Abstract

The development is getting more advanced, placing land in an important aspect in society which is increasingly dynamic as it is today, so that legal certainty is an important factor. We will get the terms of ownership if we register a plot of land in question with the government. There are several ways of registering land that we can take, namely, "systematic registration" and "sporadically". Systematic land registration is based on a work plan and is carried out in areas stipulated by the minister, while sporadically is carried out at the request of interested parties. Due to the lack of community legal awareness regarding the importance of land ownership through the land registration system in Andaman Village, Anjir Pasar Subdistrict, Barito Kuala Regency, it can be seen from the data we collect that only a few people have proof of land ownership in the form of certificate or just a seal. Various factors caused him to be less aware of this, including the problem of costs that must be incurred during the management process and also the perception that the bureaucratic process at BPN is difficult. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance to the community in order to increase the understanding and legal awareness of the Andaman Village community of their land rights through the land registration system, so that the land they own gets legal certainty and can be used as a legal basis when a land dispute occurs. In addition, with this assistance, the Andaman Village apparatus, through its government apparatus, can form a special work unit to receive reports from the community who wish to register their land and make an inventory of lands that have not been registered in the certificate of ownership together with the Extension Team in this community service program. This certainly made it very easy for BPN to conduct field surveys as well as to obtain data on the “free certificate” program which is currently being carried out by the government. Apart from being able to be used as a clear legal basis when a dispute occurs, the existence of a certificate can be used as a loan guarantee in the financial sector, this will certainly bring the productivity value of the people in Andaman Village, where the majority of the population is farming, such as buying fertilizers, agricultural tools, even for increase their agricultural land. This of course also has an impact on increasing the income and welfare of the farming community.

Abstract

Gold is a metal that is believed to be able maintain prices and can be a medium of exchange that has different forms and functions. In addition, gold can be used as a long-term investment tool at various prices. Price variations can be influenced by many factors, so predicting gold prices can minimize risk. Gold price predictions are not only interesting for collectors but also interesting for analysts to discuss. Machine learning is one method that is often used to predict gold prices. In this study will discuss the study of literature based on the methods and results of previous literature. The purpose of this study is to determine the best performance of the methods that have been used and can be used as a reference in predicting gold prices. The purpose of writing this journal is to provide an overview as well the benefits of applying data mining techniques to machine learning. These benefits include development better understanding of machine learning, as well as improved decision making and technological innovation.

Abstract

Taman Kanak-kanak adalah jenjang pendidikan dasar yang merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan untuk anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani anak agar memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan yang lebih lanjut. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran dengan mengaplikasikan modul pembelajaran membaca cepat dengan Metode Satu Bulan Bisa Baca ke dalam web mobile. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, diperlukan suatu observasi untuk mengetahui materi-materi yang diberikan dan minat para siswa agar dalam perancangan aplikasi nanti bisa sesuai dengan apa yang diminati oleh para siswa. Aplikasi pembelajaran ini berfungsi sebagai alat yang membantu siswa dalam belajar membaca cepat di TK Ibnu Sina Batam.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Kelurahan Teluk Kabung Tengah, Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung, Kota Padang adalah kecanduan main gadget/hp pada anak-anak dan orang tua menyatakan kekurangmampuan mereka dalam membagi waktu antara bekerja dan tetap memberikan pembelajaran yang baik kepada anak-anak mereka apalagi masa libur sekolah. Salah satu program yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Teluk Kabung Tengah RW 02 dari mahasiswa KKN UNP 2023 adalah Rumah Belajar. Tujuan diadakannya program Rumah Belajar adalah memotivasi anak-anak untuk lebih meningkatkan semangatnya dalam belajar dan memiliki literasi yang baik sejak usia dini dari pada bermain gadget terus-menerus. Hasil dari program Rumah Belajar ini adalah anak-anak antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu program Rumah Belajar ini juga dapat membantu anak yang belum mengenal huruf, angka agar dapat memahaminya sejak usia dini dan untuk siswa dapat mengurangi kecanduan gadget apalagi saat libur sekolah

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the Nuansa Fashion with the aim of developing an information system that has seemed uninformative. And from the research that was conducted, it was found some shortcomings of the old system which still uses many manual methods. From the shortcomings found, a system development can be recommended. Where in this case by using the PHP Database and MySQL Application as a system design programming language that has been commonly known among programmers. In addition, the development of this system is also supported by several references relating to several references relating to the topics discussed. The purpose of this development is later to be able to improve performance in processing data and improve the quality of information produced which can be used as a leader as a guide in making a decision for the progress of the organization he leads.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk organik dan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah, berlangsung pada Januari hingga Mei 2023. Dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan faktorial dua faktor yang disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk organik, terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu: 0, 75, dan 150 g.petak-1. Faktor kedua adalah dosis NPK, terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu: 0, 25, 50, 75 g.petak-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pupuk organik 150 g.petak-1 menghasilkan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi tanaman 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 28,23 cm, jumlah daun 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 50,43 helai, jumlah buah.tanaman-1 yaitu 29,43 buah, bobot buah.tanaman-1 yaitu 500,31 g, bobot buah petak-1 yaitu 7,84 kg dan konversi buah.ha-1 yaitu 19,62 t. Pupuk NPK 75 g.petak-1 menghasilkan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi tanaman 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 28,23 cm, jumlah daun 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 50,43 helai, jumlah buah tanaman-1 yaitu 29,43 buah, bobot buah.tanaman1 yaitu 500,31 g, bobot buah.petak-1 yaitu 7,84 kg dan konversi buah.ha-1 yaitu 19,62 t. Interaksi antara pupuk organik 150 g.petak-1 dengan NPK 75 g.petak-1 menghasilkan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi tanaman 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 28,23 cm, jumlah daun 40 hari setelah tanam yaitu 50,43 helai, jumlah buah.tanaman-1 yaitu 29,43 buah, bobot buah.tanaman-1 yaitu 500,31 g, bobot buah.petak-1 yaitu 7,84 kg dan konversi buah.ha-1 yaitu 19,62 t.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a health problem and cause of death for women today both in Indonesia and throughout the world, the prevalence of breast cancer in the world is 508,000 deaths (World Health Organization, 2013). Objective: This research aims to see the influence of Health Education on examining BSE knowledge in ITEKES Muhammadiyah West Kalimantan students. Methodology: This research uses a pre-experimental method with a pre-post test without control, the sampling technique in this research uses total sampling. Research Results: The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test show (p value = 0.000 p value < 0.000, meaning that there is an influence of Health Education on the level of examination of BSE knowledge before and after being given health education using the audiovisual method. Conclusion: There is a difference in the level of knowledge before and after being given Health Education using the audio-visual method regarding SADSARI knowledge of West Kalimantan Muhammadiyah ITEKES students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the reading activities by students of SD Negeri Tirtoadi Sleman during distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The specific purpose is to discover the availability of facilities owned by students, the level of parent participation, students' reading activities at school, and their interest in reading. The subject of the study was a grade IV student. This research includes quantitative descriptive research with a survey design. Data collection was conducted using the PIRLS framework questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative data analysis. The findings showed that the availability of student facilities in reading activities is still quite good because on average students have facilities for reading activities at home even though students read more in school. The findings from the results of parent participation also prove that 90% of parents actively monitor student learning activities while at home. Most students' reading activities at school focus on spending 1-2 hours in the library, as they prefer learning from teachers' explanations over reading. Despite high interest and motivation in reading due to curiosity, students' reading habits during the pandemic remain similar to their normal learning activities.

Abstract

Marriages between indigenous peoples with one another, between one tribe with another, between Muslims with one another, as well as there are differences in urban and village marriage customs. Customs that have become customary law will be more difficult and stronger because violations of them will meet a sanction according to the regulations that are enforced and obeyed in society, from here the custom is not just an ancestral heritage but becomes a rule that must be obeyed as happened in Bindang Village, Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency, it is forbidden for a younger brother to get married before his older sister, even though the younger brother is physically and mentally ready to marry. This is not allowed, because if this happens according to the prevailing belief and it is believed that a disaster will occur to the household that will be fostered and the family, especially the older brother he is stepping on. The results of the study were to prove whether the customs regarding the marriage of Nyalep Narjhê (preceding his older sister) in Bindang Village, Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency did not conflict with the actual demands and teachings of Islam, and whether it was considered fair for a younger sister who would marry first to crawl under a brother three times, so that this is no longer a continuous dark history.

Abstract

K-pop dance cover is an activity where individuals or groups replicate the dance movements of Korean idol groups, as done by the K-pop dance cover community called HD Girls. This research aims to understand the experiences, motives, and meanings related to the self-concept of HD Girls members. Members of the HD Girls community, when performing a dance cover, must be able to adjust their appearance to match the K-pop idols they are covering. Therefore, as community members, they can interpret themselves as individuals who can align their appearance with the characteristics of the K-pop idols they are covering. The research employs a qualitative method with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include primary data (interviews and observations) and secondary data (books, journals, and documentation). Informants were selected using purposive sampling, and data validity was ensured through source triangulation. The findings reveal that HD Girls members have various experiences in K-pop dance cover, such as making friends, paying more attention to their appearance, promoting K-pop idol groups, gaining self-confidence, feeling comfortable in social interactions, and feeling satisfied when receiving compliments. From these experiences, certain motives were identified: the "because of motive" includes liking K-pop, lacking makeup skills, being invited by friends, and being shy and introverted. The "in order to motive" includes wanting to make friends, channeling hobbies, making HD Girls famous, trying new things, becoming an artist, and receiving compliments. K-pop dance cover is perceived as a medium for self-expression, motivation to become a K-pop idol, appreciation for K-pop idols, fulfilling hobby needs, self-expression, and developing creative ideas.
