Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the character values ​​contained in the 2013 curriculum integrative thematic book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The data and data sources in this study are the second-grade students' books with the theme "Life in harmony." The data collection technique in this research uses unstructured interviews and the observation method with note-taking techniques. The data collected is then analyzed. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Huberman model, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the second-grade student's book on the theme of living in harmony already contains the expected character values. A total of 109 character values ​​were found from the five values ​​carried out in this study. The order of character values ​​found from the lowest to the highest is nationalism values ​​totaling 14 values. Independent values ​​have as many as 18 values, mutual cooperation values ​​as many as 23 values, religious values ​​as many as 24 values, and the last one that most often appears is the integrity value, as many as 30 values.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Dental trauma of primary teeth is more common in boys than in girls, and it frequently affects maxillary anterior primary teeth. Approximately 25% of schoolchildren worldwide have had dental trauma, although its prevalence varies among different countries. Group education through public lectures, television, community posters, leaflets, or videos can be selected as an educational method. The ineffective management of trauma to primary teeth is related to a lack of awareness among parents, schoolteachers, and health workers. Dental trauma mostly happens when children are at school; therefore, the study was conducted on Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers' awareness before and after watching educational video "Dental Traumato Primary Teeth". The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the video "Dental Trauma to Primary Teeth” on ECE teachers’ awareness. Methods: This study used an experimental study approach by involving sixty-four ECE school teachers in Jakarta. They watched educational video "Dental Trauma to Primary Teeth" for two minutes before spending ten minutes answering questions to evaluate their understanding of dental trauma in children before and after viewing the film. The questionnaire was divided into 2 parts: the first part consisted of questions about sex, age, and education, and the second part consisted of nine questions about dental traumato primary teeth. The data were analyzed by comparing understanding before and after watching the educational video. Results: This research showed that all questions were answered correctly. There was an increasing percentage (1.5%-15.6%) after giving the video. The difference between the teacher's degree of awareness before and after watching educational video "Dental Trauma to Primary Teeth" was statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: Providing children with educational media in the form of a video titled “Dental Trauma to Primary Teeth” is effective and can increase ECE teachers’ awareness of trauma to primary teeth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the Role of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus, Compliance with Regulations, Clarity of Budget Targets, and Utilization of Information Technology on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies within the Regional Apparatus Organization of Palembang City. The methodology used is a quantitative approach, collecting data primarily from Regional Apparatus Organization in Palembang City. A total of 124 responses were gathered from 26 selected samples out of distributed questionnaires. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 27 to conduct hypothesis testing. The analysis show that the variables—Role of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus, Compliance with Regulations, Clarity of Budget Targets, and Utilization of Information Technology—have a significant influence on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies in Palembang City.

Abstract

Penghindaran pajak ialah strategi hukum yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam mengurangi beban pajak mereka saat ini sebagai bagian dari operasi bisnis mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna menguji apakah return on assets serta leverage berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Sampel penelitian meliputi 11 perusahaan yang dipilih mempergunakan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data  mempergunakan regresi  berganda. Data yang dipergunakan ialah data sekunder  dari www.idx.co.id. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya return on return berpengaruh negatif secara parsial  serta leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Dan pada saat yang sama, Return on Equity serta Debt Ratio berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

Burnout in learning is an unpleasant emotional condition that arises when individuals engage in monotonous activities. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects are often considered less engaging, causing students to become bored and disinterested. Therefore, it is crucial for PAI teachers to employ creative teaching methods to establish effective learning environments. The method utilized in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources were gathered from PAI teachers, fourth-grade homeroom teachers, and fourth-grade students through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involved reduction, presentation, and conclusion/verification processes. Further data validation was carried out by expanding observations and using triangulation. The primary objective of this research is to illustrate the creativity of PAI teachers in employing methods that foster effective teaching and learning environments. The results of this research demonstrate PAI teachers' creativity in using methods, which includes the integration of multiple suitable methods to create effective teaching and learning environments at SD N 13 Lubuk Alung.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that causes the second-largest number of deaths after Covid-19. There were 1,627 cases of TB in children in Jambi Province in 2021, while in the city of Jambi, the highest number of cases were in the Puskesmas Familiar Besar area with 159 cases. The impact of TB disease on children will disrupt growth and development. There is a need to address the impacts and new cases of TB in various ways, including health education for children's parents. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on parents' knowledge in preventing tuberculosis in children. This research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design. The research subjects were parents who had children With a sample of 34 people, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected from 5 to 24 June 2023. The intervention provided was TB prevention material with video tools and leaflets. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the T-Test. The results of univariate analysis showed that the average value of maternal knowledge before the intervention was 6.38 and the average value of maternal knowledge after the intervention was 8.15. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the influence of health education on parental knowledge in preventing tuberculosis in children with a p-value of 0.001. It is hoped that Puskesmas officers will provide health education in various activities to prevent the transmission of tuberculosis to children. This research can be developed with a digital education application to prevent TB in children.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk dengan menelaah laporan arus kas selama periode 2020 hingga 2024. Fokus utama analisis ini adalah untuk meninjau seberapa efisien dan efektif perusahaan dalam mengelola dana kasnya dengan menggunakan indikator rasio arus kas, yang mencakup aktivitas operasional, investasi, dan pembiayaan. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun perusahaan memiliki kemampuan dalam memenuhi beban bunga dan belanja modal, namun rasio kecukupan arus kas serta kapasitas dalam menanggung kewajiban jangka pendek dan panjang masih tergolong rendah. Temuan ini menandakan adanya potensi permasalahan likuiditas yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari manajemen untuk menjamin kelangsungan usaha. Studi ini memberikan wawasan menyeluruh terhadap kondisi likuiditas dan solvabilitas perusahaan, yang dapat menjadi referensi penting dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis bagi pihak-pihak berkepentingan.

Abstract

This study aims to inform the perception of actors towards the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM and to find the factors that influence it. One of the food processing MSMEs in Binjai City was the subject of the study, which was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews. The results show that MSME players realise how important financial recording is for the continuity of their business, but they still lack understanding and application of SAK EMKM. Factors such as education and business experience improve MSME players' perceptions of SAK EMKM, and the two main barriers to implementing SAK EMKM are lack of socialisation and time constraints. Based on the results of interviews with MSME business actors, opak factories do not yet have knowledge about the application of SAK EMKM-based financial reports, which aim to make it easier for MSME actors to calculate business financial reports properly and correctly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan penyiangan terhadap pertumbuhan gulma serta hasil tanaman jagung. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tambon Tunong Kecamatan Dewantara Aceh Utara dan di Laboratorium Hama Penyakit Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Malikussaleh, dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga April 2024, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan sngga terdapat 18 kali satuan percobaan. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa jarak tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang umur 14, 28 dan 42 HST. Perbedaan waktu penyiangan memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata pada berat buah dan panjang buah. Perlakuan terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi jagung serta untuk menekan gulma pada lahan budidaya terdapat pada perlakuan jarak tanam 60x25 cm dan waktu penyiangan terus menerus.

Abstract

This studies has the objective of mapping hazard factors for dietary vulnerability in children in West Pasaman Regency in 2020. The studies method used become quantitative studies. The information used is secondary information in the form of statistics on the percentage of stunting patients with chance factors in the shape of information on one of a kind Breastfeeding to kids and information on proper sanitation. The consequences of this study are a map of the hazard factors that dominate the reasons of stunting based on control using the Geographically Weighted Regression version, in which the consequences of the map with ArcGIS software have a completely excessive impact of the unbiased variables based totally on the results of speculation checking out using a massive test of t fee <0.5 the use of the variable receiving extraordinary Breastfeeding in youngsters and right sanitation.
