Abstract

Liquidity is an important aspect that can be considered a bank's lifeblood. To maintain business continuity, banks must always manage liquidity effectively. Liquidity easing is one strategy to assist economic growth during the COVID-19 epidemic. Where macroprudential policies are used to ease liquidity restrictions. As a means of promoting economic growth, the government seeks to induce greater lending to debtors. This easing of liquidity, on the other hand, is thought to help maintain bank operations solvent. This easing of liquidity during the pandemic was carried out by reducing the reserve requirement followed by an increase in the MPLB ratio. In addition, Bank Indonesia strengthened RIM by adding an export money order in its calculations. The goal of this research is to look at how macroprudential policy, such as the Statutory Reserves instrument, the Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio, and the Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, affects the liquidity of traditional commercial banks in Indonesia from 2018 to 2021. The monthly data utilized comes from the Financial Services Authority website, specifically the Indonesian Banking Statistics section. To evaluate the three hypotheses, the researchers employed a multiple linear regression approach utilizing EViews 10 software. First, the Statutory Reserves have a negative and minor influence on commercial bank liquidity, according to the findings. Second, RIM has a good and considerable impact on commercial bank liquidity. Third, PLM has a considerable negative impact on commercial bank liquidity. Simultaneously, the three independentfactors are discovered to have an impact on commercial bank liquidity.

The research makes use of the prospectus of equity mutual fund products from 2019 to 2022, interest rates, Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), and Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual funds every month. The study used panel data regression method with Common Effect Model (CEM) approach. The results of the study show that stock selection ability and fund cash flow have a positive and significant effect on the performance of equity mutual funds. Meanwhile, market timing ability has a positive but insignificant effect on the equity funds performance for the 2019-2022 period.

The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from a sample of 107 students from class XI economics. The data analysis is conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal significant direct effects of the teacher's TPACK ability on both student learning creativity (path coefficient: 0.335, t-statistic: 4.316, p-value: 0.000 < 0.05) and learning motivation (path coefficient: 0.378, t-statistic: 4.739, p-value: 0.000 < 0.05). Additionally, a significant direct effect of learning motivation on student learning creativity is observed (path coefficient: 0.315, t-statistic: 2.161, p-value: 0.031 < 0.05). Furthermore, the study also identifies an indirect effect of TPACK Ability on Learning Creativity through Learning Motivation, indicating a considerable influence (path coefficient: 0.119, t-statistic: 2.041, p-value: 0.042 < 0.05). Overall, these findings highlight the importance of economics teachers' TPACK in fostering students' learning motivation and creativity in economic subjects. The study provides valuable insights into the interplay between teacher knowledge, student motivation, and learning outcomes, contributing to the enhancement of educational practices and student engagement in the economics curriculum.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are under increasing pressure to produce globally competitive graduates by significantly increasing their research output and scientific publications, thus strengthening and enhancing their academic reputation and social impact. Yet, lecturers and students at the service location must gain skills in research-supporting software, scientific writing, and literature searching. Therefore, the State University of Jakarta and the University Malaysia Sabah jointly organize a research boot camp to address the rising demand for research competence and international publications in higher education by equipping participants with essential research skills. The Research Bootcamp Training aims to enhance research competency among students by providing online training in accessing indexed journals, paraphrasing, grammar checking, and reference management using relevant software. This program seeks to assist students at partner institutions in writing and publishing academic articles. With this activity, more students can publish their scientific work in national and international journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science, thus improving the quality of research in Indonesia. In addition, this activity is expected to encourage the birth of a generation of young researchers who are productive and able to produce quality scientific works relevant to current problems

Abstract

Anemia is when the body lacks healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin, resulting in reduced oxygen supply to tissues and organs. This disease generally occurs in adolescents, especially adolescent girls. This is because young women experience menstrual periods and do not get enough iron, therefore anemia is a health problem that is often found throughout the world. The Moringa leaf plant (Moringa oleifera) is believed to contain iron which can help increase hemoglobin levels in the body. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Moringa Oleifera leaf flour to prevent iron deficiency anemia in female adolescents. The research uses a literature review study approach, namely by searching for literature material regarding themes that will be taken in identifying national and international literature using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology through four stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and acceptable outcomes. This literature search was carried out by accessing online electronic databases from Cochrane and Google Scholar. Of the 4,392 articles searched, there were 8 articles and journals that met the desired criteria with the results proving that Moringa leaf powder contained 28.2 milligrams/100 grams so it was more effective in increasing hemoglobin levels. Moringa leaf flour has proven to be very effective in increasing hemoglobin in the body, especially for young women, so it can prevent anemia.

Abstract

Writing review skills are essential competencies for students, particularly in fostering critical thinking and effective communication. This study aims to assess the impact of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) learning model on enhancing the review writing skills of eleventh-grade students at MA Swasta PPQ Al Washliyah Firdaus during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research focuses on the implementation of the SQ3R method and its effectiveness in improving writing skills. Employing a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design and a quantitative approach, this study involved 52 students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and pretest-posttest writing assessments. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in students' writing performance after the implementation of the SQ3R model, with a posttest average score of 80.4 compared to a pretest average score of 74 using conventional methods. These findings suggest that the structured steps of the SQ3R model effectively support students in comprehending texts and producing well-organized reviews, thereby contributing to the development of their academic writing abilities.
