Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-banking dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank BNI’46 Cabang Langsa. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan loyalitas nasabah menjadi variabel dependen dan dua variabel independen, yaitu e-banking dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil pengolahan data telah diperoleh model LN = 2,670 + 0,275 EB + 0,155 KP. Pada koefisien regresi KP menunjukkan bahwa jika setiap kenaikan kualitas pelayanan (KP) sebesar satu satuan maka diprediksi akan meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,155 satuan dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,222, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-banking dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh sebesar 22,2% terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank BNI’46 Cabang Langsa. Secara parsial, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara masing-masing variabel e-banking dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank BNI’46 Cabang Langsa sehingga hipotesis diterima. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel e-banking dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank BNI’46 Cabang Langsa sehingga hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah daerah dalam mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan terkait alokasi minimal untuk sektor kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif yang mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, focus group discussion (FGD) dan wawancara yang melibatkan tim anggaran dalam periode waktu April-Juni 2016. Lokasi Penelitian yaitu di Dinas kesehatan di 7 Pemda diantaranya Kota Langsa, Kab. Aceh Timur, Kab. Aceh Tengah, Kab. Gayo Lues, Kab. Aceh Tenggara dan Kab. Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah mematuhi peraturan alokasi dan defisit maksimal pada saat penyusunan APBD walaupun tidak mudah. Efisiensi, efektivitas dan manfaat program/kegiatan yang diusulkan dapat dipertanyakan karena terdapat perbedaan kapasitas, permasalahan, sarana/prasarana,dan kebutuhan anggaran dinas pendidikan terkait dengan alokasi minimal tersebut.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the purchase intention of Alfamidi's private label products. The study used a sample of 96 respondents who were consumers of Alfamidi's private label products. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equation, test the coefficient of determination (R2), test the hypothesis (t and F test). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that price and product quality have a positive effect on buying interest while risk perception has a negative effect on buying interest. The results of the t test show that partially the price has a significant effect on buying interest, product quality partially has a significant effect on buying interest while risk perception partially has no significant effect on buying interest. The results of the F test show that simultaneously price, product quality and risk perception have a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.402 or 40.2% that the price, product quality and risk perception variables can explain the interest in buying Alfamidi's private label products and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined such as promotion and distribution.

Abstract

Project implementation can be successful when existing resources are used effectively and efficiently. One attempt to use the critical path (CPM) method is a project scheduling method that uses project planning analysis and fixed tim e estimates for each activity. In other words, this method can help solve the scheduling problem by determining the timing of the longest production process schedules in the project so that the company can effectively and efficiently determine how long a project can be completed. Optimization must be done to restore the project duration to the actual schedule. The data processing results are performed to determine the project control methods applied by the CV. NBW. ID and obtain a comparison of completion time between scheduling using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method and actual CV results. NBA. ID. To shorten the life of the project, it can be used CPM. The result of using the program on the project with the CPM method is that the project may be completed with a duration of 108 hours or approximately 13 days for one project at a cost of Rs 2.255.903,00 with a time difference of 18 hours.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Langsa City. The method used in this research is quantitative method using the help of SPSS 26. The population in this study amounted to 71 employees. And the sample in this study amounted to 71 employees. The sampler in this study was non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. the data analysis method used in this study is t test, F test. The results of this study indicate the results of regression analysis with the equation Y = 5.036 + 0.256 X1 + 0.442 X2. The result of the t test for the effect of intellectual intelligence (X1) on performance (Y) is 2.500 and the t-sig is smaller than the alpha value of 0.015 <0.05, for emotional intelligence (X2) on performance (Y) is 7.001 and the t sig value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

AbstrakThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions of Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show Y= -0.104 + 0.615X1 – 0.240X2 – 0.050X3 + 0, 247X4 + 0.430X5. The results of the t test stated that the tangible, assurance and empathy variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the reliability and responsiveness variables had no significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The results of the F test indicate that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Moris Bakery and Cake in Langsa City. The results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2) obtained a value of 0.749 or 74.9% tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables can explain the purchasing decision variables.Keywords: Service Quality, Purchase Decision
