Abstract

The school environment is the first environment for students to learn the Arabic language. The school environment affects the students' desire to learn Arabic. The aim of this study is to know the impact of the school environment on the students' desire to learn Arabic in Rawdat Al-Subyan Secondary School. And the type of research means field research with the quantitative research approach. The results of this research show that the impact of the school environment in the secondary school kindergarten boys in the category of "good" because the score in the interval 63-69 is 62.69. And the students' desire to learn Arabic in the secondary school, Kindergarten boys, in the category of "enough" because the score in the interval 55-63 is 62.92. These prove that the effect between the school environment and the students' desire to learn Arabic in the secondary school, Kindergarten boys, is equal to the regression Y = 10.26 + 0.84. The effect between the school environment and the students' desire to learn the Arabic language was with rhitung <0.82, rtabel 0.24, and the weight coefficient of 67%, and Fhitung 92.02 <Ftabel 4.00. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the school environment significantly affects the students' desire in grade 8 to learn Arabic in Rawdat Al-Subyan High School.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between socioeconomic factors, production, transparency with religiosity. The effects of socio-economic factors, production, transparency, and religiosity on the sharecropping contract system. Design/methodology/approach: The author has administered a survey to 800 respondents. The respondents were asked to give their responses based on a five-point Likert scale. The data has been tested with SEM to show the relationship between the various factors. Finding: SEM results show that H1 is not supported while H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, and H7 are supported. Findings show that religiosity impacts the sharecropping system while the interaction between religiosity and transparency on the sharecropping system is significantly negative. Therefore, the current sharecropping contract system in East Java does not operate following Islamic values.

Abstract

children and parents. Thus far, these two sacred texts have been used as the basis for a children’s obedience to their parents. In this sense, being obedient to both parents, whether the ordered is obligatory, sunnah or permissible, is a must. Likewise, if parents forbid from unlawful, makruh or permissible actions, the children are obliged to obey. In this view, obedience to parents is absolute; there is no concept of self-boundary, which in psychology is valued as an important component in the growth of a healthy identity. The study found that, by using Hermeneutics of Tawhid, the interpretation of the two texts becomes more fair, namely the form of obedience of children to their parents lies in the obedience to roles and functions in the family system. When parents act as caregivers in the family, children need to obey them as the owner of the authority; conversely, when the caregiver role changes, parents need to adjust to the new situation. Through this interpretation, the parent-child relationship pattern can be seen as a bond capable of supporting the sakinah family concept. Wadud's Hermeneutics of Tawhid gives us the opportunity to read texts with a broad horizon of thinking in order to produce more acceptable meanings for those who think logically. This meaning would be more functional to be applied in everyday life in society, not the meaning that only exists in the world of ideas.[Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian teks, yang fokus pada Surat al-Isra ayat 23 dan Hadits tentang hubungan antara anak dan orang tua. Sejauh ini, kedua teks suci ini  telah digunakan sebagai dasar untuk kepatuhan anak-anak kepada orang tua mereka. Dalam pengertian ini, patuh kepada kedua orang tua, apakah perintah itu wajib, sunnah atau diizinkan, adalah suatu keharusan. Demikian juga jika orang tua melarang perbuatan melawan hukum, makruh atau perbuatan yang diizinkan, maka anak-anak wajib taat. Dalam pandangan ini, kepatuhan kepada orang tua adalah mutlak; Tidak ada konsep batas diri, yang dalam psikologi dinilai sebagai komponen penting dalam pertumbuhan identitas yang sehat. Penelitian menemukan bahwa, dengan menggunakan Hermeneutika Tauhid, interpretasi terhadap dua text tersebut menjadi lebih adil, yaitu bentuk ketaatan anak kepada orang tuanya terletak pada ketaatan terhadap peran dan fungsi dalam sistem keluarga. Ketika orang tua bertindak sebagai pengasuh dalam keluarga, anak-anak perlu mematuhinya sebagai pemegang otoritas; sebaliknya, ketika peran pengasuh berubah, orang tua perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi baru. Melalui interpretasi ini, pola hubungan orangtua-anak dapat dilihat sebagai ikatan yang mampu mendukung konsep keluarga sakinah. Hermeneutika Tauhid Wadud memberi kita kesempatan untuk membaca teks dengan cakrawala berpikir yang luas demi menghasilkan makna yang lebih berterima oleh mereka orang yang berpikir logis. Makna ini lebih fungsional untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di masyarakat, bukan makna yang hanya ada di dunia ide.]

Abstract

The objectives of this research 1) analyze the application of the T PR method; 2) looking at the influence of the TPR method on student learning outcomes; 3) knowing the advantages of the TPR method from conventional methods. This field research uses a quantitative approach (Pre-Exsperimental research design in the form of Quasi Experimental Design the non equivalent control group design). Its objects are class VII A (experimental class) and class VII B (control class). Data collection techniques are tests and observations. Adata analysis with a two-way One Sample T-test t test to determine the influence of the TPR method on the experimental class and the N-Gain test for a comparative test of the learning outcomes of the TPR method and conventional methods. The results of the One Sample T-test obtained t count 25,729 so that it is greater than ttable 2.201 and sig values. (2 –tailed) which is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the TPR method is effective. And based on the N-Gain test, it was obtained that the score for the experimental class was 76.9410 or 76.94% (effective category), and the average N-Gain score for the control class was 60.5605 or 60.1% (quite effective). Inconclusion, the TPR method is better than conventional methods for student learning outcomes in improving mastery of muphrodat.

Abstract

Although state defense activities have been introduced for quite a long time in Islamic universities, students' understanding of defending a country that is free from values and based on Islamic values is still a matter of debate. This study analyzes the Islamic values in the state defense strengthening program at the Mahadipa Student Regiment Unit 954 Yudhagama. This type of research is field research with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. Data collection uses documentation, observation, and interviews. The study's respondents were five students representing the members of the Mahadipa Student Regiment Unit 954 Yudhagama in Kudus Central Java. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic values introduced in the strengthening state defense program for members of the Mahadipa Student Regiment Unit 954 Yudhagama are manifested in life training full of discipline and a healthy lifestyle. Among these Islamic values are living resiliently, solidarity, togetherness, honesty, a knightly spirit, and preparing oneself to defend the country. Islamic values can be seen in daily life activities, both in vertical and horizontal relationships, that describe the characteristics of a holistic Muslim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan tinjauan kritis perspektif pendidikan Islam terhadap konsep merdeka belajar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kulitatif dengan menggunakan library reseach guna menemukan litertur dari buku terutama artikel di jurnal yang diterbitkan dalam kurun tahun 2020 –dimana wacana merdeka belajar sudah digulirkan, sampai 2024. Literatur yang terkumpul diklasifikasi dan dirangkum intinya sesuai topik pembahasan dengan menggunakan content analysis secara fleksibel, lalu dibangun kesimpulan dengan menggunakan analytical construct. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep merdeka belajar yang terambil dari konsep filsafat progresivisme menghendaki kebebasan dan kemajuan dalam pendidikan. Dalam pendidikan Islam, konsep merdeka belajar terwujud dalam bentuk kebebasan peserta didik untuk memilih menekuni suatu bidang ilmu sesuai minatnya pada kategori sains dan ṡaqāfah Islam. Adapun terkait pendidikan pada aspek pembentukan kepribadian Islam, tidak diberlakukan kebebasan dalam arti bahwa setiap peserta didik tidak memilih untuk memiliki kepribadian Islam atau tidak, melainkan mereka mesti memiliki kepribadian Islami, yakni memiliki pola pikir, pola sikap dan perilaku berdasarkan ajaran Islam. Kata Kunci: Merdeka belajar, eksplikasi, pendidikan Islam, progresivisme.

Abstract

One of the strengths that NU has is in the form of cultural and ideological strength so that the nahdhiyyin (jama'ah) citizens are so eager to manage education to fight for the realization of NU's ideals. Although managerial, this is certainly not ideal. For this reason, Nahdhotul Ulama needs to strengthen its role as a regulator and facilitator for all education units within the NU, both Jam'iyah and jama'ah. NU pesantren must carry out various kinds of transformation, namely: first, curriculum reorientation. Second, contextualization of the yellow book. Third, Build a Library. Fourth, Promote Translation. Fifth, Publishing. Sixth, Conduct professional training. Seventh, mastery of technology.

Abstract

Reading skill is not enough with the student's intelligence. Rather, he is concerned with the presence of external and internal factors that encourage reading. Reading is the main source for learning the Arabic language and requires special and varied training. The teacher should pay attention to the steps of teaching reading skill according to the intended purposes. The results of the research are: a). Reading skill is a complex process that includes four operations; It is recognition, understanding, criticism and interaction. Despite the clarity of the difference between these four processes, the exact definition of the language skills that pertain to each process is still a mystery to some teachers of Arabic as a second language; b). In reading, a process is intended to link the language of speech and written symbols. It is from this nature that the elements of reading are known, which are the mental meaning, the pronunciation to be performed, and the written symbol; c). The opinion of Rushdi Ahmed Tuaima in teaching reading skills The reading skill is taught when the stages of education are progressing so that teachers of reading skill in the Arabic language must be masters, absorbing the theoretical and practical aspects of reading education stages according to Rushdi Ahmed Tuaima, in succession and succession from the first stages to the last.
