Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and Determine the moderating effect of religiosity from the effect between intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees of state-owned bank branches conventional Tegal. This study took a sample of 115 employees using a multi-stage type of probability sampling technique, the which is a combination of proportional sampling and random sampling techniques. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses descriptive statistical tests and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study intellectual intelligence that has a positive effect on employee performance. Likewise, with spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on employee performance. In the moderation test, religiosity is not Able to moderate the relationship of intellectual intelligence on employee performance religiosity meaning that weakens the relationship, hypothesis 3 is rejected. Then, religiosity is Able to Strengthen the relationship of spiritual intelligence on employee performance hypothesis 4 is accepted meaning. Suggestions from this study, employees of conventional state-owned bank branch offices in Tegal city are expected to be Able to empower Reviews their intelligence in order to be Able to improve the level of performance in accordance with the company?s standards and for the management of conventional state -owned bank branch offices in Tegal city always provide motivation and establish communication with employees so that employees continue to maintain intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence in the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), Live Video Promotion, and Product Quality on Purchase Interest in the TikTok Shop application. This study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling used in the sampling technique where the sample taken was 95 respondents from the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Semarang who used the TikTok Shop application. The results of this study indicate that Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), Live Video Promotion, and Product Quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention where t count is greater than t table and f count is greater than f table. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 63.4% of buying interest are influenced by Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), Live Video Promotion, and Product Quality. For future researchers, in order to find 36.6% other variables that can affect buying interest.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the mediating role of Person-Organizational Fit (POF) in the relationship between Responsible Leadership (RL) and Knowledge Sharing (KS). Conducted as a quantitative study, it involved 70 members of the Management Student Association at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang and employed the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results reveal that RL significantly and positively influences both POF and KS. Furthermore, POF acts as a mediator in the relationship between RL and KS, strengthening the effect of RL on knowledge-sharing behaviors. This study highlights the crucial role of responsible leadership and alignment of values between individuals and organizations in promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, which are essential for achieving organizational competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the understanding of the importance of saving among students of Sanggar Bimbingan Rawang through educational and training approaches. This research employs a qualitative design with a case study approach, involving 25 students from grades Three to Six. Primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation to evaluate the students' initial understanding of financial management and behavioral changes after the program. The training program was conducted in several sessions, encompassing both theory and practice, including demonstrations and simulations of saving management. Evaluation was conducted by analyzing qualitative data using thematic analysis techniques to obtain comprehensive conclusions. It is expected that this program will provide significant benefits for the financial development of students in the future and emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational managers and the community.
