Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang class of 2016 while the sample of 82 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documentation and photos. Furthermore, the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression and T-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between economic literacy and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang students in 2016.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this community service activity is as an effort to find out how to improve the development of BUMDes Kauman village tourism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation techniques, interviews, documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is through triangulation and continuous observation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Livelihoods of local residents mostly work as entrepreneurs. Village tourism has benefits and benefits financially or it can be concluded that village tourism can help improve the economy of the people of Kauman Village. In other words, with village tourism, it can further improve the welfare of the community and the people of Kauman Village / participants in activities can understand the explanation of BUMDES Management material.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Bung Hatta BUMDes business development strategy is. The research location was carried out at the Bung Hatta BUMDes Gabus Banaran, Tembelang, Jombang. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through several techniques, namely direct observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data analysis in this study conducted by researchers was more focused during the process in the field along with data collection. The results of the study showed that BUMDes Bung Hatta runs a business in the form of building materials and postal services. The strategies used by BUMDES Bung Hatta include product development strategies, pricing and financial strategies. BUMDes Bung Hatta needs to add more variety to the products being sold. BUMDes Bung Hatta markets products in the online sales medium Shopee. From a financial point of view, BUMDes Bung Hatta continues to improve and optimize the results of existing business profits so that cash flow continues to rotate and the profits obtained can be used for access to the next capital, besides that it also makes monthly reports and is evaluated for all business activities that have been carried out, then seen various problems that have been encountered in running the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment affected employee performance. The research was conducted using explanatory research methods. In this study, the population consisted of all employees who worked in the service department, and a saturated sample approach or census was utilized to select a research sample of 30 people from the overall population. According to the study's findings, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, but Organizational Commitment has a positive and substantial effect on the performance of Service Department employees PT. Pos Indonesia (Jombang Branch). The implications of this study indicate that increasing OCB and organizational commitment can improve employee performance. Therefore, companies need to encourage OCB behavior and increase employee organizational commitment through various programs and policies that support these two variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and clarify the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of employees at the PT Pos Indonesia Jombang Branch. Data was gathered through the distribution of surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation. A quantitative research method was employed, focusing on describing or providing an overview of the subject under investigation using collected data. A questionnaire was administered to 35 employees to collect data for this study. Explanatory research was the type of research utilized. The findings indicate that high job satisfaction can enhance the performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia Jombang Branch. Similarly, good organizational commitment can improve the performance of PT Pos Indonesia Jombang Branch employees. The management of PT Pos Indonesia Jombang Branch is advised to continue to increase job satisfaction and strengthen employee organizational commitment through employee development programs, improving the work environment, and adequate recognition and rewards. These steps can contribute to improving employee performance and achieving organizational goals more effectively.

Abstract

The primary goal of this community service initiative is to educate the local community, specifically the younger demographic, on ways to enhance the village's economy by promoting financial literacy and encouraging investment in the stock market. The approach utilised in these community service endeavours involves mentoring and interactive discussions. As a result of these activities, the young residents of Pandan Blolele Village in Ploso District and Bangsri Village in Plandaan District, Jombang Regency have been successfully introduced to and have implemented financial literacy and investment concepts from the stock market into their daily lives. By equipping them with this knowledge, they are less likely to fall victim to deceitful investments or unreliable digital financial platforms that operate outside the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) when they eventually become active members of society. The results of this mentoring provide a positive contribution in collaboration with youth organizations, schools, village community empowerment and universities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore how work stress and organisational culture impact the job performance of production staff at PT Kayika Waskita Indonesia in Jombang. Data gathering involves the distribution of questionnaires, conducting interviews, observations, and documentation.   This study utilizes quantitative methods with a descriptive approach to provide an overview of the research subject based on collected data or samples.   The target population consists of production employees at PT Kayika Waskita Indonesia in Jombang. Probability sampling technique is employed to select a sample of 80 employees.   Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t tests, and determination of the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS 21 software. The findings indicate that work stress negatively and significantly affects the performance of production employees at PT Kayika Waskita Indonesia in Jombang, whereas organisational culture has a positive and significant impact on their performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine how work discipline and motivation affect the work productivity of production employees at UD. Primacon Paving. An explanatory research approach is employed, involving field data collection.   The target population consists of 47 employees working in the production department at UD. Primacon Paving Kepuh Kembeng. The researchers utilised multiple Linear Regression statistical methods and hypothesis testing to analyse the data, as well as the coefficient of determination.   The study findings suggest that maintaining good work discipline can positively influence the work productivity of employees at UD. Primacon Paving Kembeng, while high levels of work motivation can lead to increased Employee Work Productivity at UD. Primacon Paving Kembeng.
