikalisme dan fragmentasi sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa institusi pendidikan tinggi berbasis pesantren dapat menjadi model harmonisasi pendidikan agama dan kewarganegaraan. Abstract

For some people, memorizing the Qur'an is easy. However, many find memorizing the Qur'an difficult. Especially for children who are still in the development and play stage. One of the factors that influences children's difficulty in memorizing the Qur'an is when a friend disturbs other friends while memorizing the Qur'an. This makes the class not conducive so that teaching and learning activities are disrupted. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the Talaqqi method in learning the Qur'an at SDIT Buah Hati Kramatjati, East Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach. The main sources in this study were the Qur'an teachers and students of SDIT Buah Hati Kramatjati, while the secondary sources were journals, books, e-books, and so on that were directly related to this study. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and document examinations. The examination of the validity of this research data used credibility by extending observations, increasing perseverance in research and triangulation. The findings of the study indicate that 1) Planning the learning of the Qur'an with the Talaqqi method using a syllabus and lesson plan is very important to ensure that learning activities run in a structured, organized manner and achieve the goals that have been set. 2) The application of the Talaqqi method has the advantage of a more personal approach and focuses on the quality of student reading. Such as in a class with 25 students, teachers can control around 8 to 9 students more intensively. This method allows teachers to provide direct guidance. During the memorization process, teachers actively provide evaluation and correction of students' reading. 3) The results of the application of the Talaqqi method have proven effective from researchers conducting observations in class. Students read the Qur'an properly and correctly after the teacher gave examples of the pronunciation of the letters of the Qur'an also accompanied by the rules of reading, so that errors in the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters (makharijul huruf) or tajwid rules are reduced because intensive guidance is carried out through Talaqqi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru Al-Qur`an berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan dan perannya dalam menjaga kualitas pembelajaran tahsin dan tahfizh Al-Qur`an melalui metode Ummi di SMP Al-Bayan Islamic School Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan responden terdiri dari guru Al-Qur`an, koordinator guru Al-Qur`an, kepala sekolah, lima peserta didik dari setiap level, dan beberapa pihak terkait lainnya. Pengelolaan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang terencana dan sistematis memengaruhi keberhasilan proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di Yayasan Media Amal Islami Jagakarsa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun manajemen pembelajaran di yayasan ini sudah cukup baik, hasil belajar siswa masih rendah. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap hal ini termasuk kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap materi, alokasi waktu yang tidak memadai, target pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal, dan keterampilan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan pembelajaran yang baik dan sistematis, didukung oleh sumber daya yang kompeten dan waktu yang cukup, akan meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar Al-Qur’an siswa di Yayasan Media Amal Islami Jagakarsa.
